2. Current goals and objectives for 2025:

January 20 – Inauguration of Donald Trump,

February 15 – the GGHA 20 years, a key priority,

May 9 – 80 years of Victory over Nazi Germany,

July 18 – 100 years of Hitler's ‘Mein Kampf’ publication as the source of Western/NATO neo-Nazism,

August 6 and 9 – 80 years of the Hiroshima and Nagasaki atomic genocide, which embodied the Third Reich "German Nuclear Program" and gave birth to the West/NATO genocidal nuclear civilization, imposed on humanity by the nuclear arms race, which put it on the brink of extermination, suicide in the new world nuclear war. As the Third Reich successor, the nuclear civilization raised the Nazi genocide and militarism from the national to the global, nuclear level. The West/NATO hegemony and unipolarity turned into its neo-Nazism, predicted by Galtung. It has been manifested for 80 years in the form of the "cancellation of national cultures", global structural violence, ten-year mass sanctions, annual wars, the priority race for nuclear, genocidal weapons, double standards, incitement of hatred between peoples, color revolutions to change “disobedient” governments, military genocidal extermination (both planned and real) of the peoples of Palestine, Russia, North Korea, Iran, Syria and other "unwanted" peoples. In its actions and intentions today, both peace and every peace culture, even his own, since ancient times and its own religion, are completely neutralized and nullified. The West/НАТО has no plans for peace for anyone, neither for itself nor for humanity.

For these dates and events, radically opposed in historical global meanings, the PSP serves, on the one hand, as a fundamental scientific justification and incentive for the humanity peacemaking trend and on the other hand, as the fundamental scientific instrument for refuting and eradicating the humanity militaristic, genocidal and Nazi trend. The fundamental, strategic meaning of the Peace Science and its primer (PSP) is revealed in the epigraph by Mairead Corrigan, expressing their fundamental focus on the global scientific justification of the humanity perpetual peace, which simultaneously becomes a crushing instrument for the elimination, neutralization and abolition of all wars, all forms of their manifestations and justification.

This fundamental scientific meaning defines all the numerous peacemaking goals and objectives of PSP, dedicated to the popular disclosure of the most important of them. The main one is to arm the new, young generations’ consciousness with anti-militaristic scientific immunity and an instrument against all forms of violence through popular and accessible PSP. The content, structure, methodology and formats of PSP and their limitations are subordinated to this strategy.

The PSP restrictions:

1. The PSP brevity, no more than 100 pages for 20 paragraphs with appendices of coauthors' contributions in the form of selected quotes, both yours and other authors.

2. Time pressure of the key priority, limited time until February 15, 3 months, 90 days, only 4 days for each paragraph, taking into account their last year's work.

3. The synopsis format for both the text of each paragraph (no more than 4 pages!) and its appendix is 1 page.

4. The contributions limitation. At a minimum, at least one contribution to one paragraph from each coauthor is sufficient, but fundamental, like Mairead, Rudy or Matt ones.

5. The discussion boundaries. The discussion of each paragraph is limited to onE day, so that we can meet our time pressure and meet our PSP PRIORITY for the next 3 months.

V. PSP Structure

The PSP structure is: 15-20 paragraphs of contents, 5 pages each. + "Prolegomena": Introduction, Preface, History, as well as the Bibliography and Appendices: 20 pages, no more. The book is expected to be a total of 100-120 pages, maximum.

The optimal size is 15 paragraphs of contents with others - total 100 pages no more.

VI. Paragraph structure

The PSP each paragraph is no more than 5 pages long and built in the following structure and formats.

1. Theoretical, macrosociological part, similar to the conceptual models of T. Parsons, A. Toffler, P. Sloterdijk is: 3-4 pages, in the format of a synopsis, i.e. briefly, without detailed argumentation and detailed theoretical reasoning.

2. The format of visual images of theoretical content: structural models, tables, banners, diagrams, called "Pictures/Figures".

3. The statistical format of the paragraph content, "war and peace figures", if they are appropriate, accessible and found for it.

4. The format of quotations, aphorisms, poetic quatrains, artistic images, etc. (briefly "quotes") is implemented in the each paragraph Appendix on one page out of five.

The formats of synopsis, visuals, statistics and quotations are intended to ensure the maximum accessible popularity for the PSP extremely complex theoretical content.

VII. Structure of the paragraph "Appendix"

The coauthors quotations multitude in every paragraph is structured according to four societal spheres in accordance with the interests and professional competence of the coauthors.

