Brilliant in its simplicity question! Yes, we have to admit that for the global, "eternal" according to Kant, peace of humanity and its leaders do not have enough mind, intellect, there is no science, concepts, language and thinking to start talking about it! It remains complete terra incognito for everyone! No one, including the leaders, studied it, even at the level of arithmetic. Therefore, they did not advance beyond the boundaries of war, weapons and violence, as well as public consciousness in a whole.
It remains at the primitive level of understanding peace as the absence of war at a local point, although the geniuses of humanity have emphasized that peace is not reducible to the superficial absence of war or the resolution of conflicts within or between nations. No one knows from what depths of the social structure the roots of eternal, global peace grow. With the arms race accelerating over the millennia and the growing confrontation, the achievement and even the thinking of global peace are excluded. Its consciousness remained at the barbaric level of the justifying formula of militarism: “if you want peace, prepare for war,” which did Einstein refute: “peace cannot be achieved through violence [war], it can only be attained through understanding [science].” Therefore, the true formula of peace is “if you want peace, create and study the peace science”, which to this day is not recognized and is not known even in the UN and UNESCO.
The situation with the “peace science” has been brought to a tragic comic point: in the world for more than half a century there have been up to 5 half-dead “Peace Science Societies”, the UN has recognized since 1986: “World Science Day for Peace and Development, 10 November”, but the “peace science” itself is not even in sight, it is at zero, even Wikipedia lacks an elementary article about it. No one, anywhere and in any conflicts even remembers it, the need for it school or academy.
only the Gandhian "Spherons Global Peace MegaScience" (SGPM), created in the GGHA for 17 years "on the giants shoulders" of peacemaking, fills this fundamental intellectual gap of humanity and its leaders, concerning the strategic, global, "eternal" peace as absolute security for all nations! Without it, humanity has been at war throughout history and will continue to fight until either “war puts an end to mankind” or “mankind puts an end to war,” as John F. Kennedy warned. In order for humanity to be able to end war, it must recognize the vital necessity of SGPM, its development in the academies and its study, starting from elementary school, as the arithmetic of life and its security.
only SGPM comprehends the ultimate depth of the sociogenetic structure of the Gandhian spherons, discovered almost a century ago, from which the roots of the eternal, global, harmonious and saving for humanity global peace as the best, inclusive security of all peoples and every person are constantly growing.
The depth of its sources at the same time turns out to be the unexplored depth of unprecedented rates (at many times more) of the growth of world social production, resolving all global challenges, without exception, inaccessible to fragmented, traditional thinking and narrow, branch organization of production, which created problems that are insoluble for themselves. The SGPM raises both world thinking and the global production organization to the highest, “substantially new” level according to Einstein, adequate to modernity. It is possible and achievable only within the framework of protective global peace of the humanity’s spherons, which are the only ones who ensure its sustainable development in the entire historical perspective.

(About his spherons/varnas idea and the GGHA spheronics)
1. The best, inclusive security for all peoples is global peace.
2. Global peace is a universal priority value of humanity at all levels; starting with the individual, because peace is life in complete security, and war is death or life in the absence of any security.
3. All other values without the peace priority lose their existential meaning, as they are needed to the living in peace and not to the dead in wars.
4. “Spherons Global Peace Megascience” (SGPM/spheronics) is a key, fundamental scientific resource of global peace, without which it has NEVER been in the history of humanity and will NEVER be until it masters it.
5. The key advantage of the SGPM is that, based on the integration into synergy of the historical achievements of the giants of human thought, it creates on their shoulders a fundamental innovative paradigm of a holistic, multidimensional and multipolar, tetrad way/mode of social production, adequate to its objective, sociogenetic tetrad nature, unknown traditional, fragmented by narrow disciplines, science.
6. The SGPM tetrad way of production offers its spheral structural organization, fractal system of its governance and management, intensification of intangible sources of added value, unique IT digitalization based on global matrix statistics and etc. They, together with other advantages of SGPM, provide an acceleration in the growth rate of labor productivity and the efficiency of social production in 2 -4 times at least.
