Reply to Lana: US Government can’t balance cash flow.
Having lost the leadership in the world of manufacturing, and having become an immense consumer society with insatiable taste, the USA is rapidly becoming a debtor nation, now with more than $22T in debt.It has, besides, an annual budget deficit of around $1T, and a huge trade deficit also. As such, it needs cash flow which must come from outside, year after year after year, un-endingly really, and that is unsustainable. But as long as it has control of the world's reserve currency in the US $, it manages to maintain the safest environment for investments in the USA, and that keeps bringing the outside investments. Now with a thriving energy production capacity and disregard for the environment, it has found a temporary additional crutch, with which it is hurting the whole world in a major way (I mean thru global climate change).
With the rise of China, now soon to become the top world economy, and with China's wisdom in developing its own market, as in W. China, It is preparing for the day when it will no longer depend on the USA as the main market for its tremendous manufacturing output. So, China is preparing to become independent of outside input, while the USA is becoming more and more deeply externally dependent. The future is clear for the USA, unless it changes its ways, and soon, and that will not happen with the mad man we currently have at the helm in the WH. God save America!

This day, I deliver my ultimate reflections to you to improve the approach of peace and harmony initiated by Léo SEMASHKO and enriched by you all. This, because the end of my public life approaches!

…Then my philosophical design which is that which philosophy itself is not a science, but it intervenes on the knowledge established apart from it. It is made to function, it has a critical function which is essential for him, it intervenes on the direction and the totality of the existence this is why I lengthily hesitated to adhere to a system of thought likely to reduce my independent critical capacity. Just like EINSTEIN: I think that the imaginary one and science must and are made to meet. In does science the imaginary one have to count as much as strict established knowledge and why? Progressive deployment of the approach initiated by Léo SEMASHKO enriched by you all and all in the line by GANDHI, the range universalism of its updated contribution.

Indeed, our approach allows this imaginary credit which makes it possible to be projected in the possible one, to explore alternative possibilities, to look further into the theoretical corpus by the confrontation of the experiments which reinforces the credit with it. This approach allows, obliges even with a certain plasticity of the spirit which makes it possible to cross and direct the problems that the only rational attitude does not make it possible to solve.

Yes you are right. This is a well-known fact, which I wrote about many times before, so I did not repeat it. It is now important for us to give a new, fresh, scientific look at the understanding of Gandhi's non-violence, in order to move matter of peace/nonviolence off the deadlock today, when the nuclear "shameful self-destruction" of humanity is 100% prepared and only left to pull the nuclear triggers. And there is no way out of this “nuclear Holocaust” of humanity today.
The only scientific option is the structural harmony of Spherons in GPS, which reveals the "greatest force of nonviolence" of Gandhi and the key actors of global peace. If you could pioneerly reflect these GHA ideas in your poem, this would be the beginning of a new poetic direction of the 21st century. It will arise necessarily, but why you not be the first in it? What can scare you and stop? If fear is a mistake, but the idea of Spherons is proved by statistics from dozens of countries, etc. And you could make it for Israel or Tel Aviv and etc. Therefore, we were happy to see you as this pioneer and the GHA will highly appreciate your unprecedented contribution to global peace and its inspiring poetry.

Many times I have sent similar paragraphs from dozens of my publications for different purposes over decades. Any of these paragraphs will cause you many questions. Because the knowledge of any new idea / concept / theory requires some intellectual work to penetrate into its history, structure, evolution, context, etc. For example, if you do not know what an integral is, but you want to understand it, then one paragraph / definition will not be clear enough for you.

“God created spherons and the rest in society is their work”

Dear Larry and Lou,

Any serious discussion ultimately comes to the most profound, philosophical problems, a different understanding of which by different people serves as the source of the most fundamental differences between them. Truth is one of the key epistemological problems of the whole history of philosophy. The idea of truth works always and everywhere in any knowledge. As a professional philosopher who devoted the first half of his life to a detailed study of philosophical systems from antiquity to modernity, I can summarize that any one-dimensional / one-sided interpretation of truth is false and unfit for anyone. An adequate approach to truth is only multidimensional / multilateral, at least ambivalent, bilateral. only it provides an adequate worldview navigation for all cognition (subjective), which I try to show below, integrating many ideas of our discourse.

In the understanding of truth, we must recognize that at least two sides / “anchors” are necessary: reality / objectivity and subject / subjectivity of knowledge. The denial of any of these “anchors” is a fundamental misconception, as shown by the entire history of philosophy. (I cannot illustrate my judgments with examples because it will require a lot of space and time. I can only refer to my textbook for sociology students in Russian, “Sociology for Pragmatists”, 1999: http://peacefromharmony.org/docs /sociologiya-dlya-pragmatikov.pdf).

Denial of reality / objectivity immerses us in absolute solipsism, relativism, mysticism and subjectivism, devoid of any fundamental criteria, real supports / anchors, practical suitability and real meaning. The reason is that a person / society can change the world around it only in one way: BY THE LAWS OF REALITY AND OBJECTIVITY and nothing else. Physical reality is transformed only by the laws of physics. Chemical - only according to the laws of chemistry. Biological - only according to the laws of biology. Social reality is only according to the laws of sociology as a science, which does not yet exist and which is in the infant stage of pre-science, not knowing a single fundamental law of society, above all its genetic societal structure of spherons. These are absolute axioms and "anchors" at all their complexity. They are confirmed by endless collective practices of history. (Violence of objective reality by purely subjective fantasies is hopeless, destructive and doomed, even if they find power / military dominance.)

But relative axioms are just as absolute. Any knowledge of truth exists in the only way - in the consciousness of a person / society as the only subject / actor of knowledge, to whom objective truth is always given only partially (never fully, never 100%). Therefore, truth can exist only in a subjective, relative limited form and ever-changing shell of narratives. The limitations of subjective knowledge are removed only in the endless historical process of changing one relative truth to another (Larry is absolutely right here), but in which the objective / absolute truth is always preserved and built up, endlessly striving to 100% but never reaching this peak. The seeds of objective truth grow in the tares of subjective knowledge, constantly replacing them and freeing themselves from them.

Maybe Kant was more close to such a two-dimensional, dialectical understanding of truth, but he became entangled in the problem of his noumenon-phenomena, the object and subject of knowledge. The Hegelian-Marxist-liberal tradition of the 19th and 20th centuries followed the path of absolutization of objectivism (materialism, economism) in its partial variations and failed that is now obvious to everyone. If at the beginning of the century the Bolsheviks boastfully asserted "Marx's doctrine is omnipotent because it is true," then the opposite is evident in a century: "Marx's doctrine is powerless because it is false." But the opposite trend of subjectivism, mysticism, psychologism, postmodernism, which long ago dispelled itself by practical nonentity, charlatanism and destructiveness / nihilism of extreme forms, like Nazism, is no better.

Examples of relative truth in mathematics of Lou prove nothing, except that mathematics, as the most sophisticated form of subjective, quantitative knowledge, effectively used in "hard objective sciences" (physics, chemistry, biology), demonstrates an unlimited range of variability of its many forms from Euclidean to non-Euclidean versions. It illustrates the unlimited possibilities of the subjectivity of knowledge and its infinite potential for penetrating objective reality. In mathematics, truth is indeed a subjective “game” of the diversity of possible noncontradictory worlds in the space of mathematical laws that can predict / discover a new reality “at the tip of the pen”. The third way of truth is integration and harmony / measure of opposites, a significant contribution to which belongs to Gordon Pask in his dynamic and holistic theories of conversion (Conversation Theory) and interaction of actors (Interactions of Actors Theory).

The 20th century broke down on a false, one-sided, materialistic / economic (for society) Marxist-liberal understanding of truth, arranged by endless military and economic violence, growing to this day, but dying, exhausted first by the fall of the USSR, and now by the coming fall of the American empire of the US / NATO, which threatens to destroy humanity in the global nuclear crematorium or Auschwitz. The 20th century, under the pressure of these partial and false, but ruling ideologies of thinking, suppressed the most accurate, pluralistic definition of objective reality given by the brilliant French mathematician Henri Poincare at the beginning of the 20th century: "The inner harmony of the world is the only true objective reality." There is not a single scientific objection against this definition, and Lenin’s swearing in his direction - “conventionalism” - is just an empty label of an ideological opponent.