The titles, sequence and number of paragraphs by merging them with others may change in the course of their discussion and writing. The PSP coauthorship formula: The citations list within one page. The active participation in the PSP each paragraph discussion. Recognition of the spherons statistical verification truth.

1. The PSP coauthorship is not an indulgence, but a priority creative process during three months for each peacemaker, who pretends to become its coauthor eventually. Their number is limited for commercial and technical reasons by eight coauthors.

2. Three key attributes, conditions for the PSP coauthorship:

- The peacemaking citations list within one page as a supporting summary of the coauthor's past peacemaking contribution and experience. They are distributed among the PSP certain paragraphs together with the editor-in-chief during their discussion OR upon the PSP text completion.

- Active participation in the discussion of each paragraph by its correcting in its accepted key synopsis format OR by evaluating it, EITHER positively: “It is understand to me and acceptable for PSP”; OR negatively: “It is not understand me and is unacceptable for PSP.” These assessments serve as the paragraph quality indicator and the PSP coauthor’s non-alienation. Naturally, these assessments can be varied by the coauthors at their own discretion with their ideas.

- Recognition of the spherons verification truth by world statistics in the GGHA “Gandhica” (https://peacefromharmony.org/docs/gandhi-nonviolence-of-spherons-gandhica-2019.pdf). OR independent statistical verification of spherons as the Peace Science foundation and its PSP, according to a special methodology in 2 hours, which will be proposed by the editor-in-chief during the paragraph “Gandhian Spherons of the Peace Science” discussion.

3. The key condition of the three is active participation in the paragraphs discussion, which is limited to one or two days due to the PSP priority for each coauthor during three months. Each coauthor can find 30 minutes during the discussion day to read 3-5 pages of the next paragraph, and respond to the coauthors network with their positive or negative, but also very important, assessment of it.

4. The coauthor's active participation measure in the PSP paragraphs discussion will ensure the selection of eight of the most worthy of them, who will remain the PSP coauthors as a result of their creative contest. All responses from coauthors for each paragraph are published on the GGHA website, so a picture of everyone's activity is guaranteed and the selection of the most active of them will be transparent.

- The coauthors participation in the paragraphs discussion and in the adequate quotes selection for them together with the editors will ensure their inclusiveness in the PSP work, preventing their silent alienation from it.

- The three most active, regular and productive participants in public discussions will become our PSP editors in the final week of work with it.

- All the PSP successful, final coauthors will form the cofounders’ team to establish International firm "Spheral/Peace AI" based on PSP after its publication.

5. Each coauthor submits a brief biographical note of up to 15 lines with a photo for publication in the PSP Appendix “Coauthors” before February 15, 2025.

IX. "Coauthors Rules" in the PSP collective intellectual work. - They are UPDATED above!

1. The coauthor’s contribution PSP in the process of its writing and discussion is possible in two options together or only in one of them:

A. By adjusting the proposed paragraph content within the accepted boundaries and/or

B. By offering his or another, adequate to the paragraph, quote in 3-5 lines (no more) in its Appendix.

2. The paragraph discussion, due to the PSP priorities and boundaries is limited to ONE DAY with the brief adjustments and suggestions from coauthors. Each coauthor can find 30 minutes during the discussion day to read the next paragraph 4 pages, determine his agreement or disagreement with its text, formulate in 2-3 lines his disagreement essence for public response and think over his contribution to its Appendix within 1-2 weeks.

3. Each coauthor is allowed one quote per paragraph, in accordance with his overall contribution to Peace Science and his competence over the past years, expressed in their "Synopsis" from 15-10-24 https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=1086.

4. New coauthors, upon their public confirmation of participation in PSP and consent with these "Rules", form similar quotes based on their past works together with the editor-in-chief.

5. The coauthor’s silence during the discussion means his agreement with the paragraph text and his quote absence on this day. The coauthor’s silence for three months means his very exclusion from the PSP team and his withdrawal from it.

6. Each coauthor can leave the PSP team at any time for any reason, publicly announcing this. But his contribution to PSP, if any, and his coauthorship will be preserved unless he renounces them.

