G20 Key Meeting and its Future

The meeting meaning of the USA and Russia Presidents is the first step towards global peace from the "arms race to a peace race" (King), which will deliver humankind and the planet from military destruction.
What will be their second step? If it will be "Global Peace Science" (GPS), then this shift will become irreversible, nonrandom and not only intuitive.
It will launch a roadmap of global peace paradigm for joint governance model of harmonious economic and democratic growth byinternational cooperation in the unique digital technologies.
It will overcome in perspective the global risks and challenges together with the decline of the 21st century population through its new quality, disclosed in the GPS.
It will ensure the "defences of peace must be constructed"in the minds of men, determined by the UNESCO Constitution that will be the most fundamental, neutral, beyond and above the transient political disagreements, which foment militarism.
The science of peace creates the deepest defense of peace in the minds of people and in the policy that the world expects from the leaders of the largest nuclear powers.
This science replaces the spontaneous age-old constant of militaristic growth with the new eternal conscious constant of "a peace race", which stimulates democratic and economic growth.
Only science is capable to promote the necessary systemic changes with the priority of preserving peace and nature, its ecology and climate.
Therefore, in "a peace race" the world expects from the second meeting these leaders similar a reasonable, scientific and fundamental step.

The world lives today in the conditions of extreme exacerbation of militarism and aggressiveness on the planet threatening survival. The only way, - to appeal to the reason and moral of our political leaders, in whose hands the keys of peace and war are, remains at the ordinary citizens and peacemakers in this situation. We can only call with the initiative of a NEW DIALOGUE on GLOBAL PEACE IN THE SCIENTIFIC PARADIGM (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=757) instead of the endless arms race and extreme escalation of military rhetoric, plans, threats, consciousness and coalitions. Only the New Dialogue of Global Peace is able to "Shift the arms race into a peace race," as the great thinker and peacemaker Martin Luther King Jr. bequeathed to us. We do not see ANY OTHER WAY to ensure this overripe, most necessary shift in the most vital challenge to humanity in the 21st century!

Thank you very much for your wonderful final five messages from Australia with "Global Peace Science Agenda" to the G20 leaders on the last day of their summit. Your messages complete the GHA peacemaking action for the G20, but they continue it for the General Assembly of the UN member states, which will take place at the end of September, almost two months later.

I am happy to sum up the GHA peacemaking action for the G20 in three weeks (from June 18 to July 8) in the corresponding table above, which was published here:

On behalf of the GHA, I heartily thank all responsible peacekeepers and world citizens for the active implementation of our peacekeeping mission to initiate at a higher political level a new dialogue of global peace in a holistic scientific and humanistic vision capable of leading humanity out of the deadly militaristic impasse.

We are well aware of the main positive outcome of the G20 Summit in Hamburg: the resumption of constructive international cooperation between the two largest nuclear powers of the United States and Russia at the meeting of their Presidents: Mr. Putin and Mr. Trump. Their meeting was marked by the joint establishment of a zone for the cessation of hostilities in southern Syria. This is a small but important step towards a global peace through active peacemaking cooperation between the two powers. This is a turning point in modern history in its movement from war to peace, from "the arms race to a peace race," as ML King wrote.

We will continue our peacemaking mission, contributing to the peace cooperation of states now on the UN General Assembly margins at the end of September,to which our G20 was just a training and preparation. We got a lot of experience that will help us fulfill our mission more effectively. We hope that the leaders of our mission, the diplomatic duo of Mr. and Ms. Tewari (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=758), enriched by experience, will promote it more actively, for example, they could provide at least 10 messages to the leaders of the UN member states every week, that for 2 months (8 weeks), will cover approximately 80-100 of them with our appeals.

Some members of the GHA, Ammar Bunny, Ayo-Amale and Takis Ioannides have already sent our letters to leaders of other countries: Algeria, Guinea, Senegal, Greece and Cyprus. This is a good start to continue our peace science mission. This mission is positive and nonviolent, unlike the emotional aggressiveness and violence of thoughtless anti-globalists of all stripes: the leftist Maoists, Marxists, Trotskyists, anarchists and extreme right-wing nationalists, monarchists, fundamentalists, etc., devoid of any constructive global agenda. Drops of our peacemaking messages destroy the stone of militarism. The GHA hopes that despite our two-month summer vacation, many of our responsible peacemakers will take an active part in the continuation of our most important peacemaking action.

This petition is an ongoing petition to the G20 Group of Nations on behalf of the People of the World, and is intended to raise attention and discussion on the precarious state of Global Economics and our shared Future, and the fact that our political leaders are not representing the vast majority of Humanity to lead us towards a peaceful and sustainable future but rather are leading the human family to chaos and the potential collapse of civilisation. We are at tipping point in terms of Climate Change and increasing danger of Nuclear War while severe poverty and hunger with the lack of basic amenities afflicts two-fifths of the World’s population. We live on a Planet with finite resources and we cannot rely on infinite growth to solve our problems. It is now time for Humanity, as a whole, to take a stand and speak out on an ongoing basis to ask our leaders to truly represent the requirements and needs of all us, not just the financial and corporate elite.

