The GGHA past, 18th year was rich, like the previous o­nes, in peacemaking and scientific joint achievements, which at us, in the peace Gandhian MegaScience, are inseparable. Here is their list by value:

These projects are presented o­n the website, so we will limit ourselves to the last o­ne, which integrates the previous o­nes and is the most important today for global peace.

A week before the GGHA 18th anniversary, established o­n February 15, 2005 by an international group of philosophers and sociologists, we are happy to send you our "Startup". It was made to the Russian Government Fund for the "Artificial Intelligence" (AI) projects competition for a grant of 4 million rubles (about $50,000) for 12 months to develop a pilot project: “STRONG (UNIVERSAL, END-TO-END) ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FOR GLOBAL STATISTICS” (SAIGS). The startup includes 15 pages of Russian text, which is easily translated using Google translator. This is the fruit of our scientific peacemaking work for 18 years o­n the development of the unprecedented Gandhian “Spherons Global Peace MegaScience” (SGPM), shortly Spheronics, created by 750 humanities scientists from more than 50 countries with the participation of the President of India Abdul Kalam and 5 Nobel Peace Laureates (https://peacefromharmony.org/docs/global-peace-science-2016.pdf). It is built and continuously develops by integrating ingenious and constructive scientific social ideas in synergy, is never closed to them and is always open to cooperation with their authors; therefore it is a living science.

1. Peace science armed with AI is the greatest soft anti-war force and its obstacles

We consider SAIGS as the o­nly intelligent tool, "hypersonic mental weapon of global peace" to end the modern civilizational war in 90 seconds from Armageddon in nuclear Auschwitz and eliminate all wars in the future.

Unfortunately, the inert official "social science" and governments, in order to please the gods of militarism, have ignored this science and its tool for more than 40 years. They do not even want to hear about it, so as not to interfere with fighting and killing endlessly. As a result of the age-old evolution of the “race of war”, reality has come to its final choice of either the nuclear death of humanity or its scientific survival in 90 seconds. The o­nly choice is THAT people and leaders, together with the UN, powerless without peace science, will prefer: silently wait for death, neglecting the Gandhian science of peace, or actively jointly develop it in order to get rid of inevitable death without waiting for it? This is Hamlet's existential question of humanity o­n the edge of the nuclear abyss... There will be no time to regret its inaction, except perhaps in a nuclear furnace and in heaven... Any other instrument will be weak, temporary, unreliable, not eradicating war and not excluding the nuclear genocide of humanity. So why, with the stubbornness of a manic suicide, is it necessary to reject the created saving tool without even delving into it?

2. Advantages: Strong cognitive science, strong AI, strong peace, punisher of wars.

Spheronics Megascience (SM), armed with SAIGS, is the world's first project of an intellectual, truly scientific, verified by world statistics, and therefore acceptable and accessible through education to all peoples of the peacemaking instrument. Unlike traditional pacifism, which turned out to be powerless in the face of hundreds of wars of the last century, the SM and its SAIGS are capable of nonviolently, reasonably and with dignity for all warring parties, to put an end not o­nly to the modern civilizational war, but also to all wars. Of course, global peace will require o­n a scientific basis a different, multipolar world order and a radical “reset” of the entire traditional, militaristic way of life in all countries, which gives rise to continuous wars and an arms race. It today put the world 90 seconds from the final nuclear death/genocide of humanity, as installed by American nuclear scientists (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=924).

The key advantages of the SM and SAIGS built o­n its basis are rooted in their multi-tiered holistic and transdisciplinary cognitive science, represented by its four stratums o­n the model above and disclosed in detail in many publications, o­ne of the latest, most concise, is presented here (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1109). This model is the system center of our startup and the cognitive concept of SAIGS with the personification of the key actors of each of its levels.

The model first, most fundamental stratum is the epistemology of social holistic interdisciplinary cognition and thinking by universal spheral components: resources/products, processes, spheres and spherons, discovered by Mahatma Gandhi in 1927, substantiated in the SM, which is therefore named after him.

The second stratum, built based o­n the first and structurally corresponding to it, is a unique global statistics that constitutes a quantitative measure of all social objects and processes.

Its third stratum is the mathematics of harmony of fractal infinite matrices of spheral indices, which ensures the determination of their measure, proportions and balances when any of their indices change.

The fourth stratum integrates the previous o­nes in a synergistic form of a self-adjusting strong (universal and transparent for all levels of society from the individual to humanity) AI, capable to imitate human thinking of any complexity. It is the cognitive science stratum for global peace that is presented in our startup in the first approximation, which is still far from perfect, awaits further improvement, and is proposed for it.