7. Each coauthor is determined with statistical verification of spherons as the peace science foundation, if he has not participated in it before. It is most fully presented in the GGHA book "Gandhica" 82 coauthors 2019*. The PSP many coauthors participated in it or fully share it. Public recognition of this scientific research by other coauthors in a brief review of this book can replace their own statistical verification. But it requires only 2 hours according to the tested method with the help of Leo Semashko at any social object in your country for any year. It is most appropriate when the paragraph discussing devoted to spherons as the perpetual peace actors will be. Such verification is intended to exclude all doubts of the coauthor in the peace science fundamental spheral foundations truth and its primer. But the method of recognizing this truth is offered to new coauthors to choose from.

X. Publication, distribution and final editing of paragraphs

2. The paragraphs final editing by the editors begins after all of them have been published and are approved by the PSP editors in consensus.

3. The editors find reliable publishers for the PSP mass publication, wide sale and distribution as well as for its translation and publication in other languages: Chinese, Arabic, Spanish, French, etc. This will require them to have a new "Organizational Plan for the PSP Promotion" in February 2025.

4. Our popular PSP will launch a new era of Enlightenment, but already the humanity scientific "Perpetual Peace". It will reveal Einstein's axiom that "peace is not achieved through war", or as the Pentagon now says "Peace through strength", especially not through the nuclear weapons genocidal force in the hands of the nuclear civilization rulers/elites but only through its scientific "understanding", primarily by the people, its youth. They never need a war, for which they, and not the elites, pay with their lives, therefore our PSP primarily serves their scientific peacemaking education and equipment against war and militarism.

Dear Rudi:

We are delighted and very grateful to you for your fundamental proposal of our joint Peace Science message to Trump (Nov.11, here: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1228). I fully agree with it.

I have thought a lot and weighed various options for implementing this proposal to repeat our letters from 7 years ago to the leaders of America (Trump for the inauguration on January 20) and Russia with new amendments and coauthors. This powerful proposal made me rack my brains for 3 three days with a fundamental update of the OrgPlan so that it would correspond and clearly define our priorities, so that we would fit into their time constraints, and so that it would be as simple and understandable as possible for each coauthor.

The updated OrgPlan in the attachment is sent for discussion in onE day, November 15 (details in it) in its 10 parts - whoever can, please make it simpler and shorter. It is also published with previous responses here: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1224

In my response to you, I focus on your excellent idea for our letter to Trump by the inauguration on January 20.

Obviously, we will not have time to write and publish our primer (PSP) before January 20. Instead, I propose that by the end of December, willing coauthors from our team write, discuss and approve a special paragraph of our PSP in 2-3 pages for Trump. I think that for him, as a pragmatist, the most attractive was our paragraph: “Make America by Perpetual Peace Great as Never!” instead of its eternal war of 240 years, which leads it to inevitable death and the loss of all its key cultural gains in all spheres. The plans of the West/NATO and its leader do not include peace for anyone, neither for Ukraine, nor for Israel, etc., and Trump intends to turn it towards peace, which he will not be able to do without peace science and its primer.

The rationale for this fundamental update of Trump's winning slogan is revealed by our special paragraph: "Department of Peace from Harmony in the American Government to Shift the Arms Race into a Peace Race." I included it in the PSP "Contents," in the third part, see OrgPlan. It will help Trump turn his melting pot of transforming the USA militaristic aggressive policy, suicidal for it, into a peacemaking one, ensuring its "greatness as never before" through the synthesis and deep integration in the synergy of combining four powerful ideas.

1. His winning slogan MAGA, 2. The "Department of Peace" of the American B. Rush, 3. The "shift of the arms race into a peace race" of the American M.L.K. 4. And the "perpetual peace" of the German I. Kant. This fundamentally effective and strong paradigmatic alloy is made by our peace science. What prevents us from sharing it in the interests of survival and healing the American people from suicidal militarism with Trump, who was the first to embark on this very dangerous course for him, as for J.F.K.?

What do you and other coauthors think about this? Are they ready to support similar paragraph, to send it to Trump, for example, on January 10?

Dear Leo:

Thank you for your good letter. I am in full agreement with it.

I hope you have received my letter, in which I informed you, that I have sent $ 400.00 to our friend in India hope the check will arrive soon, in spite of all new censorship. I hope it will help.

I am very happy, that you have remembered my friend Galtung. I worked with him for several years in Dubrovnik, when he was the director of the Inter-University Center. He was a brave man. He fought against much resistance.

I hope, that Trump will keep his campaign promise, that he will make peace in the Ukraine. This promise brought him many votes from American workers, Evangelical nationalists and conservative Catholics.

I still think we should send our peace science to Trump and Putin on Trump's Inauguration Day.

