Publication: In English: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=531 In Russian: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=558 Erasmus of Rotterdam, a Dutch philosopher, theologian and humanist, more than 500 years ago wrote the world-famous “Complaint of Peace, Expelled and Defeated Everywhere” on Latin language: “Querela Pacis undique gentium ejectae profligataeque”, [s.l.], 1517, which became the pacifism humanistic pillar. But over 5 centuries, the situation with peace has practically not changed, if it has not become worse under the humanity and nature in nuclear Armageddon threat of complete incineration. Peace remains today, as before, an outcast “everywhere expelled and defeated” by war, nullified in all infrastructural vectors of all society spheres. “The expelled and defeated peace” today is its science zero and its academies. This is its schools and universities zero. This is its professional personnel zero, if you don’t count its spontaneous and sporadic amateur-pacifists. This is its material and technical base zero. This is funding zero for it, with zero peacemaking governments and parties that would not only in words but also in practice, assert peace, creating all the necessary, permanent infrastructure for it. The most governments and parties frankly do not want peace, which prevents them from the war profiting and self-establishing themselves. Others want peace but do nothing real for it, do not know what to do and do not want to listen to those who know HOW to achieve true peace and not just another temporary truce that has filled all of history instead of true peace. The governments do not know true, eternal peace, out of ignorance recognizing as peace any temporary truce, any respite between wars. Unlike peace, from its gaping zero infrastructure, war today is provided with an excellent, rich infrastructure of resources in abundance. It is a military science started by Adam von Bülow since 1799, more than three centuries ago, and equipped today with hundreds of military academies in all countries. These are priority budget and private investments in the war and arms race, amounting to trillions of currencies of all lears. These are thousands of military schools and universities around the world. These are hundreds of millions of professional armed forces and paramilitary forces, the total number of which is bashfully kept silent in all sources. This is a countless and innumerable material and technical, primarily weapons, military platform with thousands of military bases and an endlessly accelerating arms race. This is practically all, 99%, of governments and parties in the world that openly or silently, under one or another plausible pretext, serve the god of war. Now, the reigning war left to rogue-peace only one day a year, September 21, giving it a meager mercy-alms to remember, talk about, forget about again and return to itself for the rest days captured by war on subsequent years. With similar ratio of zero infrastructure of the rogue peace-life and 100% infrastructure of the reigning war-death-mass murder, brought to 100% nuclear, scientific genocide and ecocide, true peace will never be established on Earth, not in any new 500 years, if first it is not finally killed by the war along with all of humanity and its only planet. Where, when and HOW can the humanity true, eternal peace come from and BY WHOM be established not in empty endless appeals and pacifist wishes but really, practically and tangibly in the priority peacemaking infrastructure in all spheres of every country and nation? This possibility and foundation are laid in social genetics, in the eternal actors of humanity substance, discovered by Mahatma Gandhi in 1927 in its “varna-spherons”. In prehistoric times, they provided India with a “golden age” of prosperity and world cultural leadership and will create it for the future of humanity, when it masters the Gandhian science of spherons, the peacemaking science of spheronics. The Golden Age, for all its utopianism, in historical examples like India, was “golden” only thanks to the kingdom of peace, which is real as the only sociogenetic way of life for people and whole humanity. The initial, fundamental pillars of this science, based on the Gandhian eternal actors of the true peace - spherons, ensuring the humanity survival as genetically peacemaking “mole of history”, in the form of an initial system of eight structural macro-sociological laws. They were first theoretically formulated, historically substantiated and statistically verified by world statistics in the GGHA during 18 years of hit scientific innovative research. Unfortunately, they remained unheard by anyone who could provide the development of this science with resources. I wrote my dissertation about Erasmus of Rotterdam and his Catholic and Protestant humanistic followers. The fascists right away opposed the dissertation. Erasmus and his humanists tried early on in the Reformation to make peace between the Catholic Church and the Protestant movement. They tried for ten years: 1530-1540. But unfortunately they failed and the Western Church is still split today, more deeply even than the Orthodoxy and Western Catholicism have been separated for a thousand years. It is a scandal! In any case, Erasmus was a very rational and peaceful man. He had been expected to become the future Martin Luther. But, paradoxically enough, he was too peaceful for this role. Adam von Bühlow and his school took over and tried to rationalize warfare, which only promoted it. But Shakespear's, or better Hamlet's "mole of history" continues to dig until it comes up to daylight: the Sun of Reason and Peace. It is our benevolent request if you could please be able to initiate, as a Non Aligned Nation Member State, “THE GLOBAL PEACE SCIENCE AGENDA” at the United Nation’s Session, which was developed, made public and proposed in ten languages to the leaders of 193 UN member states by the peacemaking organizations and Nobel Prize Laureates. Your initiative with global peace science would make your country one of the leaders in the 21st Century of a scientific peacemaking revolution, or better still pro-evolution, which will "shift the arms race into a peace race" (M. King) through the peace science and will give your great country a priority in the unique digital technologies that ensure sustainable economic growth.