From the definition of Poincaré, it follows that it is not matter, not consciousness / spirit, not order / organization / power and not “thinking reed” (Pascal) of the highest reasonable existence of an individual (Jaspers, Heidegger), but onLY THEIR HARMONY, MUTUAL PENETRATION, SOLIDARITY (Durkheim) ), FRACTAL (Anaxagoras’s “all in all” and Mandelbrot), COMPLEXITY (Wiener), FOUR-DIMENSION (Pythagoras, Parsons, Braudel, Bourdieu and others) are able to provide “substantially (OBJECTIVE) new manner of thinking of humanity if it wants to survive” (Einstein). This is the truth and the path to it. Only on a similar path of development of subjective knowledge, primarily in its highest and extremely complex form of social knowledge, naturally lagging behind the evolution of the “simplest hard sciences”, is it possible to solve the greatest epistemological task posed by Einstein 70 years ago.

The greatest potential and chances to solve it lies in the holistic interdisciplinary Sociocybernetics of the third order (spheres and spherons), focused in its SOCIONOME (its scheme is below). It provides a relatively (most) true, scientific (OBJECTIVE, FUNDAMENTAL) knowledge of society / person and its practical non-violent, peaceful transformation. To paraphrase the aphorism of Leopold Kronecker at Lou “God made the integers. All the rest is the work of man,” we can say that “God created spherons, and everything else in society is their work”. Yes, spherons are the fruit of scientific sociological imagination, which requires not only “the courage of imagination”, but also lengthy evidence, primarily statistical / empirical, which we, the GHA, have been doing for almost 14 years (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=836) not counting the previous 25 years. The knowledge of this objective / social reality, discovered by sociological imagination, frees humanity from all the false, subjectivist, monistic, ideological violence of Marxism, liberalism, conservatism, Nazism, terrorism and similar practices. Only a similar relative, but fundamentally objective science is able to put society on the path of its conscious, nonviolent, collective / solidary harmonious transformations / practices in accordance with its objective genotype, genetic code, even if it is known only as a first approximation and is very relative. The core of its absolute truth in the shell of multiple relative truths will only grow and be strengthened by the knowledge of infinite generations of subsequent human history until its exhaustion.

In this regard, I again and again invite all social scientists, especially social cybernetics and mathematicians and statisticians to join the knowledge of HARMONY SOCIONOME, i.e. to the development of the Sociocybernetics of the third order as “substantially (OBJECTIVELY) new manner of thinking of mankind” through its spheres and spherons constituting its integrity and holism. Only this thinking, integrating all constructive ideas and positive achievements, is uniquely capable, in our time, to save humanity from extinction and ensure not only its survival, but also the prosperity of all nations along with the harmonious solution of all global problems of the past created by traditional one-dimensional defective thinking.

I treat the laws and principles of physics, chemistry, biology, all the sciences, as “best currently available knowledge”. This is a practical matter, as we do need agreed-upon foundations for making decisions. What is important to me is the recognition that I accept this knowledge temporarily because it is useful to do so, and that it can change and in fact has changed throughout human history. To accept it as absolute or eternal is to deny the possibility of change. By the way, applying the word “truth” to a statement as a logical construct (relative to certain conditions) is not the same as applying it the realities of the universe.

I think what you may call a social genome, I call a “prevailing way of thinking”. Prevailing ways of thinking can change and have changed.

Humans are not ants and bees. I use the term social system to talk about those aspects of our interactions/transactions with each other that are uniquely human and over which we can, with intent, change. Ants and bees just do what they do in accordance with their biology; they do not think about it and are not aware of what they do in a way that allows them to change with intent their ways of interacting. If humans were not endowed with the attribute called consciousness, we would just do what biology requires us to do. We would not need the term “social system”, because we would just do what we do without awareness or thinking or language, or with any intent to change the way we do it. Our (humans, not ants and bees) use of the word “social”to talk about the behavior of ants and bees is not the same as the use of the word to talk about humanly-designed organizations and societies.

We do seem to agree on the dysfunctions of current systems, and I very much want to work together to create systems that avoid these dysfunctions and their accompanying violence. I claim that, to do this, we need a way of thinking about ways of thinking (cybernetics?) and a new approach to human consciousness. Best,

Dear Folks,

There are no absolute truths in any sciences.

There are relative truths, truths relative to certain assumptions.

Some may call these assumptions beliefs, such as our belief that the earth is a ball in orbit about the sun.

But for science all beliefs can be questioned, so these beliefs are different from dogmatic beliefs that are not open to question.

The clearest case is mathematics. It is a mathematical truth that a^2 + b^2 = c^2 where a,b and c are the lengths of the sides and the hypotenuse of a right triangle. But this is not an absolute truth. It depends upon the assumption that the triangle is in flat Euclidean geometry. Triangles made from great circles on the surface of the globe do not satisfy the Pythagorean Theorem. It is a mathematical truth that 11 + 6 = 17, but this is not true for the hours on a clock. There we work in arithmetic modulo 12 and 11 + 6 = 5.

(Hey, I am working with a 12 hour clock. Don’t bother me about the 24 hour clock. Then 23 + 6 = 5.) All mathematical truths are relative truths and the key to doing this form of science is to understand and sometimes change the underlying assumptions. What I have said about mathematics is true in spades for all the other “hard sciences”. My favorite joke is: THE onLY ABSOLUTE TRUTH IS THAT THERE IS NO ABSOLUTE TRUTH. Best,

1. "Global Peace Science" request on the Internet gives only our GHA, our books and projects on it and no "cybcom".

2. Today there is onE “golden, well-fed billion” and SEVEN “hungry billions”, which are constantly increasing. Is this progress and “succeeding”?

3. Where do you see “good problem solvers” when all problems (nuclear war, ecology, demography, impotent democracy, its corruption, etc.) are exacerbated to the extreme, until the self-destruction of humanity?

4. In your remarkable works on the population, I did not find anything about the fundamental social structure, apart from the traditional and outdated, partial and subjective ideas of “class structure” and “stratification”. These are, at best, temporary, transitory, and very limited concepts. Therefore, sociology (like all social sciences) as a science does not yet exist, because it lacks the fundamental concept of the “societal (macro) structure of society”. Parsons, Braudel, Sorokin and some others approached it, but it is not up to now, therefore sociology, like all the so-called “social sciences,” is still a pre-science, but NOT a science. This is evidence of their lag, at least for one century, or more precisely, for two centuries, when military science (Von Bülow) appeared, and its alternative - “peaceful science” still do not exist, and the governments do not know what to do with war, how to ensure peace and do not want to think about it and support the “Global Peace Science”. Until sociology not overcomes its powerlessness over the fundamental social structure, until then it not becomes a science. Let’s not forget that the UN was established in San Francisco in 1946 after WWII which America helped to end.Hotels were over booked in San Francisco and families opened their own homes to host delegates from around the world.

Most Americans are conscientious about democracy and immigration. America was made successful in merely @200 years by immigrants who came all around the world to seek better opportunities for themselves and their children.

Attached film at the Pearl Buck International is an example.My aunt grew up in China with Pearl Buck, and their fathers were friends and missionaries of the Methodist Church.

Our former governor of Pennsylvania’s four grandparents were immigrants from Russia.My best friends in Philadelphia were mostly Jewish professors at the U of Penn.

Imagine a social system exists due to the spontaneous, stochastic, nonlinear, thermodynamic structural harmony (negentropy) of these 16 spheral elements within certain limits / measures that are constantly changing / disrupted by the growth or decline of equally elemental / probabilistic disharmonies / conflicts, only through constant overcoming of which can this system exist, i.e. be in harmony. Therefore, the need for harmony and the need to overcome conflicts are permanent and do not exclude, but complement each other as two necessary sides of the same coin - life, social life, which both equally require conversations/discourses.

Therefore, it is impossible to imagine in this system scientific thinking that it ignores this essence and gives preference to only one side, neglecting the other. But the value priority, of course, remains for harmony, ensuring survival, and not disharmony / conflict, which ultimately leads to the destruction and death of the system. Here the measure of harmony / disharmony is very important, which is expressed by global spheral statistics, but this is a different topic.