I am, of course, aware that Trump does not read much. The more important is therefore that our letter is received by some of his cabinet members. Unfortunately the so far selected cabinet members do not look very peaceful. But they shall certainly be most loyal to Trump and will do promptly what he wants them to do. Otherwise they shall soon be fired again.

If Trump is really serious about peace in the Ukraine, his cabinet will certainly carry out his wish promptly. But as I mentioned before, with authoritarians one never knows, what they shall do next,or not do next. We know this from the 20th century.

Authoritarians do not keep treaties or promises, when they do no longer serve their interests.

Reagan promised Gorbachev that NATO would not move beyond Germany. only under this condition Gorbachev agreed to the reunification of Germany.

East Germany, or the German Democratic Republic, was annexed by West Germany, or the German Federal Republic.

There was no constitutional assembly to guide the reunification process as had been promised.

I was teaching in the Theological Faculty of the University of Rostock in East Germany, when the reunification of Germany happened.

Reagan's promise was broken. The war in the Ukraine was provoked and as such was unavoidable.

In order to make peace in the Ukraine, Trump would have to renew this promise in some new form,and keep it. For our peace science we must find partners, who will keep promises given.

In any case, lets send our peace science to Trump and Putin on Inauguration Day in spite of everything..

Many thanks for your financial assistance to our Indian colleague, from whom I have been waiting response for long time and cannot understand what happened to him.

Out of 14 coauthors our team, only four brave ones have appeared so far in their responses today, together with Vera from Russia and Mairead from Britain (below is her letter to you and me), ready to sign our message with the Peace Science to Donald Trump for his inauguration. But we still have time to prepare it and find support from other coauthors for it.

From the recent USA elections, the new president Trump was elected. Trump as an excellent businessman and president, understands that the effort of the Democrats to weaken Russia as a power, using 52 countries against it, through Ukraine, with no casualties of his own, has failed miserably. Their real target is China.

But Russia and China caught up them with careful, steady and methodical methods and actions, they created the coalition of Bricks, which advances with faith and self-confidence, to a degree of progress that prompts many countries of our planet to wish to join the bricks. Obviously, all of them do not trust or perhaps fear USA, and are not eager to attack against both Russia and China.

The democrats (?) of America may have believed too much in their powers, to fight two wars at the same time. Reality refutes them. Russia and China are powerful at all levels (Apart from the global economic problem, for which economists are warning us for a tragic and dangerous global economic crash). It’s known to everyone that USA credibility has been shaken. The EU and the “elites”, follow them in complete submission to their orders.

In the meanwhile, the danger of a global catastrophe is real nowadays. President Tramp will stop the war in cooperation with President Putin.

Hitler predicted in his last hours before his suicide, that the return of national socialism would take centuries. He was wrong again, as he was when he wanted to make Europe great again, and sent it into retirement.

Hitler's Mein Kampf is very seductive. It is not based on reason, but on the will to power.

Hitler was a Schopenhaurian, like Nietzsche, Wagner, Freud, Thomas Mann, Max Horkheimer. and Theodor W. Adorno.

Hitler was not a follower of Hegel and his philosophy based on reason rather than will , like Feuerbach, Marx and Engels.

Schopenhauer was Hegel's archenemy. in Berlin and Frankfurt..

Thus, what Hitler says in Mein Kampf, a mixture of biography, history, and politics, motivates people immediately. and powerfully, today even more so than 80 years ago.

Hitler and Goebbels discussed Schopenhauer to their last hours in Berlin, while Russian troops approached and surrounded the Chancery.

Peace Science against Hitler. HOW?

Dear Rudi,

First, thank you very much for helping our unemployed friend from India.

Second, I am very grateful to you for your exceptional trust in me in selecting your quotes. Of course, I will find some of them, but I am not sure that they will be the best of the tens of thousands of pages of your works for 20 years on our website and that you will agree with them. As you understand, I cannot look through the colossal number of publications of the PSP coauthors on our site for 20 years to select 10-20 quotes from them. This is physically impossible, so I asked each coauthor to determine his own system contribution to PSP in 10-20 quotes within onE page, no more. But for you I will make an exception and we will see what comes of it.

Thirdly, the key issue in your letter is the issue of our attitude in PSP to Hitler's Mein Kampf, the 100th anniversary of which will be on July 18, 2025. This event is listed as a priority in our "OrgPlan" (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1224). Its urgency lies, on the one hand, in the extreme mental danger of this genocidal popular book, in its extremely wide distribution, and on the other, in the almost complete absence of its positive, reasonable and scientific, at the same time popular alternative, rejecting and refuting it with its accessible and convincing humanistic and peacemaking content. We embed similar content in our PSP. No one sets or solves this problem in complete intellectual impotence before it.