7. The tetrad paradigm of production overcomes the limitations, narrowness and pathology of its traditional, one-dimensional paradigm, built on the priority of one, the economic sphere. Its monopoly inhibits the growth of the other three spheres as sources of economic growth that limits its movement by snail's paces, not exceeding an average of 3-4% in the best periods. The traditional way of production low growth generates not only social inequality, poverty and destructive, disharmonious competition and confrontation, but also constantly reproduces the genetic social pathology of system militarism and its military-industrial complex as an economic dope and drug.
8. The way to stimulate militarism is the acceleration of the arms race, resulting in the growth of armed conflicts and violence around the world in the form of "globalization of war" and vice versa in the social cybernetics of self-destruction. It has reached now the ceiling of self-denial in a 100% prepared complete nuclear genocide of humanity, which lacks only matchstick occasion. This vividly illustrates the last century and especially our days of NATO aggression against Russia through Ukraine as a battering ram.
9. At the global level, a one-dimensional and militaristic way of production creates a unipolar militaristic world order that dooms humanity to nuclear suicide. In the historical genesis, it defines this phase of the humanity social development as a "militarist civilization", which is being replaced by a new, peaceful and harmonious civilization.
10. This new civilization, or “new era”, which the leaders of Russia, China and India spoke about several times, is built on the basis of a tetrad harmonious mode of production, its four structural sociogenetic spheres and the four structural sociogenetic spherons employed in them as constant and universal social actors. Their statics, dynamics, morphology, genetics, dialectics, cybernetics and synergetics are revealed in the SGPM as a true holistic knowledge that provides a key, cognitive resource for global peace of a new civilization and its multipolar, harmonious and nonviolent world order in sustainable development.
11. In order for the SGPM not to be suppressed by the forces of militarism (as the Gandhian spherons idea), so that it can survive and develop effectively in the conditions of its real domination, it needs an international "Global Peace Academy" (GPA) with its strong state support. The countries that will be the first to master develop and apply the SGPM fundamental advantages through their GPA in their social production organization will provide themselves with world scientific and technological leadership, the highest rates of its growth at times and the most effective "peace race" on the way to its global ideal.
12. The social development and its scientific knowledge in the SGPM prepared humanity to its historical transition from a limited, one-dimensional mode of production with its inevitable social pathology of system militarism and an arms race as its drug to a multidimensional and harmonious tetrad mode of production. It excludes militarism and ensures global peace based on priority GPAs, constituting the source of "soft power".
13. For start, a GPA can be started with 30-40 professionals with little funding (~$500,000 for the first year, which can be reduced twice) in one of the most peaceful countries. Under this condition, the GGHA is ready (for 17 years of preparation) to launch the work of such an Academy even tomorrow in any country.
14. The SGPM and its GPA for the manifestation of all their intellectual and social potential must have support at the highest state level. To do this, in each country, under the governance of its leader, a “Peace Strategic Department” (PSD) is created, which was first proposed in the USA 230 years ago but has not yet been created in any country. The PSD is an analogue of the Security Council of each country, which coincides with it in purpose but fundamentally differs from it in non-coercive, non-military and non-violent, “soft” means that makes it the most strategically effective.
15. The PSD leads the peacemaking, SECOND after the military, front to protect the security and peace of each country. The "Second Peacemaking Front" (SPF) of security protection complements and at the same time fundamentally differs from the traditional, military, forceful, tactical and local front, possessing the attributes of innovation, peacemaking, nonviolence, non-forceful methods and means, strategic and global scale.
16. Uniting the national SPF creates the "Second International Peacemaking Front" (SIPF) as a kind of supreme, planetary "Peace Council" or "Security Council" under the UN auspices.
17. In order for the SGPM to become the property of the population from childhood and for the SIPF to unite peoples on a single conscious basis of a common scientific vision, the national education systems are being reorganized into a fundamentally new, peacemaking educational system with the SGPM center in it. The SGPM knowledge will provide all peoples with a common scientific understanding of global peace as the best inclusive security for all of them and will save them from the debilitating and deadly confrontation of past centuries.