Violence becomes a necessary way to restore harmony, when people do not know the deep societal structure, genetic code, on the basis of which they can resolve any conflict / disharmony by non-violently appropriate conversations. For example, Palestinians and Israelis do not know their common genetic code, so all their narratives / talks / conversations have been unsuccessful and useless for 60 years, because at least they have only one thing: to destroy each other. They do not want and do not allow harmony both within their societies and between them.

Only Sociocybernetics of spheres and spherons in the presented scheme can help them. They are deaf to it as a “fundamentally new way of thinking” (Einstein), remaining captive to traditional, narrow thinking. The GHA for almost 14 years of work has published 8 books and created 65 projects that use this approach in different directions: sociology, history, religion, economics, statistics, culture, education, children, women, media, technology, etc. Unfortunately, they were also obstructed and ostracized. The modern militaristic worldview is hostile to harmony and its science, which restores the development of a harmonious worldview that was laid down 5-6 thousand years ago by Egyptian priests, Buddha, Confucius, Pythagoras, Plato and many others, which Henri Poincaré brilliantly summarized in the early 20th century: "The inner harmony of the world is the only true objective reality." In particular, it is the only reality for Sociocybernetics, but only at the level of spheres and spherons. (It is our absolute truth.) This conflict can be resolved, really, only by a wide discourse, which we have been conducting in the GHA for almost 14 years and to which we invite you. Philosophical questions require a lot of space and time.

For conflict to satisfy the need called peace, it must be addressed by conversation rather than violence. The word harmony (in its standard use) implies absence of conflict. However, without conflict there can be no conversation, and we are left with violence.

Thank you for your three questions, which I will try to answer briefly.

1. We, the GHA, have started working / creating the “Global PeaceScience” (GPS) from harmony since 2005. We turned to many world leaders and international organizations, including the UN, UNESCO, G20, etc. (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=762). Unfortunately, for almost 14 years, we have not received a single positive, interested response. Only President of India Dr. Abdul Kalam supported us from 2007 to 2016, until his death. He became one of the GPS founders and enthusiastically wrote about it as a poet: “The world needs the great vision of peace and prosperity for all the nations. Global Peace Science is the dawn of a shining, harmonious vision of peace and prosperity for all the nations! Together with it, the enlightened citizens will emerge, capable of building a harmonious civilization of peace and prosperity on the planet Earth!” (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=95). No one better than him said about GPS in its positive essence and necessity for humanity.

At the age of 14, our sociological experiment with world leaders proved to us that they do not want, can not and are not able to accept and develop GPS, because they are all militarists, the greatest (USA, NATO, etc.) or the smallest (Norway, Sweden, etc.) least. World leaders are well prepared for wars of any scale, but absolutely not prepared for any peace. The militarist worldview and propaganda (falsehood) brought humanity to the very brink of “shameful self-destruction” in a global nuclear war, which only 30 seconds left on the “clock of fate” (https://registremblay.com/thirty-seconds-midnight-timely-prophetic/) - just to pull the triggers on 800 US / NATO military nuclear bases around the world and the same for other nuclear powers. This is the 100% prepared world nuclear crematorium or Auschwitz - choose what you like best. This situation was foreseen and warned by Einstein when he wrote 70 years ago: “We must require a substantially new manner of thinking if humanity is to survive.” New, peaceful thinking has not yet appeared, because there is no fundamental peaceful science.
We, the GHA, created its first version, but the inertia of the old, militaristic thinking sweeps away, neglects and ignores this science. Therefore, as always in history (see: Thomas Kuhn. 1962: The Structure of Scientific Revolutions), the new fundamental scientific knowledge must wait for its time. And it will certainly come in the 21st century for GPS. We are well aware of this, therefore, we are patient and are working on the development of our GPS so that it becomes more convincing, evidence-based and accessible. The statistical studies of spherons (spheral classes of the population) constituting the genetic code of the societal (eternal) structure of humanity and each society have now been completed in three countries: Pakistan, Ghana and Russia. The next are others. Only with their recognition, humanity (and its leaders) will be able to understand how it can survive and what “substantially new manner of thinking” will provide it. 2. Our pluralistic philosophy and scientific paradigm of harmony exclude any discrimination on any grounds: religious, gender, national, cultural, etc. GHA unites many Islamic scholars and priests.

3. The traditional inert and militaristic thinking prevents our innovative thinking from breaking through. But we actively participate in various competitions and offer our innovative digital and cultural technologies that promise huge profits. We do not lose hope to find innovative businessmen, investors and universities who can understand and appreciate our projects. We are sure that they will find such businessmen and investors, from who require a tiny amount of 200-300 thousand euros to launch new digital technologies and a “substantially new manner of thinking” saving for humanity and promising billions in profits as well as many other benefits for nature, society and every person. 1- Since you guys launched this appeal, has any one of the world leaders responded to you? If yes, what did they say?

2- I noticed that, it seems that you have no Muslim members in your team. I just visited Jerusalem and experienced a lot heavy weaponized security checks. I wonder how your approach would address the Islam related non-peace issues?

3- In addition to writing these letters and appeals to (perhaps useless) UN bureaucracies, I wonder if you guys have connection to hands-on NGOs what are doing (perhaps more useful) field works, such as, facilitating dialogues, initializing conversations, hosting public debates, etc.?

The Nobel Committee: the symbiosis of Russophobia and militarism

We did not receive any information about the inclusion of the GHA in the award contestants, except for the bureaucratic meaningless runaround to the Catholic prof. Houtart from Brussels. Such a brutal and insolent disregard for all of own norms of the Nobel Committee compelled me to the next note to the publication of nominations. There is nothing more to say except to diagnose the fact of the symbiosis of Russophobia and militarism in the Nobel Committee. Now it becomes clear why humankind has not waited for more than 120 years from it not a single fundamental contribution and a "champion" (Nobel) of peace that would have stopped wars and militarism and why it awards the warmongers like President Obama. Maybe the Nobel Committee has now become a branch of the State Department or the Pentagon?Perhaps, as the West likes to talk about Russia, this is the closest thing to the truth.

Competition project: your editing before August 25

Dear friends!

I am happy to send you my draft of the project (31 pages) for the Swedish Completion on the prize "A New Shape" with a cash prize in $ 1 million. All GHA projects were made12 years collectively. This one is no exception. Therefore, I am pleased to invite you, 18 GHA members from 7 countries - the most worthy, thinking, supportive and reliable like-minded people as coauthors of this key GHA project (to 8 Russian-speaking coauthors this letter was sent in Russian). If we win the prize (I estimate its chance at 99% for our project because no one knows the Spherons, which only we know), it should transform our work into a paid/funded and institutionally unite us into the International "Academy of Global Noospheral Peace", which was approved by us and published here:http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=750

This project is a synthesis of many books, articles and GHA documents, including thousands of letters in discussions over 12 years of its work. Therefore, this project cannot be collective. Moreover, it generalizes my research work for more than 40 years, starting in 1976, including the last 12 years in the GHA. Therefore, it is very important both as a systemic result of my life and as a systemic outcome of the previous theoretical work of the GHA. Now it is very relevant on a universal scale as well. Previous historical disharmonious and military evolution has led humanity to the abyss of nuclear self-destruction. The way out of this impasse is one - a transition to another, harmonious development path that was ignored and therefore virtually unknown to the industrial dying civilization, which remained ignorant in harmonybecause of its militarism, which excludes harmony. Violence against children is impossible only in another society
of a harmonious civilization

Thank you very much for your attention to the underlying problem of children and the flourishing violence against them in the "free democratic Western society", which in fact is not so. Therefore, the solution of the problem of violence against children in this society of militaristic democracy and power, which serve to militarism/violence priority and not for children is in principle impossible, which is proved in the GHA 8 books.

I agree with Leib's response to Robert's position. Indeed, we cannot find a single panacea for solving this problem, even if we know 240 types of violence against children and 240 million of violence against other people (women, small nations, old people, sick people, etc.). (Knowledge of any number of violence does not give us any answer to the question of overcoming them). This panacea knowledge is not for anyone, including Robert, who paints only a psychological picture. A panacea can only be a new, harmonious civilization with the harmony value priority and the Constitutionally recognized social priority of children. This civilization has only just begun to be born consciously since 2009 (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=379) inside the militaristic, industrial civilization, but its scientific vision remains problem, terra incognito. However, we know its main attributes, only within which it is possible to overcome violence against children. I lead my discourse only in this perspective, integrating other means and ways.