Hitler's book global influence, perceived by people of will/violence as the "Satan’s Bible", largely explains the West nazification during 80 years, which infects another world. This is the historical fact. Is it possible to keep silent about it, as the inevitable fact of the humanity genocidal suicide today with Hitler's nuclear weapons, essentially in the Hitlerist nuclear civilization? I am a Gandhian, of course, and have studied Gandhi’s works extensively and have writing about this in a number of articles. Of the many excellent commentators on Gandhi I have read, none of them see his idea of Varnas as central to his doctrines of peace, truth, and nonviolence.

Much of this research is presented and documented within these books.

Our movement spearheaded by WCPA and ECI is organizing and expanding rapidly. You have seen the call for the World Democracy Campaign (WDC) for a transformative event in Pondicherry in December 2024. Thank you very much for your wise, balanced response. I highly appreciate your philosophical, holistic ideas, which I fully share. However, I believe that their fragmentation in your Constitution requires the necessary supplementation with the Gandhian varnas/spherons social holism (below).

First, about our positive affairs in fundamental details. I have well understood your busyness, which "will not have time for collaborations", i.e. for discussing the PSP (Peace Science Primer) paragraphs and for jointly writing for it a paragraph about your Earth Constitution, which will certainly be in it. I foresaw this in my letter and wrote that in any case your brilliant ideas/quotes will be used in our (GGHA) PSP even without your control over their use, which you refuse. In this regard, could we include your name in the PSP coauthors list, or do you refuse this? Here we need your principled answer YES or NO, so that there are no misunderstandings in the future. Along with this, the question is related: should I keep your email in the PSP coauthors list or should I exclude it (YES or NO)?

As for your traditional rejection of the Gandhian varnas/spherons, no references to any number of studies work here, because their experimental refutation does not exist and NO onE has presented it. History knows many great examples of temporary non-recognition of certain ideas that after millennia, centuries and decades were experimentally confirmed and became generally accepted truths. Such are the ideas of Democritus' atoms, the Pythagoreans Philolaus and Aristarchus of Samos heliocentrism idea and a number of others. It is simply that traditional, fragmentary and disciplinary thinking is not capable of rising to the level of cognitive integrity of spheral thinking, but the future belongs to it. Einstein understood this, emphasizing that only "a substantially new [holistic, spheral] manner of thinking" will ensure the humanity survival. The German philosopher Sloterdijk in his trilogy “Spheres” (1998-2004), which you are obviously not familiar with, confirms this.

The cognitive integrity of your Constitution thinking requires integration in synergy with the social, macrosociological holism of spheral thinking, without which the survival of the first is impossible. Although partial, fragmentary confirmations of it are possible in similar social experiments that you heroically organize at your own peril and risk. They are magnificent, unique, innovative, pioneering, deserve all kinds of praise, etc., but they are clearly insufficient, limited and doomed outside of its cognitive macrosociological holism.

This is the key epistemological question of modern social holism, including your legal (fragmentary) and my macrosociological (spheral, integral) holism. You correctly noted that holism also has stages of fragmentation that apply to both of our holisms. A discussion between us on this key philosophical problem using our examples could greatly help humanity and us. Therefore, I again invite you to think about the form and extent of our similar discussion, its continuation, even outside the framework of PSP or the Constitution.

As for updating your personal page on our site, which over 20 years has accumulated more than 600 similar pages of the Peace Science coauthors, including you at its early stage, I will do this, but not immediately, but gradually, later. Thank you so very much for making an exception. I am sorry that my working capacity has become more limited with old age and illness. But you can chose the quotations much better than I can.

You ask rightly, how we could reject and disprove Hitler's mentality surviving and being effective today.

From what I said in my last letter about Hitler's Mein Kampf and his whole philosophy, we can conclude, that it must not only be conquered on the intellectual level, but also on the level of the will to power, which is to a large extend unconscious. It pulls people back into nature. It allows people to follow their instincts rather than sublimate them. It is the fascist aristocratic principle of nature, which has to be overcome in praxis.

We must understand how this fascist ethics could return again and fascinate the masses of workers, after it had been so utterly defeated in Kursk by the Russian army, its greatest accomplishment.

