This is the first necessary condition for the Russia survival and sovereignty in the Western enemy environment. But it is NOT ENOUGH! The second necessary and sufficient condition not only for survival, but also for VICTORY of Russia in the imposed information, hybrid war, as well as in achieving global civilizational, peacemaking leadership, is a scientific worldview, true consciousness, holistic thinking and a peacemaking ideology acceptable to all peoples. Nobody has them. Therefore, immersed in a false consciousness, the states and their leaders are left with nothing but a constantly escalating confrontation that accelerates the arms race and excludes the alternative of a scientific global peace, which is necessary and acceptable to all peoples, states and leaders. only Russia, according to its civilizational code, is capable to initiate this alternative, accepting "the geniuses of foreign nations" into it. The fact that this alternative, saving for the world, and victorious for Russia, has been ignored for more than 20 years is Putin's fault and shortcoming, which threatens Russia with a new, unforgivable defeat, as in the Cold War. For more than a century, Russia has been in the thrall of ideological devastation, now one, then the other that was warned by great Russian thinkers, especially Maxim Kovalevsky, back in 1910. It deprived the USSR/Russia of the possibility to win the Cold War, was unable to ensure the defeated Third Reich denazification to prevent its revival in the US/EU/NATO/Ukraine Fourth Reich. Most importantly, it deprived Russia of the opportunity to intellectually and technologically get ahead of the defeated Germany, lagging behind it for 77 years at times in the development of social production, in its growth tempo and in the people well-being level. The ideological collapse that caused all the defeats of Russia, starting with the USSR collapse is expressed by the most backward level of development of the socio-humanitarian sciences, which for a century have been deprived of any fundamental, breakthrough discovery that could lead them out of a century of depression/stagnation. This is the weakest and most hopeless systemic link in Russia today, the internal, hidden source of its death. If Russia loses yet another cold war, it will be only because of it. A new, alternative social science, providing complete denazification, global peace and civilizational leadership of Russia, has been developing in it since 1975, but, “as always” according to tradition, is ideologically ignored by it, to its own death, despite its fundamental, verifiable scientific character and world recognition (below). 4. The Initiator and Engine of the "Global Peace Strategy" based on the SGPM. Based on the SGPM, the “Global Peace Strategy: Shift the Arms Race to a Peace Race” was created in Russia by 750 GGHA coauthors. The first step in its implementation was the Russian peacemaking initiative of security guarantees, including Donbass and limiting NATO expansion to the East, proposed by Russia on December 15, 2021, but rejected by the West. This caused Russia's defensive peacemaking military operation in Ukraine, launched on February 24, 2022.

The Dialectical Law of "Necessary Violence in Peace/Nonviolence" One of the spheronics fundamental laws is the Gandhian law of necessary violence for the sake of maintaining peace and nonviolence, which Gandhi formulated as follows: “kill the killer, maniac, lunatic [Nazi, terrorist]!” This is the dialectical law of "necessary violence in peace/nonviolence" in the boundary situation of life/death for an individual or a nation. When their lives are threatened by death, they, for the sake of their own salvation and the preservation of their peace and nonviolence, must, are morally obligedto protect themselves, loved ones by any means from the aggressor and kill the killer, of any color and name. This duty of a nonviolent person or society is like the duty of a surgeon cutting off the organism carcinogenic part for the sake of its life. Similar is the role of the Russian military operation in Ukraine. Similar is the historical significance of the Hitler Reich destruction and the execution of its criminals by decision of the Nuremberg Tribunal. This law is an organic part of the Gandhian SGPM as an intellectual instrument of denazification. It is a generalization of that natural practice in which not a single person, not a single nation will endure deadly aggressive preparations on their doorstep and will always give a violent rebuff to an aggressor, a murderer. Therefore, Russia's operation is justified from all points of view, from moral and historical, and not only national, but also global, because Ukrainian Nazism, armed by the West with nuclear weapons, will inevitably unleash a new world, nuclear war, destructive for humanity. The inevitability of war between Ukraine and Russia is written in its Nazi Constitution. You have been cooperated with me since 2002 and with the GGHA since 2005 in all of its 11 books and all of his 81 peacemaking projects, without expressing any fundamental objections to them, except for a principal scientific disagreement on the issue of “the third order sociocybernetics”, or “spherons sociocybernetics”. on its theoretical basis, proposed by me back in 2005-2012 (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=64), the GGHA “Anti-Nuclear Manifesto” (AM) was built, published in Delhi in December 2020, in total 1.5 years ago and sent to the UNGA ~200 members. Its new name was simply a shift in emphasis from its core to its ultimate goal. You wrote brilliantly about spherons in “My Thoughts on Semashko’s Spherons” in 2017 (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=255), but you were never able to understand their fundamental scientific meaning for both sociology and sociocybernetics in a whole. Recognition of their fundamental role would mean recognition of the key contribution to the development of sociology and sociocybernetics of the Russian philosopher Semashko with that you, as a Western theorist, could not agree at all, considering the West to be intellectually superior to Russia. It's the first thing that pushed me away from you. The primary thing for you was not truth, SCIENCE, but a subjective, generally racist (Russophobic), ideological (false) preference. The second thing that pushed me away from you was the dogmatism of Western sociocybernetics, similar to the dead dogmatism of Marxism and liberalism that killed them. You limited sociocybernetics to two orders: 1. Observable systems by Wiener (1948) and 2. Observing systems by Forster (1974) and rejected its further development in relation to society. In it, the key role belongs to people who are sociogenetically structured in spherons, which is adequately reflected in their third-order sociocybernetics and which Mahatma Gandhi intuitively understood in 1927. only the recognition of spherons can transform general cybernetics into sociocybernetics, which without it remains a miserable myth and a sad joke.