Leib offers a legal, constitutional remedy. Robert, it seems, is limited to psychological means. I propose - scientific, social and philosophical in harmony means. There may be dozens of other parts, as Leib writes. He is absolutely right in this. They can be successful only in a whole, in integration. Robert blames us for the fact that we lack effective means, but Robert does not have it also, because with one psychology and petitions this problem cannot be solved. He is also not familiar with my "spheral" scientific vision of social harmony and refused to write even one page of a review about the Spherons, which just serve as one of the most effective, most importantly and integral means that unites others: legal, political, economic, family, psychological etc. If we insist on fragmentation and reject integration of our approaches on the basis of the most fundamental of them, then the meaning of our discussion will approach zero.

I will be fully engaged in the global governance project for the Swedish competition for two months (August-September) and will remain silent until October. Forgive me. So I propose to resume the discussion only in October, but during this time I invite everyone to write a short (1-2 pages, no more) reviews about the main works of the other two. Do you agree with this proposal? Is it possible for you? Only then can our discussion become productive.

Moreover, we must move beyond extraordinarily damaging institutions such as school, legal/constitutional systems and 'punishment' if we are to achieve peaceful and harmonious societies.

Perhaps, Leo and Leib, if you actually read what had been written in the documents that I circulated rather than reflexively sending your own earlier thoughts, you would be able to respond with meaningful ideas beyond those you have previously articulated and with which I am familiar.

For example Leo, perhaps you could specifically explain how spherons eliminate all of the more than 240 forms of invisible and utterly invisible violence that adults routinely inflict on children.

And Leib, perhaps you could explain how your very limited list of 'Constitutional protections for children' (below) addresses, in any way, the invisible and utterly invisible violence inflicted on children referenced above.

Thank you for your feedback. Also, thank you for including me in this discussion. In response to your constructive criticism I would like to offer the following perspectives for you to consider:

Firstly, my impression is you are seeking a single panaceato the problem of violence against children. None of us (present company included) have a single solution to all of these problems. I would urge you to view each of our contributions as little pieces in a puzzle which can ultimately form the picture you imagine. I cannot speak on behalf of Leo, by my own work (A New World Union is one such small piece).

So a real solution is probably more likely to be a combination of things which may include:

1. A global Constitution which bestows certain practical fundamental inalienable rights for children

2. Forming a New World Union so the central global government can offer financial educational subsidies to Partners (Nations) in the Union on the condition they integrate into their school curriculums courses regarding these issues to inculcate children into a life of non-violence. This could make long term changes for future generations.

3. Offering free parenting courses to help prepare new parents for the task of raising children.

All of these are recommended in my own book. But even then, can we ever tackle the "240 forms of 'invisible' and 'utterly invisible' violence". Furthermore, do we even want to? Sometimes children need to be toughened up a bit to survive in the harsh realities of the world. What you are suggesting is like raising animals in the safety and comfort of a zoo and then releasing them at adulthood into the jungle where they are ripped to pieces. This is why many people have noted today that Western Millennials are spineless wimps with no work ethic. They were raised to believe «they are all special and they can be anything they want". They are madly in love with their own images posing for their selfies on Instagram. I work with them and everyone of my generation bar none finds them to be egotistical and selfish. They were all raised with this kid glove approach. My ex-wife was raised by a non-violent vegetarian animal- loving mother and my ex-wife is the most selfish, ruthless cruel person I have ever known.

Clint Eastwood Calls Millennials "The Pussy Generation". I don't know if I agree with you on raising children who are 100% sheltered from anything remotely hurtful. You may raise spineless pathetic human beings who cannot handle criticism or defend themselves.

You seem to suggest imprisonment for serious crimes like murder is an act of violence against the perpetrators. Firstly, A New World Union also includes new rights for prisoners to guarantee their humane incarceration. So when I refer to penal consequences they are not of the nature youimagine today with the hell holes governments call prisons. Secondly, A New World Union is not pro-humanitarian. It is a realistic plan that strikes a balance between the needs of the people and the needs of State and government to maintain law and order and establish justice for offenders and victims alike. As a person who spent ten years in a federal penitentiary. I can tell you prison IS needed as a deterrent. There are some really really bad people out there who do not think as you do. Society also has a right to be safe from individuals who strike fear into the heart of their communities through acts of rape, murder, robbery, terrorism, etc...

In designing A New World Union's rights for children, I had to only include the ones I saw as fundamental and immutable. I f I were to create 240 rights for children to shelter them from every possible invisible abuse, I would tie the hands of government and parents. No one would be able to turn left or right without breaching someone's rights. That is impracticable from a legal Constitutional sense.

So in conclusion, I believe the answer to your problems is creating a World Union where children have certain reasonable practical inalienable rights on a global level. And the rest is the slow (very slow) re-educating of society over the next few generations. But even then, you may want to reconsider some of the parenting practices that have managed to get humanity to survive and thrive so it is the amazing super race it is quickly becoming. The main point of the reissue is to include in it a short article (1-2 pages), for example with the title "Global Peace and its International Science Necessary" of at least one political leader, primarily the Prime Minister of Australia. Many thanks for your valuable discussion of the key importance problem of children's priority, in a holistic system of which violence against children is only its negative part. The main issue remains the issue of the cause of violence against children and the fundamental way to ensure the social priority of children, which not only eradicates violence against children, but also ensures their harmonious upbringing and development in society. The weapon is created by militaristic democracy, which democratically pedals military investments, including the military science budget, instead of children's investments. This democracy is incapable to think about the priority of children, as well as the priority of global peace and the priority of peace science, therefore they remain marginalized and trampled upon in it.

Your ideas of the three, published on our website and in the GHA books, confirm the marginal position of children and require a new vision of democracy and peace. Why the US is addicted to war? What is the deep and original cause of this predilection? What means can overcome this suicidal for the US militaristic addiction?

GPS is the best platform for a deep peacemaking dialogue of political leaders, in whose hands are the keys of peace and war. GPS is the best area for people's diplomacy of peacemakers and their organizations from different countries and different levels. GPS is the best ground for systemic consolidation of various peacemaking scientific ideas on the foundation of social and spiritual harmony as the highest value of the ancient civilizations of India, China, Africa, Europe, Russia and others. This banner was inspired by Mrs. Mairead Maguire, Nobel Peace Laureate: (see below her letter), a genius peacemaker and a fearless woman who together with others stopped the brutal inter-confessional terror in Belfast in 1976, for what she was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. Active and courageous support of Mrs. Maguire and Prof. John S. Avery, another Nobel Peace Laureate and "one of the Greatest Living Intellectuals on Earth", is a good example for all Nobel “Peace Champions” to discuss, develop and promote peace science with its Agenda for the UN, G20 and other political summits.

G20 Key Meeting and its Future

The meeting meaning of the USA and Russia Presidents is the first step towards global peace from the "arms race to a peace race" (King), which will deliver humankind and the planet from military destruction.

What will be their second step? If it will be "Global Peace Science" (GPS), then this shift will become irreversible, nonrandom and not only intuitive.

It will launch a roadmap of global peace paradigm for joint governance model of harmonious economic and democratic growth byinternational cooperation in the unique digital technologies.

It will overcome in perspective the global risks and challenges together with the decline of the 21st century population through its new quality, disclosed in the GPS.

It will ensure the "defences of peace must be constructed"in the minds of men, determined by the UNESCO Constitution that will be the most fundamental, neutral, beyond and above the transient political disagreements, which foment militarism.

The science of peace creates the deepest defense of peace in the minds of people and in the policy that the world expects from the leaders of the largest nuclear powers.

This science replaces the spontaneous age-old constant of militaristic growth with the new eternal conscious constant of "a peace race", which stimulates democratic and economic growth.

Only science is capable to promote the necessary systemic changes with the priority of preserving peace and nature, its ecology and climate.

Therefore, in "a peace race" the world expects from the second meeting these leaders similar a reasonable, scientific and fundamental step.