It happened that way, that the Americans were afraid in 1945 after Yalta and Potsdam, that Europe would become socialist and communistic after the end of the war. They did not only do the Marshall plan, in order to get the Germans and other European on their side, the side of capitalism.

Thus after the Nurnberg Trial, the Americans asked the Germans in the German Democratic Republic to slow down and end the denazification process.

But many more old Nazis were hired during the Cold War, to help defeat communism. They multiplied and were successful even beyond the fall of the Soviet Union. Neo-liberalism and fascism united. Fascism is a movement, which wants to rescue capitalism from socialism and communism.

Even the Church has allied itself with fascism after World War I, through the Lateran Treaty between the Pope and Benito Mussolini, and through the Reichskonkordat between the Pope and Adolf Hitler, because the Church hoped to the very end, that Hitler would conquer socialism and communism forever.

That tendency continues today in Europe and in America, in Fox News and in the Catholic Eternal Word Television Net Work, EWTN.

We must deal with the fear of masses of people, that capitalism will be overcome by socialism and communism. It is this fear, which drives the masses into fascism.

Let me briefly comment on each of them.

Lucas' quotes against "digital fascism" are very relevant today at the dawn of AI, which is "fully" used by the West dying nuclear civilization in the logic of its own suicidal militarism to maintain its dominance. But there is another side. The AI and digitalization are the common good in general, which cannot be denied. Yes, this trend is suppressed today by the West militarism, which uses AI for totalitarian, liberal-Nazi enslavement of the planet population as an addition to its suicidal nuclear weapons. However, just as nuclear energy has not only lethal but also peaceful, vital applications that are absolutely necessary for humanity, so AI, in the form of safe and peaceful, spheral AI based on our Peace Science, is absolutely necessary for its Perpetual Peace. As they say, we cannot and should not “throw out the baby of peaceful AI with the dirty water of militarism”. We must also separate the "wheat from the chaff" in this matter, which will be presented in our PSP.

Something similar with the "Earth Constitution" quotes sent by Glen Martin. They carry the common good powerful potential of international law on planetary scale and on federalist basis. This is wonderful and in this sense they will be used in our PSP. However, this wonderful Constitution is deprived of the fundamental (eternal) societal pillars of the society holistic spheres and spherons, partially revealed in one aspect or another by the Pythagoreans, Marx, Gandhi, Vernadsky, Parsons, Toffler, Sloterdijk, Wilber and some others. The eternal societal spheres and spherons found a fundamental scientific basis in our "Global Peace Science", 2016 (https://peacefromharmony.org/docs/global-peace-science-2016.pdf) by 174 coauthors from 34 countries. It is including Glen Martin with his great assessment of GPS as "Our New Planetary Paradigm. The fundamental revolution in science and paradigm shift in human consciousness" back in 2012 (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=428). Although he doubts it now that is not harmful, but counterproductive.

In 2019, the GPS spheral truth was verified by world statistics in "Gandhica" (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=848), which no one has refuted, including Glen, so there are no facts yet for subjective, groundless doubts. Similar verification opens the way for supplementing and fundamental scientific, macrosociological substantiation of the Earth Constitution that will ensure its eternal life and no alternatives. IV. Each paragraph spheral structure

The PSP each paragraph is no longer than five pages, it is built in the following structure and formats.

1. The theoretical, macrosociological scientific part, somewhat similar to the societal conceptual models of T. Parsons, A. Toffler, P. Sloterdijk, 3-4 pages, in the format of a synopsis: without detailed argumentation and without detailed theoretical reasoning.

2. The visual images format of theoretical content in the form of the structural models, tables, banners, called a "figure".

3. The generalized spheral statistics digital format of the paragraph theoretical content or the absence of similar statistics and its necessity in it.

4. The format of positive aphorisms, poetic quatrains, artistic images, etc.

5. The format of alternatives, negative aphorisms of militarism, racism, Nazism, terrorism, violence, genocide and the like, the positions of which are eliminated, refuted and neutralized by the paragraph theoretical content.

Explanation. The formats of the synopsis, visuality and aphorisms are designed to ensure the maximum accessible popularity of the PSP extremely complex theoretical content as far as it is possible for it.

V. The aphorisms structure by spheres and their distribution

between coauthors according to their interests

The PSP aphorisms set is generalized and structured by four societal spheres and distributed among co-authors according to their interests and competence. All aphorisms of each paragraph cannot exceed one page.

NOTE.