We hope you do want this? Would you like to do this? Would you, as one of the World Leaders, willing to take seriously your social and moral responsibility for global peace, and thus for the destiny of humankind and our BEAUTIFUL planet?
Your initiative will be the start of a new international discourse and dialogue on a scientific as well as humanistic vision of global peace. It will help to overcome the apparent dearth in global peace research in contrast to the global military research, which appears to be suicidal for humankind and our planet, in the face of the possibility of a second cold war bordering with a thermonuclear war. Your initiative would indeed be a historic event to rescue humanity and the planet from the deadly militaristic threat. Such an initiative would remain in the memory as a grateful humanity forever.
It would be a great, unprecedented initiative of peace through science and humanism. It would certainly be necessary for the people of your country and all humanity. We are of the apt view that this proposal is acceptable to you.
Since you are a peacemaker, not militarist, therefore you shall recognize that this peace initiative is necessary, particularly in the present global crisis. Or do you think it is untimely and ready to give away the palm of its primacy to another country?

Building a Nation of Peace - Construir uma Nação de Paz
Delasnieve Daspet* Todos nós, os sonhares e ativistas, o povo, todos, indistintamente, temos grande responsabilidade de construirmos e de nos posicionarmos em favor da paz. Temos de trilhar caminhos diferentes que nos levem a paz e a justiça social, que tenha respeito pelos direitos humanos e pelas necessidades do homem. Que possamos levar a todos mensagens de amor e de esperança. Conscientizar o humano de que ele não foi feito para a guerra. O complicador é que a paz não se vende, não se compra, não se determina. Sem esforço ela não existirá. E, tem primeiramente, nascer no coração de cada ser humano. Se não houver paz em cada um como haverá paz do povo e de uma nação? A paz é nossa obrigação. Obrigação de cada um de nós. Ela tem de existir em nosso lar. Temos de ensiná-la aos nossos filhos. Eles tem de aprender o respeito a si próprio e aos seus semelhantes; a conviver com os diferentes, que tem direitos e deveres, e, resolver seus problemas. A paz é tão frágil que devemos trabalhar todos os momentos em sua construção. A paz se vive. A paz é justiça. É o não existir fome. É não ter sede. É ter educação, saúde e segurança. É solidariedade. Paz é ver reconhecida a dignidade de cada ser como pessoa. É saber a diferença entre o bem e o mal. Respeitar a vida, o meio ambiente. É o não existir da violência. Respeitar as virtudes. A paz se encontra na caridade, não como esmola, mas como amor. Os frutos da Paz são a justiça e o bem comum que serão conseguidos com o calar das divergências religiosas. In partnership with GHA, RAGA was happy to carry on its site Open Letter to President Trump penned by Dr. Rudolf Siebert, Professor of Religions and Society at Western Michigan University. http://www.raga.org/news/open-letter-to-president-trump The RAGA and myself are happy to hear what President Donald Trump just declared at the UN General Assembly: “We do not seek to impose our way of life on anyone, but rather to let it shine as an example for everyone to watch...let diverse countries with different values, different cultures, not just coexist, but work side by side on the basis of mutual respect.” Russia was quick to endorse Trump's formula. “I think it’s a very welcome statement, which we haven’t heard from an American leader for a very long time,” said Sergei Lavrov, Russia's Foreign Minister. Unfortunately, as happened before, Trump's word on the US-Russia relations is not the last because US Big Media conduct a vicious campaign against the President. There can hardly be an international peace when there is such divisiveness, hatred, intolerance and strife as now inside the USA. The UN call to strenghen the ideals of peace, both within and among all nations is being ignored inside the most powerful country. It is also unfortunate that, while conciliatory toward Russia, Trump increased the rate of hostility toward Iran, Syria and North Korea, and this does not bode well for the global peace. Sincerely,

The Method of GPS development is democratic consolidation in IAGP the scientific groups from different countries with different scientific approaches to peace. The GPS option created in the GHA is initial and preliminary. The final version of GPS should be created in the IAGP, which catalogs the different research groups and scientific approaches to peace, organize their international Contest (8.20.), international Congresses on their discussion and ensures the synthesis of their constructive advantages in the final version of GPS. It is a huge and long-term work that can be done only in IAGP. IAGP Vision: Creating a new multipolar and harmonious/balanced world order excluding the war to ensure peace and prosperity to all nations. Motivation: Global peace can be achieved on our planet only on the base of peace science in the 21st century. This science should be created finality in IAGP. This science integrates the spiritual potential of humanity peacefulness of all its nations, cultures and civilizations on the innovative theoretical foundation as shown in our book. We all together with you see that peace in our time is as fragile as it was 100 years ago - in 1914, as 