Thank you for your kind words about the global peace science (GPS). As for adding your name, I do not understand what kind of document you talking about. If the "GPS Agenda for the UN and G20", it was discussed since May 29 and we have not received any response from you (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=757). Likewise, with the letter draft to the G20 leaders, which was discussed since June 18 (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=762). In both cases, I accepted your silence for a natural consent sign, because it was about peacemaking projects and your strong advertising as a Nobel Laureate, against which you would hardly object. But this does not exclude mutual criticism and understanding of the general weakness of traditional peacemaking, at which for more than 100 years militarism, wars, violence and aggression have only grown. This is an obvious fact of history. We can not ignore it and it requires fundamentally new, scientific ways of developing peacemaking. I invited you many times to discuss this acute problem and invite again. Could you discuss our GPS book (which we sent you in four copies) in your wonderful organization "Peace People" and get 2-3 reviews of it from your scientists? We will not be able to qualitatively improve peacemaking unless we change it and update it. Our GPS offers one of such fundamental new ways. Why not discuss it? You as a co-author and one of the founders of this science could do this in any accessible to you audience? This science needs your help and the help of other Nobel Laureates. Could you invite them to discuss this peace science? Why not for them?

There is much we can agree on regarding peace but I believe that nonviolence also applies to rhetoric and would not agree with your comments regarding other peace movements as there are many paths to peace as long as they are indeed peaceful and nonviolent and we all need to find ways of cooperating and respecting others right to choose how they make peace.

I am very occupied as General Secretary of the Academy of Pharmacy, but I agree with the opinion lines of the Dr. Leo Semashko that Russia and Mr. Putin make the best for the peace in Iraq, in Syria and in the World. Much better than Obama of the USA. Putin, I think, he is very intelligent, cleaver, much more than the past President of the USA. New science: Global Peace Thermodynamics

I am happy to announce that the four of us, together with Professor John Avery, Nobel Peace Laureate, an expert in thermodynamics, with Prof. Vera Afanasyeva and Prof. Timi Ecimovic completed a difficult, more than a month's work with a joint article: "Thermodynamics and Negentropy of Spheral Classes Societal Harmony: Global Peace Thermodynamics." You are absolutely right that peacemakers cannot be limited to anti-war actions. “It is not enough to be antiwar. We need to do something for PEACE.” - - These are the golden words of peacemaking!!!

The first thing for PEACE is Global PEACE Science, which equips peace with the most powerful weapon that it does not have until now, although the war is armed with the military SCIENCE strongest weapon more than two centuries!!! PEACE lags behind the war on the strongest weapon FOR TWO CENTURIES!!! Therefore, can we be surprised that PEACE completely lost the WAR twocenturies? It will continue to lose, if PEACE will be left unarmed, WITHOUT GLOBAL PEACE SCIENCE. Unfortunately, traditional pacifist peacemakers are far from this understanding. They are limited mainly to anti-war actions and neglect the PEACE work ignoring PEACE SCIENCE. This is weakness of the world civil society: It has a lot of anti-war organizations, but there are very few organizations that "do something for PEACE", primarily for GLOBAL PEACE SCIENCE, leaving PEACE spiritually unarmed before the war. In addition to yours and little several other organizations, I do not know other organizations calling themselves "peacemakers" who would support the first peacemaking weapon - GLOBAL PEACE SCIENCE. I have to admit with bitterness that the organizations with which the GHA has been cooperating for a long time and whose leaders have contributed to this science have not done this.

I must honestly and directly, without fear of condemnations of my criticism, for the sake of positive peace and not belittling other outstanding merits call these organizations-outsiders of positive PEACE and positive PEACE Sciences:

This is a fact of sociological observation and analysis, accessible to every honest scientist.

I constantly publish on the GHA website “Peace from Harmony” the peacemaking materials of these organizations and their leaders, but in response the GHA cannot even get a one-page review from them about the theoretical center and the heart of Global Peace Science - about the discovery and logical argumentation of SPHERONS (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=747). WHY such a priori hatred, neglecting, violating peace solidarity and disdain to the main instrument/weapon of PEACE? If you have criticism of this center, why you did not express it earlier? Why you cannot express it through a year and a half after publication of this science, which spreads around the world, across all continents? What is the reason: in science, or in Western Russophobic racism, or in the political preferences of America, or in envy,or in what else? The conflict within the peacemakers has matured long ago, and it requires an honest dialogue, discussion and recognition of the need to develop internationally Global PEACE Science, which has many shortcomings awaiting joint resolution.

Dear GHA members, friends!

The Global Harmony Association (GHA) is happy to congratulate everyone on the 72nd anniversary of the Victory over Nazi Germany on May 9. The victory of 1945 is one of the greatest victories of SPHERONS’ (spheral classes) harmony of mankind in the 20th century.

The ingenious French mathematician and philosopher Henri Poincare in the early 20th century, summarizing the intuitive guesses of harmony, starting with Buddha, Confucius, Pythagoras, Plato and many other thinkers, formulated the great existential law of Universe: "Harmony of the world is the only true objective reality." Harmony of SPHERONS is a universal social harmony, part of the universal harmony. It acts as adamantly and rigidly as any natural law: gravitation, electricity, magnetism and others, which destroy everyone and everything any disharmony that neglects or tramples harmony, forcibly fighting with harmony.

Therefore, in society, as in nature, the struggle against violent, aggressive disharmony and its destruction is a necessary particular moment of harmony, its immutable law. In the history of mankind, all violent, aggressive disharmonies of empires, classes, nations, elites have been ruthlessly destroyed by the SPHERONS harmony. So it was with the Roman Empire. So it was with the French Empire of Napoleon. So it was with Nazi Germany Hitler. So it was with Marxist, communist violence. So it was and will be with any aggressor against harmony in the future. SPHERONS’ Harmony is invincible! It defeats any disharmony in history!

For conscious and reasonable people, classes and peoples, capable to understand it at least intuitively, capable to obey it voluntarily and finding it in mutual relations, it provides peace and happiness. For unreasonable people and nations, raping harmony, fighting with it, it turns into an inevitable destruction. The whole history is the great lesson of this inexorable law of the SPHERONS’ Harmony, which all people should remember and understand.

The attempt of the first scientific comprehension of this law was undertaken in the unprecedented international "Global Peace Science", created in the GHA during 11 years by the efforts of 174 coauthors from 34 countries (http://peacefromharmony.org/docs/global-peace-science-2016.pdf). This science reveals nonviolent, peaceful ways to ensure the SPHERONS’ harmony at all levels from the individual and the family to humanity as a whole. This science provides a conscious, non-violent victory of PEACE over the war in general. It will exclude from history all violent victories, making them superfluous and unnecessary in frameworks of the known SPHERONS’ Harmony as a whole. But its knowledge, like any science, has no end and limits of perfection.

I think that your friend is right, first of all, that we peacemakers-pacifists "act without thinking," more precisely, without the new thinking of the 21st century, remaining at the level of thinking 100 years ago. I really like that you, a thinking Palestinian, understand this and organize in your wonderful "Palestine Institute of Biodiversity" a unique "brainstorming" meeting aimed at "a human society in peace and harmony" and "the development of consciousness and recognition of our common humanity and our common responsibility". I fully share your goals and fully solidary with you in these actions.

But if we understand that the root of our problems is in thinking/consciousness / responsibility, that we "act without thinking," then why do we resist its expansion, deepening and its ascent to a new paradigmatic level? Why do we ignore the international "Global Peace Science" (616 pages: http://peacefromharmony.org/docs/global-peace-science-2016.pdf), created in the GHA by 174 co-authors from 34 countries during 11 years with participation of the President of India, three Nobel Peace laureates and dozens of other outstanding scientists? This science, integrating all past peacemaking achievements, gives a fundamentally new paradigmatic thinking based on the unprecedented discovery of SPHERONS - spheral harmonious classes of the population employed in four spheres of social production and therefore named SPHERONS. Maybe more accurately is term MEGA-SPHERONS. Their societal genetic structure is one for all mankind, for all its history, for all countries, including Palestine and Israel, only on which your peoples can build a "human society in peace" FROM harmony of SPHERONS.