The titles, sequence and number of paragraphs by merging them with another title may change in the course of their discussion and writing. The number of paragraphs, by combining, is supposed to be reduced to 15, to 75 pages, with the book total length no more than 100 pages. Simpler paragraphs titles are possible and desirable but adequate to their content.

VII. PSP coauthors rules in the collective intellectual work

1. Each coauthor confirms his contribution to the Peace Science, which for the majority is presented in the "Synopsis" from 15-10-24 https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1219 and confirmed by many.

2. For invited new coauthors, with their public desire to participate in PSP, such a synopsis of 3-5 lines can be quickly compiled for discussion and approval by the new coauthor.

3. Each coauthor from the invited ones publicly confirms his participation in the PSP to the best of his abilities and capabilities.

4. Every week, a public discussion of 1-2 paragraphs of the PSP is held as they are ready, the final versions of which, after editing and consensus approval, four editors are published in a special section of the GGHA website here: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=1091 , https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1224

5. The texts of the paragraphs are discussed and published in two languages (Russian and English), and are also sent to them in one file in order to eliminate duplication and confusion of mailings. Each coauthor knows how to use the universally available GOOGLE translator to translate responses in another language without problems.

6. Each coauthor has the right to participate in the discussion of each paragraph: send its alternative text, suggest any changes and adjustments for it within the framework of the shared PS, as well as any aphorisms to it, but do this briefly and constructively in the format of a synopsis, so as not to slow down the work of the team of co-authors.

7. The silence of the co-authors to the invitation, in this case, contrary to the tradition of the GGHA, will be a sign of REFUSAL to participate in the PSP and its exclusion from the mailing list. But silence during the discussion of this or that paragraph will be a sign of its approval, when the coauthor has nothing to object to and nothing to change in it.

8. Each co-author can leave the PSP team at any time for any reason, publicly announcing this. His contribution to the BNM and his co-authorship in it to any extent will be preserved and reflected in the PSP Appendix "Co-authors".

9. During the period of completion of the PSP (3-4 months), each co-author, if he did not participate in the statistics of verification of spherons as the foundation of the PS before 2024, determines the time for this procedure. It requires no more than 2 hours according to the tested method with the help of L. Semashko at any convenient facility with personnel employment statistics: school, university, any enterprise, any city/settlement, any industry, any country or humanity as a whole for any year, starting from 2020. Similar verification is intended to eliminate all doubts about the PS fundamental spheral foundations truth, statistical studies of which were conducted in the GGHA since 2005 and many years before it. The most complete of them is presented in the book "Gandhica" by 82 coauthors of 2019*. Public recognition of this scientific research by a co-author in a brief review of it can replace one's own statistical verification.

10. Each co-author submits a brief biographical note of up to 15 lines with a photo for publication in the PSP Appendix "Co-authors" at any time before February 1, 2025.

These rules are supplemented by the technical regulators:

1. Public discussion of paragraphs lasts 2 days, but their correction is open for 3 months.

2. Correction of a paragraph is permissible only within its established maximum length of 5 pages, no more.

3. The general rule for correcting paragraphs: "the shorter and simpler, the better", but preserving its meaning.

4. Each PSP coauthor always has a window (during 3 months) open for his/her minimal contribution to the section "Aphorisms, Quotations, Idioms, Proverbs (AQIP)" of each paragraph.

11. The PSP coauthors discuss and approve this “Organizational Plan” within 2 days, up to and including October 29, in order to begin discussing the first paragraph – “Introduction” – on October 31.

I am glad that we included religion into our peace project. But we must be ecumenical. Our peace theory will reach many people from many different cultures with different religions. We want to have participants also from non-Christian backgrounds.

Of course, all positive religions share the Silver Rule or the Golden Rule. But they may interpret or express the Golden Rule differently. Such differences also mean enrichment and concretization, and thus help its praxis in national and International, as well private affairs.

I also wonder, if our names - Infosphere, Orgsphere, Technosphere, and Sociosphere - could be made a little bit more concrete, so that also non - specialists and lay people could understand them. That would help our peace project.

Thank you for your support, especially the most transparent and detailed from Surendra, and the questions that are natural especially for those who did not participated in last year's cycle of discourse over 20 paragraphs of our last year's PSP (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1129). No one liked it, especially me, so we postponed it for a year. In order to clarify our PSP holistic meaning, we need to get acquainted with its history last year.

This year we are repeating our intellectual offensive to master the PSP unprecedented fortress, which no one in history has ever mastered, although many ladders have been built in it for this.

