Many thanks for your new peaceful initiatives in the ASEAN region, uniting ten countries. Your letter is published here: https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1080.

Let me remind and repeat o­nce again. Our international peacemaking NGO GGHA, founded in 2005 o­n the initiative of Russian sociologists with me, uniting more than 600 humanitarian scientists from more than 50 countries with headquarters in Delhi, developing the Gandhian’s “Spherons Global Peace MegaScience” (SGPM) is constantly looking for a country that would be interested in this unique peace science. We are forced to admit that over 17 years we have not found a single government that would show interest in it and take a simple step in order to organize an international scientific conference to discuss this science to jointly search for a global peace alternative.

Now, when the West has officially abandoned negotiations and dialogue with Russia at its recent summits of the G7 and NATO, when the West left himself the o­nly, military path that sets two nuclear powers, the USA and Russia o­n the very edge of genocidal nuclear death in the WWIII, deadly for humanity, the issue of scientific peaceful alternative is becoming especially relevant. WHAT GOVERNMENT IN THE WORLD CAN REALIZE ITS NEED TO INITIATE AN INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE: "Global Peace MegaScience: o­nly Reasonable Guarantor of Global Peace and Security."

We, the GGHA and all world citizens and peacemakers would be happy if the peaceful Philippines and its active peacemaking President would take the courage and responsibility to initiate similar conference in his country, at least, for a start, o­n the ASEAN. What prevents the ASEAN to initiate the dialogue and discussion of the “Global Peace MegaScience”, instead of a schizoid, 100% military narrative with its endless issues of violence, destruction and zero access to global peace?

We completely share all your efforts in this direction. We are ready to promote them and actively participate in the preparation of this conference by our rich peacemaking international scientific potential created and accumulated over 17 years of our work. You are free to send this and all other invitations and proposals of the GGHA, any of its 83 peace projects to the leaders of any peaceful countries.

But o­n the path of the proposed conference are two powerful interconnected obstacles.

First. This is a pernicious, deadly trend of 77 years of post-war history, which launched the genocide race of nuclear weapons by terrorist atomic bombing in August 1945 of the peaceful population of Hiroshima/Nagasaki, which destroyed more than 250 thousand residents. This trend is still growing in all parts of the world, including ASEAN. The nuclear weapons race tabooed to 100% any search for a scientific peaceful alternative, not a single fundamental example of which humanity has seen over 77 years.

Second. The whole post-war history became depression, a deep stagnation of the scientific search for global peace. Therefore, our innovative SGPM faces a powerful cognitive, epistemological obstacle to its ignoring from the threshold, without discussion as “utopia, imagination and unreal dreams”. To overcome this obstacle, our SGPM offers the first step to verify the truth of the global peace actors - Gandhian spherons in a simple, accessible to every literate person for 2 hours of statistical verification of spherons of any country, any social object.

In this regard, we invite any leader, for example, the Philippines President, if he is interested to initiate the proposed SGPM and a conference o­n it, to conduct independently such statistical verification in order to make sure of the objective reality of spherons and their objective truth for each person of our planet. The justification of this SGPM study starting since the proposed statistical verification at any social object is deployed in the GGHA attached project and the corresponding methodology. Yang, please, send this project and our invitation to the leaders of any peaceful countries. Your initiative would be especially convincing if you yourself, independently conducted a statistical research of the spherons of your country - Singapore, for example, in 2020. Is it possible for you? Peaceful science, unlike a primitive war, requires a long and difficult mental preparation. Are you ready for it? If so, please, give everyone your great example.
