We, the GGHA are very happy that you bravely survived your long period of pandemic in Brazil, preserved and strengthened your peacemaking spirituality and intend to actively continue it further together with the GGHA. You expressed it well in your actual article “Culture of Peace”, which was published o­n your personal page of the GGHA website “Peace from the Spherons Harmony” here: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=664

In your article, you quite rightly emphasize the need to develop a culture of peace among young people, university and college students, and schoolchildren. But new generations need a new culture of peace, because the previous, passive and unscientific pacifist culture over the past century did not stop any wars, allowing the last century to become the century of the two bloodiest world wars, an endless number of annual interethnic wars. It prepared 100% genocide of nature and humanity in the third, nuclear world war, unleashing an incredible race of nuclear weapons. According to nuclear scientists, humanity is now closer to a world nuclear war than ever, just 100 seconds away (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=924). World leaders, busy with indifferent observation or active fomenting of the global confrontation that fuels the nuclear arms race, are in fact cool to the fate of new generations, to the future of young people.

The unrestrained growth of nuclear militarism and weapons, planned and financed by trillions of budget dollars for decades to come, "put the world o­n the abyss brink," as the UN Secretary General said at the General Assembly o­n September 21 this year. First of all, they put new, young generations o­n the brink of death, therefore the first question of their life, survival, security and culture of peace is the question of "Total Elimination of Nuclear Weapons", recognized by the UN in 2013 o­n September 26. This is emphasized in the recent GGHA Message to the UNGA members: "Total Elimination of Nuclear Weapons in the Gandhian "Anti-Nuclear Manifesto": https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1015.

For 76 years after the first nuclear genocide of civilians and young residents of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945, no o­ne, not a single international organization, not the UN and UNESCO, not the “brain tanks” of Rome, Budapest, Harvard and many similar intellectual clubs have offered a single scientific, global and holistic social project for “total elimination of nuclear weapons”.

For the first time in history, a similar project was proposed in the Gandhian "Anti-Nuclear Manifesto": (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=908) by 46 coauthors of the GGHA, including 4 Nobel laureates, from 50 countries (in attachment). It was twice sent to the UNGA members: in December 2020 and September 26, 2021, to representatives of almost 200 states UN in New York and Vienna that made it world famous! It crowns 16 years of the GGHA scientific peace work and 30 previous years of research of spherons in Russia, reflected in Tetrasociology, 2002 (https://peacefromharmony.org/docs/2-1_eng.pdf).

Our Manifesto was created o­n the basis of the human nonviolence spherons discovered by Mahatma Gandhi in 1927 (almost a century ago!). They are, in his words, "mightier than the mightiest destructive [nuclear] weapons." Their scientific understanding in the GGHA for the first time opened up the possibility of a holistic humanitarian project "total elimination of nuclear weapons." Therefore, our Manifesto becomes the scientific center and the intellectual core of the real and urgent culture of peace for the new, young generations of our century.

In this connection, the GGHA invites you, as the "Anti-Nuclear Manifesto" coauthor and our “Honorary Translator”, to translate its 100 pages (no illustrations - 80 in total) into Portuguese, publish it as an accessible brochure for youth, distribute it in schools, colleges and universities, publish it o­n their youth sites to study, discuss and develop this Gandhian project. Based o­n it and with the help of young activists from their educational institutions, you could create a youth club in each of them, called it, for example, the Gandhian Anti-Nuclear Generation (GANG), or the Gandhian Anti-Nuclear Young Scientists and Students Club (GANYSSC). Together they would form their youth network and become a platform for a national youth peace movement of a new level: “Youth without Nuclear Weapons” under the banner of your/our “Anti-Nuclear Manifesto”. They will be able to breathe life into the started but so far inactive due to the pandemic "Gandhian World Enlightenment of Spherons" and become its engine (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=987)

It would be a powerful renewed peacemaking movement of youth, knowing o­n what scientific basis it can achieve the total elimination of nuclear weapons, which would make up half of the building of global peace and set an example for the youth of other countries. This requires young, intellectual leaders who are able to study, understand, make sure of this science truth ("Global Peace Science of Spherons" 2017, shortly Spheronics: https://peacefromharmony.org/docs/global-peace-science-2016.pdf). It is possible o­n the examples of their own statistical researches of spherons of their country, city or university / college / school, in order to convince others of the truth of this science as the o­nly effective peace culture in the 21st century. Naturally, I and other GGHA active members will be happy to help you.

This will be your great and unique peacemaking contribution of the 21st century, worthy of the highest awards and eternal memory. Everything will be depend o­n your intelligence, perseverance, willpower and peacemaking spirituality and energy that you have, demonstrating them in the past years.

I have recently sent you these and other texts in full. I hope you saved these texts in your GGHA archive file o­n your computer. They constitute unprecedented documents of a fundamentally new, scientific, practically effective, Gandhian Peace Culture of the 21st century, which is replacing the powerlessly helpless for more than a century and therefore dead today pacifist peace culture. It has many partial and local achievements, but remained powerless o­n a world scale to resist militarism, endless wars and 100% prepared, with its tacit consent, global nuclear suicide (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=924).

For more than a century, pacifists/peacemakers have not been able to offer a scientific, nonviolent, Gandhian and effective way, method, project, academy, peaceful movement to end war, violence and militarism. Over the past 16 years, o­nly the GGHA has been able to offer similar science, project, academy, o­nly its about 600 humanitarians and peacemakers in solidary efforts in 10 books and 80 projects.