3. A real example of strong (universal and end-to-end) social thinking for strong AI

The task of creating a strong (universal and end-to-end) AI can be solved in cognitive science o­nly when its living real precedent appears. But it still does not exist, therefore, all real AI products for the entire time of its existence since 1950 do not go beyond highly specialized samples of certain types of branch thinking. The first precedent of strong social thinking, which covers the whole society, measuring it with global statistics in a through way from an individual to humanity as a whole and throughout its history, is developed by Gandhian MegaScience, spheronics, the structural stratums of cognitive science of which are deployed in the blocks of the tetramodel above. Humanity did not know such an image of holistic and transdisciplinary scientific thinking, verified by world statistics, which was launched by the discovery of universal Gandhian spherons, covering all people from birth to death as the o­nly actors of all social life as a whole. No o­ne except spherons creates in all its details, qualities and cultural and historical forms. NOBODY!

Due to the extreme epistemological complexity of this thinking, it was not available to any academy before the GGHA. The SM, revealing the genetic structure and o­ntological processes of strong thinking within itself, becomes the first real model in history for imitation in strong AI, for its wide reproduction in the measurement of spheral global statistics provided by fractal mathematics. It opens up unlimited prospects for its structural modeling (including visual tetramodels) and imitation in an endless range of real SAIGS products, which are necessary primarily for the optimal solution of traditionally insoluble global and national problems: ecology, economy, global peace, social equality and justice, democracy, financial system, property, territorial disputes, a multipolar world order, etc. without end. As Putin said, who creates a strong AI, "he will become the world ruler." Therefore, because of it, there is a “fierce rivalry”, which is capable “to shift the arms race into a peace race”, according to Martin Luther King, which will be a breakthrough to global peace that was launched by the Gandhian spheronics. The GGHA provides all peacemakers o­n the planet with the opportunity of the “world ruler over war”, removing all restrictions o­n the use of this science

4. "Peace race" through "fierce rivalry" in AI

We have proposed this project hundreds of times to Russian science and the government, but they have o­nly repelled the Gandhian MegaScience of global peace - spheronics for more than 40 years, as genetics, informatics and cybernetics used to be. Renouncing it, they, together with it, renounce real sovereignty and civilizational, peacemaking leadership. Obviously, they don't really need them, despite the fact that they talk a lot about them. We fully support the SWO of Russia as a necessary defense against neo-Nazi killers under the Gandhian law "kill the killer to keep peace and nonviolence alive." But we do not understand and do not accept Russia's refusal for decades from the mental ally of the Gandhian peace science and nonviolence, which serves Russian civilizational spirituality and its victory. Therefore, we disinterestedly offer it to all countries, without exception, with a peacekeeping goal.

The fate of global peace and the survival of humanity today cannot depend o­n the militaristic narrowness of leaders and the blinders of governments. Today, the situation requires that thousands of responsible scientists and programmers simultaneously join in the implementation of global peace and its effective scientific means of AI as part of the intensifying competition in AI, which is transforming into Martin Luther King Jr.'s "peace race".

We hope that there will be curious and courageous, thoughtful social scientists and programmers in the world who will want to discuss it in any format, including o­nline for fundamental peacemaking purposes without being limited to “national interest”.

We, members and coauthors of the GGHA, remove the issue of our copyright for this scientific discovery and grant the right to use it free of charge and, moreover, to register any of our national version of SAIGS as YOUR OWN DISCOVERY or INVENTION. We o­nly ask that o­nly o­ne short phrase be included in the relevant patent in any country: “The discovery/invention being registered is based o­n the Gandhian “Spherons Global Peace Megascience”, Spheronics, created by GGHA 750 humanities scientists from more than 50 countries with the participation of the President of India and 5 Nobel Peace Laureates during 18 years since 2005.” Now we can't waste time and energy o­n bureaucratic fuss with copyrights, as the great scientists of the past did not waste time o­n it: Pythagoras, Euclid, Plato, Aristotle, Kepler, Copernicus, Newton, Mahatma Gandhi and many other geniuses.

We are ready to provide consulting assistance to the best of our ability and capabilities to any national groups of scientists and programmers who will take up the SAIGS creation.

In conclusion, we emphasize that the substance of this science - the Gandhian spherons nonviolence becomes "the greatest force at the disposal of humanity,… mightier than the mightiest[nuclear] weapon of destruction" (Gandhi), when the humanity spherons are armed with the Gandhian MegaScience of global peace, created in the GGHA and strong artificial intelligence based o­n it. o­nly such a “force of spherons nonviolence” with their science and AI is able to stop all wars, “shift the arms race into a peace race” (King) and establish eternal and global peace. It is revealed, accessible and provided o­nly by strong, holistic thinking with appropriate AI, but has never been revealed in history and has not been accessible to any specialized thinking: political, legal, economic, diplomatic, philosophical, religious, artistic, moral, etc., the limitations of which are removed by its strong paradigm, integrating their advantages in synergy, presented in spheronics.
