Dear Mr President Xi Jinping,

We, the GGHA, are happy to send you, to the China great political leader and outstanding global peacemaker, our unique project “Scientific Ideology for BRICS+” (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1152) for its next year summit in Kazan, Russia, planned by President V. Putin.

          The center of this project is constituted by o­ne integral, fourdimensional and holistic paradigm of peacemaking spheronics science, which, at first glance seems “crazy, mad” because of its originality but provides the most effective, of all possible today, solution and implementation of the BRICS strategic goals. Here is the paradigm summary.

           Firstly, spheronics is the o­nly verifiable paradigm of macrosociological science of true peace, similar to any other, o­nly verifiable natural science: astronomy, physics, chemistry, biology, etc. They are unique, true for everyone, because everyone can be verified and therefore exclude confrontation and war o­n their objects, just like peace in the true peace science, i.e. in spheronics. The BRICS “Global Peace and Security” priority goal can therefore o­nly be realized o­n the spheronics basis as the o­nly verifiable science of true peace, constituting an unshakable common denominator for all nations and states if they want to live in peace. There is no other similar denominator except for the peace science. This science can be rejected and ignored o­nly by ignorance, or extreme militarism, or bias and laziness to verify it. This is not about you, because you are not yet familiar with it. We are ready to prove its truth to everyone and any reasonable audience in 1-2 hours who are not afraid of it and wants to know it.

          Secondly, the spheronics general theoretical platform allows creating an unlimited composition of its technological tools for the pragmatic embodiment of true peace in each country or the BRICS region, taking into account their specifics and features. Today it is limited by four technologies, o­ne for each sphere of social production. In the infosphere these are digital technologies for unprecedented global statistics and strong (holistic) AI, increasing labor productivity by many times. In the orgsphere, this is the technology of a spheral fractal organization of social production (primarily economics, technosphere), which raises its growth by 2-5 times. It ensures its change from the ossified, rigid branch (corporatist) structure to the evolutionary spheral and fractal structural restructuring, which, without spheronics science, turned out to be impossible nowhere, not in any country. In the sociosphere, this is the technology of spheral social equality of spherons; gender equality according to the law “Children’s Suffrage Executed by Parents” (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=211) as a regulator of fertility and a generator of female and youth activity, as well as their fundamentally new education in science and worldview of true peace, i.e. in spheronics.           These and similar technologies of spheronics will provide, in 3-6 years, global technological, economic and peacemaking leadership to those BRICS+ countries that are the first and energetically will get o­n the path of spheral modernization, which China intuitively got in Deng Xiaoping’s  “four modernizations”. They provided the country with an average annual growth of 15% during almost 30 years. But Deng Xiaoping began his modernizations since the reform of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, separating from it the “Chinese Academy of Social Sciences” as an independent scientific center aimed at developing ideology and solving key practical problems in China since 1977, which ensured their great success.

          The spheronics paradigm and its spheral technologies also include an effective method to resolve territorial conflicts and others. The summary formula of true peace in spheronics is: “PEACE goes through the spherons, their thinking in peace science and spheronics’ education”, the development of which our project is dedicated to.

           We have been developing and verifying this innovative peace science and its technologies for more than 40 years, most intensively in the GGHA for the past 18 years, since 2005. It is in reflected in hundreds of publications, including 85 peacemaking projects, denazification, more than 20 books in many languages and almost 300 branch projects in all spheres over 45 years (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=873). A French writer and peacemaker, the GGHA member, titled me, several years ago, for the scale and significance of my works in peace science “the Russian Marx, the second Gandhi and Tesla of peacemaking.”

          However, despite many works, this science is developed, figuratively speaking, o­nly 1%, which requires the creation of an innovative “Academy of Peace and Accelerated Growth” for its development and application in the special conditions of each country. The o­ne, who will understand this first, will be in world leaders. Therefore, we again invite everyone, primarily BRICS leaders, to delve into the spheronics so as not to be late.

          The development and verification of the innovative peace science since 1976 under my leadership, inspired by the Gandhian spherons discovery, became the meaning of my life. It was determined by my father death from the German Nazis in the WWII. It was embodied in my, the fulfilled now, scientist’s oath: “The war killed my father; I killed the war by peace science” (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=239).

           While I'm in health in my 82, I am ready and would be happy to implement the proposed project at the R&D level, to launch it into practice in o­ne year, under your leadership, in China. It delights me with conscious aspiration, as you emphasized, to “expand the horizons of theoretical innovation, maintain an open mind and draw inspiration from all the outstanding civilizational achievements of human society, so that create a rich theoretical base that would be comprehensive and rely o­n the strengths of different theories... to respond to the new challenges of the era" (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_n).

Your ingenious dreams and inspiring methe China scientific innovations sounds in the unison of my life meaning! For the sake of them, I am ready to accept China’s citizenship as the second after Russian o­ne (or otherwise) if China will create for the scientific development and implementation of the offered modernizations the “Academy of Peace and Accelerated Growth of China” (APAGC) of 40 specialists under my scientific leadership. (More details are below.) 
          Our macrosociological science of true, global peace, spheronics, structurally excluding the war and providing accelerated economic growth, meets all your requirements. It is identical to your center-oriented to the people (to the working spherons) approach and guarantees China a new “great breakthrough”. Your global BRI is its first step that receives a fundamental support and perspective in spheronics science as a science of planetary spherons/working people in their “building the future community of sustainable prosperity and development” (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_n). This science convergently transforms the capitalism and socialism key ideas into a peacemaking, Confucian theory of the prosperous harmonious society of the eternal spheron-workers, attractive to all nations. This science was offered to renew and save the USSR back in 1980 as the party reform into a communist fourspheral multi-party system according to four spheral classes (spherons) of the population, which eradicates the party’s dogmatism and stagnation, and also as a fourspheral structural restructuring of the branch depressive organization of social production. But it was rejected by its leadership as “mad”, with followed tragedy of its collapse after 10 years. This organization, in fact, remains the same to this day, minimizing the economy growth rate.

          We hope for your understanding and support of our innovative structural and technological modernizations of spheronics, which will ensure the accelerated economic growth of China its “new great breakthrough”. It meets your constant requirements "to comprehensively deepen the reforms at a new historical starting point."

           For the development and widespread use of the spheronics’ proposed modernizations in China, it requires the “Academy of Peace and Accelerated Growth of China” (APAGC) creation, with 40 specialists in five breakthrough innovative laboratories, with annual funding up to $2 MM since the next, 2024 year beginning.

          This Academy assumes your full administrative and financial management, and the scientific leadership o­n our side. The APAGC preliminary design and its work main stages plan in 2024 in the structure of your wonderful, independent “Chinese Academy of Social Sciences” (CASS) think tank, which I visited in 2007 at the conference “China - Taiwan: Peaceful Reunion through the Culture of Confucian Harmony” https://www.peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=295), I am ready to present at 1-2 weeks.

          The APAGC will become an intellectual flagship example for all BRICS+ countries and China would be its inclusive flagship. This Academy in 3-5 years would provide China with the restoration of accelerated economic growth rates of an average of 15% per year during the previous years of “four modernizations”, and then its global technological, economic and peacemaking leadership.

          The spheronics as the Chinese modernization new stage will be a scientific “one BRI for the modernization of all countries” in our century.

          In any case, I would be glad to be your volunteer scientific assistant o­n peace science issues to serve your “high theoretical innovations and rich scientific base of the future.”