In this connection, we invite every leader of the UN member states to show your social responsibility for peace by your unique initiation of the Global Peace Agenda at the UN that will raise your peacemaking prestige highly. We invite you to include in the Agenda and put to the vote of the UN General Assembly in autumn 2017 the following 12 initiative proposals of this Agenda, or some of them at your discretion:

1.The necessity to develop Global Peace Science (GPS) based on the idea of world harmony, which includes all human values and is intuitively shared by all civilisations in the history.

2.Holding the International Scientific Contest for the best version of GPS under the auspices of the United Nations.

3.Establishment of a Special Committee in the UN: "Global Peace Science against International Terrorism" as a tool for reconciliation of religions, antiterrorist immunity and overcoming the fundamentalist ideology of terrorism.

4.Establishment of the "Global Peace Academy " under the UN for research and education in the field of global peace and its branches in the world's largest and nuclear-armed nations.

5.Establishment of the "UN Week of Global Peace Science from Harmony" on January 24 to 31 or January 17 to 24 (following the example of the "UN Interfaith Harmony Week" on February 1 to 7, initiated by the King of Jordan at the UN General Assembly Session in 2010).

6.The reissue of the book "Global Peace Science", possibly by 2018 under the auspices of the UN and with the participation of world political leaders, primarily from nuclear powers.

7.Conduct international statistical research into dynamics of a deep societal structure of spheral classes within the population in each country and worldwide since 1950 to 2015 by decades.

8.Establish a permanent UN Project "Monitoring of War and Peace in the World Public Consciousness and the Media".

9.Establishing a "Peace Department" in the governmental structures of the world's largest and nuclear countries.

10.Work out the UN Model of global governance by general and complete disarmament, with the priority of nuclear disarmament within 10 years based on the GPS.

11.Explore the Global Peace Thermodynamics as the UN Model of global governance for environmental, climate and other world challenges and risks of the 21st century.

12.Consider developing "Global Peace Earth Constitution" based on the GPS.

If a leader (or an assistant) of a country wants to learn about Global Peace Science, what email address should I give them?

Is there a one page summary available of what GPS is proposing that the G-20 leaders (or their assistants) can read? It must be brief and clear.

(These busy people will not read anything that is too long and detailed. But your basic message ...that there is too much global war research and not enough global peace research is an important message.)

Can we have them contact you, Leo, if they are interested in learning more about the recommendations from GPS?

Is it time yet to lobby for a Global Peace Summit to be attended by those leaders of nations seeking peace and wanting to prevent nuclear war?

If so, such a Summit should not be just a one or two day affair. Thank you very much for your kind words of gratitude! I am happy to send you and all my appeal to the Prime Minister of Australia to initiate the "Global Peace Science Agenda" at the G20-2017 Summit (in attachment together with the response of the Australian Government Chancellery).

My letter is an experiment and the sample for your and all peacemakers editing. It meets our requirements, especially the constructive requirements of Dr. Kotila (below): brevity (0.5 page), clarity, alternative to military research and return address for questions. Do you agree with this text? Could you and others edit it? Could the peacemakers also report the names of other Nobel Laureates: Prof. Frank Wilczek and Prof. Ernesto Kahan? (My email you could give in all your messages.)

Of course, each sender is free to send his own version of similar appeal/message. Each phrase in it can be used independently in Twitter or in Facebook of the G20 leaders. I intend to send this appeal to all leaders of the G20 and invite other peacemakers to follow this example whenever possible. Many thanks for your powerful appeal of the G20 leaders to the Global Peace Summit with "Global Peace Science Agenda", primarily President Trump and his wife Melania, which was published on page G20: http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=762 and on your personal page.

Of course, we all understand that everything depends, ultimately, from the American President. If he agrees with the idea of this Summit, then it will take place. But if he does not agree, it will not. He could agree with it in accordance with his powerful peaceful intentions in the pre-election race (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=735). But now he is in a deep militaristic hostile siege of the "democratic" majority in Congress and the media, under the fife of whose he is forced to dance. Therefore, his position and behavior are unpredictable under the dictate of this majority. He does not belong to himself under the pressure of this blockade. We can help his peaceful intentions only with our appeals, which, for all their weakness, can play a certain positive role. We will hope for it.

As for your letter to President Putin, you'd better send it to his web: http://en.letters.kremlin.ru/. This will be more effective, because the Russian bureaucracy, unlike the American one, is more favourable and attentive to foreign senders than to domestic ones. Of course, I will send him your letter, but I think it will also be ignored, like dozens of my letters over the past 15 years.

But in any case, our initiative ignites at least some light at the end of the impenetrable militaristic tunnel of the 21st century, deadly now for all.