The PSP ultimate, planetary meaning and unique strategy is to integrate many partial, fragmentary approaches/ideas/ladders to the Peace Science (PS) into one macrosociological, spheral paradigm that has been developing and integrating only in the GGHA for 20 years (and it’s still almost 30 years away). We see specific disciplinary, partial ideas at each coauthor that are included in PSP.

These ideas for René, Rudy and others are expressed in our synopsis (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=1086), including Rudi's ecumenism of Catholicism and Orthodoxy, on which our PPRU plan is built.

Asha was not involved in this project, so there is no synopsis of her position. But I have long known well her key scientific passion for Mahatma Gandhi legacy, which in its essence is fully integrated into PS and PSP, where it will be presented by a special paragraph and Gandhi's aphorisms of "pre-caste varnas/spherons". Asha's great contribution to PSP will be her brief review, no more than 3-5 pages, of those sources that analyze Gandhi's "pre-caste varnas/spherons". We have not yet found similar sources, which we need to confirm our analysis of them in many books and projects of the GGHA for 20 years. I will name them later for Asha, if she agrees to participate in PSP as its coauthor. Now the main thing: do you agree with this? The details will be revealed and clarified gradually, not all at once.

The same for Rene. First, do you agree with my synopsis of your position and your contribution to PS over 20 years of work with the GGHA? If not, offer your correction. Of course, what you (and others) wrote can and will be used, but in accordance with the PSP requirements, i.e. as concisely as possible, in its basic formats of synopsis and aphorisms. Please, read carefully the "PSP Coauthors Rules" in organizational plan. You could clarify them if you want and can.

We have been solving Rudy's question about improving the fundamentally new peace science terminology in Einstein's "substantially new [spheral] manner of thinking" for about 50 years and will continue to do so, gradually, for each term separately that is assumed in each PSP paragraph. one thing is clear, the new peace science CANNOT DO WITHOUT NEW TERMINOLOGY, it cannot limit itself to the traditional one, since in this case it will not go beyond their boundaries and will not overcome their essential shortcomings of fragmentation and disunity. They for centuries have been unable to understand and solve the holistic, global problems of humanity, primarily the perpetual peace, remaining at zero in its solution. Therefore, as scientists, let us be patient and solve our unique holistic problems gradually, step by step.

Understanding and clarity of the whole will come later, and you already have and know your contribution to it. Therefore, let us go to understanding its place and role from two methodological sides, from the whole to the part and from the parts to the whole, without fearing this high philosophy.

In addition to my general answer. We have not corresponded for 9 months, since February 1st. You asked for a «window» to complete your three books, so I did not bother you, due to which you missed many important GGHA projects for the UN, NATO, BRICS and the like with our Gandhian Peace Science.

My main and simple question for you now: have you completed your three books? Are you ready to participate in the completion of our “Peace Science Primer” (PSP) with your contribution to it, which consists of a 3-5 page sources analysis on the topic of Gandhian "pre-caste varnas/spherons" expressed clearly and powerfully first of all in the following passage from his "My Religion", Chapter 8:

"The Law of Varna

Varna means pre-determination of the choice of man's profession. The law of varna is that a man shall follow the profession of his ancestors for earning his livelihood. Varna therefore is in a way the law of heredity. Varna is not a thing that is superimposed on Hindus, but men who were trustees for their welfare discovered the law for them. Gandhi, as you have rightly quoted, made a sharp distinction between Varna and Caste and used this distinction to understand India's cultural, social and historical traditions in the context of modernity. Each has a personal page on our GGHA website, searchable by everyone.

The coauthors team organizational part is completed by limiting our communication only to the emails indicated coauthors since October 31 - This network includes only 12 persons. Of course, our team is open to new coauthors who agree with our "Organizational Plan" and will send us a public request with a proposal for his/her peacemaking contribution to PSP. We will be happy to consider it.

We may have to change my email account, which will be used for all our subsequent discussions, since my current account is often blocked by our enemies and envious people. But I will inform you about this specifically if there is a need to change the account.

I will send the PSP first paragraph for discussion in 2-3 days, since the past days have been completely absorbed by organizational issues and numerous correspondence. I apologize if I have not answered anyone personally yet, I will do so. Organizing any work is the most difficult and responsible issue related to people and their functions in PSP, therefore it requires the most effort and time. Therefore, my promised paragraphs, due to these problems, may be delayed by 1-2 days, no more, and I will inform you about my delays.