But the traditional, outdated pacifist thinking and the obsolete partial and belligerent ideologies of Marxism and liberalism/conservatism ignore and in fact reject this peace science from harmony, which excludes Marx class struggle, militarism, wars and violence. Thank you very much for your great efforts in spreading this pacifist Charter. But let us look at it critically. Even if all people sign this Charter, it will not stop the acceleration of violence by its chaotic signatures. I am a supporter of this Charter, but I go further, not stopping at it and understanding its fundamental limitations. If 100 years ago pacifists were like a snail that tried to catch up and stop the armored train, today we are like a snail that is trying to catch up and stop a nuclear missile. For 100 years of pacifist efforts, violence has not only diminished, but has grown to the fantastic limits of the nuclear self-destruction of humanity and the whole planet. Most importantly, we ignore the behests of the peacemaking classics, especially Immanuel Kant, Leo Tolstoy and Albert Einstein, that only peace science/knowledge/understanding/truth can be the main instrument for achieving peace and non-violence as the highest achievement of the mind and spirituality of mankind, without which violence cannot be overcome. But this tool is almost ignored by pacifists that makes them powerless before the accelerated growth of violence. Known banal truth: "to achieve change, thinking the old way, it is impossible." And what do we have new?

You know that in 2016, the GHA published, after 11 years of hard work, the unique "Global Peace Science" by 174 unique collaborators from 34 countries (as your Charter), many of which are the Charter advocates.You Robert were one of the most active of its members. In this book (616 pages) not only your Charter was published (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=604), but also three more of your remarkable articles. Now we need a broad discussion of this peace science, its unprecedented discovery of peacekeeping harmonious spheral classes of the population, called SPHERONS, among pacifists. There seems to be some misunderstanding Leo on the matter of the follow up to you sending me 4 copies of your book which, at your request, I have agreed to pass to some of the women with whom I travelled on the international boat to Gaza.I thank you for offering to send the book and I will of course pass them to some of my sister travelers on last years boat, but as the sailing to Gaza took place last year (Sept/oct 2016) and I have no immediate plans for a further sailing (this was my 4th sailing to Gaza) I cannot undertake as you have suggesteda follow up on this matter.The movement of the Boats to Gaza focus on lifting the siege and supporting the Palestinian Peoples freedom.

Regarding your proposal for me to visit Jerusalem, I would like to advise youthat as I have tried to enter Israel on the free Gaza boats, and on other occasions, I have been give 4 (10 years detention orders) by Israel for my freeGaza/Palestinian work.

I remind you that GPS or peace science has integrated during 11 years dozens of different outstanding peacemaking achievements of mankind, beginning with Numa Pompilius and Ashoka the Great, including the ideas of Erasmus, Kant, Tolstoy, Gandhi, Roerich, Einstein, King, Kalam, Galtung, Chomsky, Siebert, Avery, Maguire, Houtart, Ayo-Amale, Chandra, Giroux, Budnikova, Kotila, Mercieca, Baymuratov, Daspet, Burrowes, Kahan, Ecimovic, Ioannides, Wadlow, Habyarimana and dozens of others from all continents on the basis of global Tetrasociology from Russia. GPS has shown that its development, regardless of its origin country, is a matter of an international scientific team on a global scientific foundation beyond the traditional partial and warring ideologies.

The GHA wants to help your courageous peacemaking action in the peaceful resolution of a long, almost 60 years, conflict between Israel and Palestine. If militarily worried governments, political parties and leaders do not find places on their agendas for peace science, then the world civil society and peacemakers should make it a permanent agenda for interreligious and political dialogue. For this, I invite to our initial dialogue on this topic with Ms. Mairead Maguire, Nobel Peace Laureate on the Women's Peace boat in Gaza (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=678), my friends: Dr. Devorah Kalekin, a sociology professor from the University of Haifa, and Dr. Yehuda Stolov, The Interfaith Encounter Association head in Jerusalem, as well as several peacemakers from other countries (below). I like to invite the three of you to put peace science on the agenda of your civil discussions in Israel. Let its beginning and subject will be the international peace science, which you could look at our website or I can send you its copies if you let me know your addresses. Let the dialogue beginning will be your short reviews in 5-10 lines about the GPS logical center and heart (see attachment) - discovery and theory of Spherons - constant harmonious classes of any population, including Israel and Palestine. On a lasting peace between them only these harmonious classes give hope. The GHA invites the sociologists of Haifa to the sociological study of these classes in Israel and Palestine. The GHA invites believers from the Stolov’s Association to discuss the structure of these classes as a Divine Creation and invites everyone to participate in ours with USA Prof. Siebert joint article: "Spherons of Harmony: The Third Way of Religions Reconciliation" in the attachment, because "there may be many things that we do not know" from the Divine Creation. You three, well-known intellectual peace leaders, could meet for this discussion together on the Women's boat in Gaza, or at the University of Haifa or at the Stolov’s Association in Jerusalem. It would be a great peacemaking action of intellectuals! It would be devoted to a dialogue / discussion of peace science as a common spiritual platform for resolving a very old conflict. The effectiveness and meaning of your peacemaking work in this case will increase many times and give new hope to the peoples of Israel and Palestine. Then the GHA could add to you other GHA members of both sides. The most important thing is to start this dialogue and show its example for the world civil society.

To justify such your meeting / dialogue, let me remind peacemaking classics that "only the truth" (Leo Tolstoy) of peace science as a "tool of nonviolence" (Gandhi) is able "to shift the arms race into a peace race" (King), raise our thinking to a "new level" to ensure that "peace can only be attained through understanding" (science) instead of war (Einstein). These are all epigraphs of GPS.

Why does no one today discuss peace science? What prevents dialogue about peace science today? In Russia, where this science comes from, it is rejected as a dissident, excluding by harmony / non-violence the Marxist class struggle, the idea of which is still alive in Russia. In the West, especially in the United States, this science is rejected by Russophobia and sanctions against Russia, which are silently expanding on peace science from Russia. The solution of this savage, barbarian dilemma of between Marxism’ Scylla and periphery Russophobia’s Charybdis of militaristic industrialism can be ensured only by the world civil society in the multipolar scientific dialogue of the West-USA-Russia-China-India-Africa-Pakistan-Iran-Israel-Palestine, etc. Let us begin this dialogue with the Women's boat, with short, in 5-10 lines reviews about the theoretical center, heart and nerve of this science - about the Spherons argumentation. The first examples of such reviews from all continents can be found in the attachment. If we do not do this, then we, voluntarily or unwittingly, extend militaristic sanctions to the peace science. Then, what about our peacemaking will the population and history think?

The issue of dialogue/discussion of peace science is not a chamber issue, of one boat, but global, as global peace itself is. Many thanks for your condolences to the innocent victims of terrorist attack in St-Petersburg. I published your message, Guy, on your personal page: http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=106 You are absolutely right in that “solidarity against terrorism is necessary”.

But we need solidarity not only in blood, innocent victims and condolences, but also in means to prevent terrorism, wars and all kinds of violence. Such a tool can be, above all, the SCIENCE of Global Peace, without which terrorism and the militarism that generates it only flourish. But why we do not have solidarity in this saving science? Why we cannot think beyond blood and condolences, from which innocent victims will not come to life and which will not save new innocent victims in the future? Why we do not see solidarity in this science? Why do we, the peacemakers, ignore it?

It has long been known that God deprives the mind of those people whom he wants to punish. Obviously, God deprived modern people of reason and the ability to think about peace from harmony, to punish them with a global calamity.....

Troy, very good that you are “for world peace and nuclear disarmament”. But you, like other pacifists, unlike the "Global Peace Science" (GPS) authors, have not been able to offer for all your life, more than a century, any constructive scientific social theory, revealing the way to achieve “world peace and nuclear disarmament”. You have no decent/worthy scientific alternative for GPS. Unfortunately, the level of your thinking is that it you cannot even adequately understand the key idea of GPS – unprecedented discovery of the deep societal structures of humanity (SPHERONS) at all levels, which is "harmonious human nature," according to Kant. Albert Einstein well-defined the main typical defect of your thinking: “The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them. We shall require a substantially new manner of thinking if mankind is to survive.” Understanding??? Therefore, please, learn to think in a ‘new manner’ if you really want to “world peace and nuclear disarmament.” Without the new, spheral thinking, pacifism will not reach them for a thousand yearsyet.