18. Recognition in each country of the SGPM, its GPA, the corresponding educational system and the SPF creation under the PSD leadership (peaceful Security Council) will ensure that humanity enters a turning epoch, a transitional stage of a multipolar world order, in a strategic “shift the arms race into a peace race”, at least for 50 years of our century.
19. Russia could become the initiator and leader of this transformative stage in its civilizational code of sobornost/harmony and the historical mission of reconciliation of peoples, which Fyodor Dostoevsky defined 140 years ago, if it frees itself from the fetters of bureaucracy. It will provide it with civilizational peacekeeping leadership in the 21st century. No other country in the world has more than a thousand years of the reconciliation civilizational code, like Russia.
20. Together with Russia, the leaders of the transition stage are its closest BRICS allies: China, India, Brazil and South Africa, as well as all other peace-loving countries both near and far abroad.
21. The transitional stage first task is the task of promoting the unique peacemaking meaning and decisive practical significance of the SGPM through the organizations and movements of the world civil society into the world public consciousness. The first sign of her global recognition was the publication of her principled article in the international journal "World Growth Forums" and the recognition of its author as the "Person of 2021". The decisive role in this enlightenment process belongs not only to humanities scholars but also to people of art, poets, composers, painters and the like. For this purpose, the GGHA organized a "Contest of Cognitive Poetry" in honor of its 17th anniversary.
22. The GGHA "Global Peace MegaScience" spheral symphony final chord for 17 years. Global peace is a fundamental attribute, a constant state and a key distinctive symbol of the highest civilizational form of humanity social being, adequate to the substantial, deep sociogenetic nature of its structural spherons. Global peace based on the MegaScience of spheronics constitutes the era of mature reasonable humanity, its harmonious civilization, distinguished by its conscious, scientific harmony and nonviolence from the past era of spontaneous disharmony, violence, militarism and wars of all epochs, formations, civilizations and societies that have sunk into history. This era is the era of the highest efficiency of each of the four spheres of social production that ensures the prosperity of all peoples in their sustainable development and creates for each person all the necessary social opportunities for the free and harmonious individual development of his/her creative abilities. This will be the era of the mature nonviolent genesis of humanity based on the MegaScience of spheronics, created over 17 years in the GGHA, by the fruits of which it will remain forever known in its history. “You will know them by their fruits.” Bible, MF. 7: 15-20

In the name of a global human society.
War is the mirror of human weakness and imperfection,
the denial of the culture we created,
the sad humiliation of spiritual civilization.
War is the denier of the man we must love,
the awful, barbaric and sad face of our dark past.
The pseudo science stole from Mother Nature it’s enormous power
and donated nuclear weapons to selfishness and power, which constitute
a heinous criminal act and threat against global human society,

We hope very much thatit shall help to resolve the crisis in the Ukraine. I have been in Kiev several times with my international course on "Religion in Civil Society." We noticed the Rightwing trend early on. A new synagogue, built in remembrance of the Jewish victims, when the SS came to the city, was turned down. There has been new Anti-Semitism more recently.
Fascism was the cause of World War II. Fascism is raising its ugly head again today, and poses a new threat of war in the Ukraine. What can we do against the new fascism?
Here (in the USA) we have many enlightening ZOOMS based on our CTRS and the GGHA’s main achievements for the past 17 years and the “Spherons Global Peace MegaScience” (SGPM). I propose a new Monroe Doctrine, not only for America, but also for the Russian Federation. Both have a right to protect their interest sphere. Both can compete with each other, but not in war, but ratherin peaceful accomplishments: who has the better education, less slums, less homeless people, better health insurance, better care of the old people, etc.

Здесь (в США) у нас есть много просветительских ZOOMS, основанных на нашей CTRS и основных достижениях GGHA за последние 17 лет и «Меганауке Глобального Мира Сферонов» (MГМС). Я предлагаю новую доктрину Монро не только для Америки, но и для Российской Федерации. Обе имеют право на защиту сферы своих интересов.