75 years ago - in 1939, before the two world wars of the most bloody 20th century. Humanity is once again on the verge of world war but now nuclear, unprecedented in its victims, which will be calculated into billions if it will survive generally. War constantly wins peace because it has one absolute advantage - military science, science of killing by the most sophisticated weapons of mass destruction. This science was established more than two centuries ago and since then all governments cherish it with the fattest military budgets. Now the governments and nations do not know how to escape from it, released to freedom, military jinn. War begins with the head, with science. Put an end to them can also only by reason and science that Einstein said else. But in contrast to war, peace is still deprived of own science that does not allow to strengthen it with stable social consciousness, free from tearing subjectivity of many different approaches to peace. Scientific understanding of peace will free it from its historical weakness, raise it at the current level, strengthen spiritually and provide it with decent support and funding of all states. Only with the help of this science humanity can be freed from the threat of new wars and ensure stable peace. All the tools of peace: Peace-building departments in governments, peace education, culture of peace, interfaith harmony, disarmament, Global Peace Constitution, international law, peaceful resolution of conflicts and the like can be effective only in a single complex with GPS. The first practical step towards global peace based on science is IAGP creating. It is the historical mission and task of the BRICS, which you are able to decide to bring humanity to peace and rid it from the new and catastrophic wars. This saving for peace cultural and humanitarian initiative can arrive only from you as leaders of a peaceful global community. Another way to global peace does not exist. If there would another way, then peace would have reigned on the planet long ago. Therefore, it is necessary to fill the absence of this key condition for peace - the science – by collective democratic efforts in the IAGP. International Day of Peace, September 21, 2012 GHA Message Peace Will Not Come Without Disarmament! Publication: In English: www.peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=531 In Russian: www.peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=558 Dear peacemakers: On this great day, each one of us must make on our own, a seemingly small, but significant contribution to world peace. We all know that the situation with regards to peace in the world is extremely unfavorable. The Second World War marked the beginning of world arms race. Ever since, the military spending has been increasing steadily every year and now has reached its astronomical limits. The weapons, especially nuclear weapons are not only immoral, but a threat to global security. We recently learned about a possible military attack on Iran, which has the potential to escalate to a third world war, a perilous prospect for humanity and our common home - the Earth. Here, we are a family of different ethnoses united together in divine harmony as one nation under God. The family members do not use weapons against each other even when they disagree. Weapons are needed for enemies who want to suppress others by force or kill for domination. In the global village of nations that we cherish to create, we cannot afford to live as enemies. So, we do not want to accumulate weapons to intimidate each other by the militarist principle – If you want peace, prepare for war; peace without the gun is not possible. That would be arms race all over again. However, all the past history, replete with wars, has demonstrated that weapons really are ineffective in achieving peace. on the contrary, in any war, the weapons have caused a tremendous loss of life and only bring death, pain, grief etc. Peace on the weapons is not possible! The weapon is a power not for peace and for war. It is merely the energy of physical violence, a way of destruction, not creation. Peace is possible only by disarmament, that is, in the absence of weapons. No weapons – no war. General and complete disarmament is the only practical and material condition for global peace. If the peacemakers and all the people are not united for disarmament, peace will never happen. All other peacemaking actions without disarmament are meaningless. We urge all peacemakers to join us in our common campaign - disarmament as the most effective means of peacemaking. Disarmament is the first and foremost condition for peace. For rational people and nations, who want to live in peace from harmony not from war, the place for weapons is only in the museums. To achieve this goal, we invite all of you, as well as members of your organizations and your friends to sign the GHA Petition to the UN demanding total disarmament in 50 years by reducing military spending in each country at the rate of 2-percent per year. It is a social base for disarmament. The spiritual support of the disarmament process is the formation of global consciousness for a global harmonious education through the ABC of harmony and similar world textbooks. The organizational foundation for the disarmament process is the UN Treaty on Total Disarmament on the Basis of Global Harmony. The requirement of total disarmament as the general principle is formulated in the appropriate GHA Petition to the UN.