With regard to the "silence is consent", this is not only a Russian saying, but the GHA rule during 12 years, which calls to develop thinking and suggest more correct expression of peaceful thoughts if you can. You are not a member of GHA, and we have not seen anything from you, except a bare childishdenial, even review on GPS. Where is your "serious way"? We do not see it, because it does not exist.

Global Peace Science Today

In November 2016, the Obama Administration's United States Executive Order # 13685 prohibited us, to conduct in any form, including chairing, lecturing, skyping, signing of certificates, etc., our 13th International conference on Religion and Civil Society: Cooperation between the American and the Slavic World in Yalta, Republic of Crimea.

We can only hope, that the new Trump Administration, which won the election with the support of the Evangelicals and Catholics, will in the spirit of the Sermon on the Mount not build walls, but will rather erect bridges, and will thus continue the good beginnings and intentions of the Obama Administration, particularly concerning the relations between the American and the Slavic World, for the best of humanity. Hopefully, the Trump Administration will also cancel and rescind the Executive Order # 13685 as fast as possible, and we shall be able to continue our productive international conference in Yalta, in November 2017.

Everything flows, everything changes. The eternal truths remain but they change the forms of expressive reflection in different times, in different cultures and civilizations. Today, Global Peace Science (GPS), created during eleven years in the Global Harmony Association (GHA) by 174 coauthors from 34 countries, is one of the most urgent and highest forms of Sermon on the Mount and its Golden Rule, which is the first in the history reflection of the universal social harmony in the Christian religion. Immanuel Kant suggested its philosophical reflection in the definition of social harmony as human nature, which excludes war and provides "perpetual peace." GPS offered for the first time in the history of its scientific reflection on the basis of discovery of the deep societal structure of SPHERONS - eternal harmonious classes of the population employed in the eternal harmonious spheres of social production. We know for a long time in the GHA your Earth Constitution and highly appreciate its peaceful aspiration. It is included in Global Peace Science (GPS) integrating all peacekeeping achievements, but in a new capacity of the Constitution of Global Peace SPHERONS: eternal harmonious classes of the population/humanity, which (SPHERONS) form its deep societal structure and constant social genome (http://peacefromharmony.org/docs/global-peace-science-2016.pdf and GPS Primer for adults: http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=423). only in this quality your Constitution is able to become a reality and to find recognition of all nations and governments. Without a fundamental social foundation of the harmonious SPHERONS your Constitution is remaining an absolute utopia, as well as dozens of similar constitutions, since Kant’s genius Constitution over two centuries ago. Without a fundamental social base, they are nothing more than interesting fantasies, castles in the sand or air palaces. Without SPHERONS’ foundation your Constitution will die as well as others. only on the SPHERONS’ basis it can survive and find acceptance, though not immediately but in the long run.

I wrote to you about this many times, but you have ignored all the scientific counter arguments and all offers of cooperation in scientific understanding for the social base of your Constitution. So I think your rapid activity to spread your utopian Constitution, devoid of scientific basis, is meaningless and deceptive non-critical audience. You promote it more than 20 years with a zero result and you will push it another 200 years with the same result without a fundamental social base. Without it, your Constitution is modeled on standard of "the most democratic American Constitution", which has been unable for more than two centuries, to ensure peace, justice and human rights in a country with 300 million of population. It works on the war and does not work for peace, and you offer it for 8 billion people, for humanity as a whole, the objective social structure and nature of which you do not know and do not want to know. In my opinion - it is irresponsible and unethical without such scientific knowledge. Your Constitution is on the formal, legal surface of society and powerless to penetrate into its deep structure to bear on it and to serve all people, not just to the richest 1% of the ruling elite, as in the USA. Your Constitution, without fundamental social pillar to all the population is actually limited only by 1%, within which it has no future.

The lack of deep social base does not allow your Constitution, as well as the American, to overcome the four generic defects of traditional liberal democracy: militarism/terrorism, inequality, nationalism and corruption, degenerating into law of "totalitarian democracy" (William Engdahl) or "inverted totalitarianism" (Sheldon Wolin: http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=424). only spheral democracy or SPHERONS’ democracy is able to overcome these ineradicable vices of traditional democracy (ibid). We have repeatedly offered to you to combine the advantages of our GPS and your Constitution, but you have ignored this proposal, which is reflected in your destructive letter dated 28 May 2014 and published in GPS (op. Cit., Pp. 154-163). We are happy to cooperate and publish those supporters of your Constitution, which does not ignore our opinion and are willing to discuss common problems, such as Dr. Roger Kotila, who co-wrote the GPS (ibid 299-301) and other GHA projects (http://www.peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=680).

You think your Constitution is absolute truth in the last instance, excluding any discussion and development, requiring only universal acceptance and total ratification that is contrary to its democratic orientation and is utopian. It is closed to development. You are not able to post any critical opinions about it on your website. Our GPS is radically different from your Constitution; it is opened to criticism, development and integration with other ideas and projects, including your Constitution but in the updated content. Therefore, I like to invite you again, after almost three years, to cooperate and start it with the publication of our letters to our websites. I posted your letter on your personal page. Could you publish my response to your website? I am ready to publish all your critical and constructive articles in this area, because we are interested in the Global Peace Earth Constitution, which can be a real and useful for peace only on the scientific basis of the deep societal structure and its actors - SPHERONS ensuring perpetual global peace. In December, I was in Nepal for 9 days.The WCPA chapter there, which goes all the way back to the 1980s, has been reactivated by Sri M.B. Pradhan and a number of other prominent civil leaders in that country. While there, we visited four ex-prime ministers, a supreme court justice, and several other prominent politicians and government officials.We gave them all copies of the Earth Constitution and all of them agreed with this goal of joining the Earth together under a single democratic order that disarms the nations, protects universal human rights, and establishes environmental sustainability. The chapter there wants to make Nepal a model country and leader in the worldwide movement to ratify the Constitution for the Federation of Earth.

We then brought in the new year with a 3 day WCPA conference in Pune, India, called “Building the World Parliament,” in which many prominent Indian and international activists met together to make India a global center of the movement to ratify the Earth Constitution and bring our endangered world forward to a democratic global order that can demilitarize the nations and give us a world of peace, justice and sustainability. This means that the zombie mainstream of American ruling elite (1% of the population) is working against the people (99%) and the greatness of this country, destroying it from the inside.

The elite professors close to the mainstream, like Troy, objectively assists the fall and humiliation of their country. Dear Friends,

This is my response to your exchange. If I may say something, as someone who is located somewhere between the US and Russia, and does not belong to any party, both of your opinions seem to be based on misconceptions.

What Prof. Troy said about Russia (and this is his perception) can be said about the US (and this shall be equally wrong or right perception). In fact Russia acts as a legal entity in Syria. Russia had also some valid reasons to annex Crimean peninsula. only if we examine the issues in details and are really guided by a desire to know, we can come to a properly balanced view.

I am now in my early sixties. I remember the cold war. There is a fundamental difference between those times and now. At that time the ideological differences between both parties were greater than today, and yet there was a lot of rationality in the way in which both sides tried to resolve conflict. Also, my generation at schools and elsewhere was educated for peace. Today, this is just opposite. No rationality in analyzing the situation, but only insulting each other; no culture of peace, but war rhetoric.

This is very regrettable. This means we have all failed. I personally saw the fall of the Berlin Wall. I was there on 9 November 1989. This was such a hope! And then, the US has imagined itself that it could now become a world empire and "do this alone". This was a fundamental mistake.

The way to proceed is to organize the world on the basis of rationality, and this means, first to respect countries sovereignty, and second, to build a strong international community on the basis of the UN.

May I just recommend my recent book Tractatus Politico-Philosohicus which includes seven principles of rationalism in international relations and seven principles of a happy society.

Dear Leo (& Troy) -

I am afraid that Troy's view of Russia as the "bad guy" has it backwards. He's wrong. It is the United States that is determined to go to war, not the Russians. It is the United States (and Israel) that has routinely violated international law such as the invasion of Iraq -- a world crime.

It is the US Empire which is the "bad guy", refusing a diplomatic road to world peace, and causing chaos and war with the goal of regime change in country after country (Iraq, Libya, Syria, Yemen, and so on). The plans to overthrow these governments are well-documented.

