GHA Project: “Spherons: UN Harmony instead UN disharmony…”

Review

By

Dr Babita Tewari

Global governance can only be harmonious if it can be scientific, not impulsive and unconscious, demanding a new systematic harmonious scientific thinking absorbing wholeness of all diversity of its parts. Many Sociologists such as Pierre Bourdieu, Talcott Parsons, Alvin Toffler, Fernand Braudel, Niklas Luhmann, and others viewed the entire community as a system of four socio-cultural production systems/spheres and corresponding actors, which provide society with four imperative and sufficient resources: People, Information, Organizations and Things (PIOT resources). These structures, prior to the dialect of Materialism, coined by Marx, were even discoursed by him too. The absence of a scientific model of harmonious governance determines the non existence of a harmonious structure of organization and the subject of governance at all levels, including the UN.

The model of global governance develops within the framework of Sociocybernetics of spheres and Spherons’ harmony as Sociocybernetics of the third order, including its previous orders.Spherons are harmonious classes/communities of humanity constituting the key object and subject/actor of global harmony and its governance. Hence, in order to govern international cooperation, and prevent the global risks of disharmony, it was felt that a sustainable and scientific evolution is desired, giving way to the transformation of the traditional United Nations.

Global harmony demands, at first, the equal rights for the Child and Women.Global peace is next to impossible without “General and Complete Disarmament from Harmony”, which in the project of Global Harmony Association is proposed on the basis of global harmonization under the UN auspices.

In my role as a Sociologist, studying women atrocities, which has also been a part of my research, I find that in order to achieve gender equality and women's empowerment, as also a priority for children, is both a means and an end for the deconstruction of militarism, negative masculinities and patriarchy which adores aggression, and upholds the traditions of conflict in all its insanity and pointless attack on humankind that we ask for to end. But this is not enough to end the agony. We have to design more scientific means to combat this problem, and the need to study Peace, which comes from harmony through science, is vital.

Women Social Scientists ought to come forward and study the four harmonious spheral classes of population, the SPHERONS, for a more harmonious world (http://peacefromharmony.org/docs/global-peace-science-2016.pdf)