Highly sophisticated propaganda (lies) are routinely placed in major media which disguise the Pentagon/CIA's real agenda. It is a well-known fact among investigative journalists that the Pentagon is working on "full spectrum dominance." A military scheme to rule the world.

Troy Davis apparently is depending upon Establishment media. If so, it is a mistake. Western media outlets such as the New York Times, the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal and almost all major television outlets present the CIA/Pentagon's propaganda. So people like Troy may be fooled, not realizing that their own government is lying to them.

I just listened to a talk at Berkeley, California by Dr Kevin Barrett who is a recognized expert on false flag operations. "False flag" means an event such as 9/11 wherein the attack is planned and carried out by insiders, but falsely blamed on outsiders -- in this case Muslims.

Dr. Barrett and other investigative journalists (such as ex-CIA operative Robert David Steele) have revealed the truth behind many so-called "terrorist" events -- both in the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

I'm ashamed to say that the evidence points to the CIA/Israeli Mossad/MI6 as the usual perpetrators of these vile acts -- that falsely blame Muslims, Russians, Syrians, or others who refuse to submit to Western rule.

Those of us who actually live in the United States (I call us the "real Americans") are deeply ashamed of these acts which are routinely carried out to cause fear and traumatize the public. We are falsely told again and again that we have enemies out to get us.

The military/industrial/covert operations complex is making big money by falsely convincing the public that the US has "enemies" out to attack us. Currently Muslims, Russia, China and Syria are being falsely accused of being "enemies."

We can anticipate more false flag operations which will blame Russia, Syria, or China since these countries have been targeted for regime change. Below is an article from Global Research revealing the latest potential false flag operation (highlighted in yellow) which is reported by investigative journalist Joachim Hagopian (West Point graduate, former US Army officer):

His ex-Air Force coworker speculated that the ultra-tight security and sudden influx of so much activity is characteristic of top secret nuclear weapons movement. Speaking of which, the eyewitness also noticed that 6-8 US Navy vessels were offshore and the island docks were busily unloading countless pallets of bombs. Obviously sneaky Obama is up to something very big against his targeted cold war enemies potentially including nuclear powered Russia and China.

The key right is the right to peace and freedom from war. It is not exist in the liberal Declaration of human rights,

In this project, we offer ten items for the Global Peace Summit Agenda of two nuclear superpowers, in whose hands are the keys to the nuclear hell of humanity in the 21st century. This Agenda humanistic center is "a sacrosanct right to global peace and freedom from war for every human being." Unfortunately, this key human right is not exist in the Declaration of Human Rights and all human rights documents of the United States that violate that right continuously during 70 years after World War II, annually fueling the wars around the world, the victims of which were more than 20 million in 37 countries (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=641).

Of course, you are right in saying that this right can be only providing with global disarmament. But how is that possible? We offer it to the general foundation of Global Peace Science (GPS) for 50 years by annual reductions in military spending to 2%. However, we emphasize that it is not possible without the recognition of global peace from harmony of SPHERONS, global classes of harmony, which in contrast to all private and temporary groups, classes, nations, states, ruling elites, etc. (PARTONS), are interested in global eternal peace as eternal themselves SPHERONS. In GPS, we have formulated additional articles in the Declaration of Human Rights on the human right to global peace and freedom from war (ibid, p.177 "The right to global peace" and others). The answer to the two different peacemakers

Firstly, we, GHA, express our huge gratitude to Roger for your true peacemaking concern for the fate of peace in connection with the invasion of USA/NATO to Russia's borders, reminiscent to the Russians the Nazi invasion in 1941, and for your presentation of our project "Russia-USA-PEACE" RUSAP (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=710) offering cooperation, dialogue and global peace Summit between the two countries to prevent a nuclear catastrophe for all. I was happy to publish your wonderful, true peacebuilding article on our website “Peace from Harmony”: http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=680

Secondly for Rene. Sometimes you write the good articles that I publish on your personal page on our website. I posted yesterday your wonderful article about Gandhian nonviolence: http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=272. But today, as many times in the past, we read your thoughts in the spirit of traditional pacifism, which showed its secular impotence before the war, was helpless and powerless to prevent the two world wars and hundreds of local wars with more than 200 million of victims in the 20th century. You slept through the bloodiest war with Hitler, as well as a continuous series of the US wars around the world since 1945 with 20 million of victims. They not be stopped by the thousands of your pacifist declarations, protests, appeals, articles and books. Why you cannot or do not want to admit the falsity and defect of your traditional pacifist methodology based on the facts of its age-old failures?

Why do you insist on "reasonable measures that can be taken on local-regional level" that you do not know and do not offer? Imagine a situation, when Russia puts its military infrastructure on the borders of France and the United States and the peacemakers will offer "reasonable measures at local level." Or you cannot imagine such a situation? If your methodology is dead and does not work - you yourself admit that "Things are not moving in a positive direction," why you do not want to support a new peacebuilding methodology - the methodology of global peace from harmony based on the Global Peace Science? only such a methodology, not a pacifist, promises effective peaceful results. But it requires a Copernican revolution of relations; replacement of military relations to peace ones on a common scientific platform. Maybe your Association World Citizens, headed by you is afraid of this revolution? We have not heard from you constructive peace proposals and projects and you do not accept our. Why? It's your problem. How do you decide it for yourself? When to our heads will fall the nuclear bombs, it will be too late to think about peace and "to over-stress the degree of tensions."

For the task of preserving peace and preventing war, especially nuclear and lightning the "over-stress degree" does not exist. There is only stupidity, incompetence and impotence. Do you agree with me?

I do not think that it is useful to over-stress the degree of tensions with Russia which Leo does to an unreasonable degree. I think that cooler, world citizen proposals are needed to propose tension-reduction measures even if they are not acted upon at present. The Association of World Citizens has been pushing for more federal structures for Ukraine and for good faith negotiations for the Syria-Iraq conflicts. Things are not moving in a positive direction in both situations for the moment, but I think that we can continue to show that there are reasonable measures that can be taken on local-regional issues. Dear Sir,

As Gandhi famously said “The resources of this earth are sufficient to fulfill the need of everyone, but not the GREED of any onE."

The US, in the past, had succeeded to grab, exploit and profit from the resources of other relatively weak countries. A very vast and major portion of it's accumulated wealth has been acquired through manipulation, arm twisting, bullying and plundering the resources and extortion by ruthlessly imposing corrupt regimes upon many countries. It is a long list.

Knowing only the tricks of deception, falsehood, and cheating, the US can never even think of a rational fair play and peace. It is at war with it's own self like a demonic monster who has tasted blood and cannot survive without sucking blood.

In this situation, I would suggest that the world’s sane leadership, i.e. Russia, China, should take a bold step by creating a situation and policies that can police this monster, i.e. US Neocons, and send it back to its borders despite the fact that those borders were acquired through deception and cruel killing of the Red Indians.

I am happy to report that in the GHA was completed 10 day discussion and approval of our project: "Russia-America: Copernican Revolution of Relations Instead Insanity of Nuclear War": (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=710)and in attachment. We have not received any objection but have received approval from 40 peacemakers from 20 countries. Other peacemakers, obviously, do not see any threat in the confrontation between the two nuclear giants with 95% of stocks of these weapons; or hope that it will resolve itself on the principle of "maybe, probably and somehow." The peacemakers of the past also thought and before the First and before the Second World War. But the Third threatens to punish everyone for their carelessness and passivity. "Suum cuique"!

Here I can only reiterate the call to all peacemakers, which I formulated to Dr. Bruce Cook from USA: Could you together with your colleagues take the high mission to initiate in the US and other Western countries saving peacemaking movement in support of our joint project? We propose to title this International peace movement: "Russia/US: Sanity Peace Instead of War Insanity" under the banner in attachment and above? Preventing nuclear madness of the war between the USA and Russia would attract strong attention of the civil society of any country. This would be your great contribution to global peace and rational alternative strategy to insanity of nuclear war. Our initiative should be implemented in practice. Your YES for the GHA project of “Russia/USA Peace Cooperation” to prevent the madness of global nuclear war is particularly valuable from Japan as a victim of the first American nuclear aggression in 1945. The threat of such aggression is saved by the US billionaire’s democracy (1%), which Congress approved in December 2014 a resolution on preparation for the war with Russia (Ronald Paul.
