Итоговая версия Резолюции Саммита США-Россия, 16 июля 2018, Хельсинки. Видение мирового гражданского общества. Вариант ГСГ. Мы, лидеры Соединенных Штатов и России, которые обладают 96% мирового ядерного оружия, половина из которого находится на постоянном боевом дежурстве, способном в течение 30 минут уничтожить жизнь на планете Земля, осознавая свою ключевую ответственность за предотвращение безумной военной катастрофы, подготовленной на 100%, вынуждены признать крайнюю необходимость для наших национальных интересов и человечества в целом радикального миротворческого ненасильственного решения, которое выражено нашей совместной принципиальной Резолюцией: «Великая Мирная Хартия XXI». Великая Мирная Хартия XXI, сокращенно ВМХ-XXI, - это начало сознательного всеобъемлющего миростроительства 21 века в долгосрочной перспективе нескольких поколений человечества, исключающей возможность его глобальной военной катастрофы. ВМХ-XXIопределяет следующие фундаментальные мирные цели и их инструменты: 1.Конечная цель нашего века - покончить с институтом войны через научное понимание ненасильственных гармоничных источников глобального мира и гарантированной всеобщей безопасности, которые обеспечиваются всеобщим полным разоружением и полной демилитаризацией всех сфер мирового общественного производства в течение 50 лет 21 века, 2.Первоочередная цель на ближайшие 5-10 лет – ядерное разоружение, «ядерный ноль», требующий незамедлительного снятия с боевого дежурства всякого ядерного оружия и его сокращения ежегодно на 20-10% под контролем МАГАТЕ. Это первая практическая цель и приоритетная ответственность лидеров США и России перед своими народами и человечеством в целом. 3.Мы ориентируемся на сознательно гармоничные политические, экономические и торговые отношения, исключающие мировые «торговые и санкционные войны», содействующие снижению политической напряженности вместо ее обострения и обеспечивающие наиболее эффективное решение частичных геополитических проблем Сирии, Ирана, Донбасса, Афганистана, Израиля-Палестины и подобных. 4.Мы назначаем на сентябрь 2019 года проведение в расширенном формате следующего «Глобального Саммита Мира» с участием всех 9 ядерных держав, ЕС, ООН и мирового гражданского общества в лице наиболее заслуженных миротворческих неправительственных организаций, работающих не менее 10 лет, объединяющих миротворцев не менее чем из 30 стран и обладающих фундаментальными миростроительными идеями/концепциями, зафиксированными в публикациях. Этот формат диктуется грандиозной миссией миротворчества 21 века, определяемой "Великой Мирной Хартией" и обеспечивает демократизм в подготовке, принятии и исполнении ее генеральной «Дорожной карты глобального миростроительства». 5.Мы согласились создать в наших правительствах «Департаменты миростроительства» в качестве постоянного организационного и управленческого инструмента для реализации признанных в ВМХ-XXIмиростроительных целей нового века и призванных обеспечить реализацию ее генеральной «Дорожной карты», детализированной по десятилетиям и годам ее реализации.

За 14 лет мы создали фундаментальную и уникальную «Науку Глобального Мира» (http://peacefromharmony.org/docs/global-peace-science-2016.pdf), усилиями 174 соавторов из 34 стран, включая трех Нобелевских лауреатов и Президента Индии. Она была послана в ООН, в правительства крупнейших стран, в ведущие университеты и библиотеки мира. Мы опубликовали в ее рамках 8 миротворческих книг и 65 проектов. Ганди и Кинг признаны в ней среди ее 12 основоположников. За более чем 100 лет мирное движение не предотвратило и не остановило ни одной войны. За годы после МВ2 США провели войны в 37 странах (почти каждые 2 года), убив при этом более 20 млн., а бесчисленные мирные организации США оказались бессильны против них. Более того, на их глазах растет милитаризм и гонка вооружений США, которые попирают и рвут все мирные соглашения и ограничения войны, но американские миротворцы бессильны опустившись на низший уровень сбора пожертвований, что дискредитировало их. Пентагон испытывает новые ядерные бомбы в Неваде и планирует ядерную войну против Китая и России (http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=682), т.е. глобальный ядерный крематорий или Освенцим, а американские миротворцы только пожертвования собирают, превратив свое миротворчество в прибыльный бизнес. Польза традиционного миротворчества упала до уровня «мертвому миру припарка», почти до нуля, делая миротворчество в таком формате практически бессмысленным. Вы согласны с этим? Это факты вырождения и смерти традиционного миротворческого движения, которому нужны новые, эффективные средства противостояния милитаризму и войнам. За 14 лет мы убедились, что таким инструментом может быть только «НГМ». Без нее миротворчество умрет окончательно и нам с ним не по пути. A plan is prepared!It is a Global Movement of Nonviolence, For the Children (GMofNV)! It is tentatively scheduled to begin June 21, 2019. A GMofNV is the MASS MOBILIZATION you are calling for! I recently presented a GMofNV to UN Sec-General Antonio Guterres and am planning to return to the Sec-General to finalize the last step to implement the plans. I would like to ask you to join the efforts! The people in “every country” will be asked to participate – to say “WE DO NOT WANT VIOLENCE” and DEMAND that their own government RENOUNCE WAR!Pragmatic steps are planned every day for three years. A GMofNVwill be implemented by an initiative to “Reach into Every Household” to enlist the people not ordinarily involved – WOMEN. Jinping meets with Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu on Friday in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. [Photo/Xinhua] China and Russia have become the key factors and constructive forces in promoting world peace and stability, setting a good example of relations between major countries and neighboring countries, President Xi Jinping said on Friday. He made the remarks while meeting with Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu, who extended cordial greetings to Xi from Russian President Vladimir Putin. Xi called for the two countries to deepen strategic coordination and serve as the ballast for stabilizing the international order so as to safeguard individual and common interests. International morality and the trend of the times will stand with countries and people who love peace all over the world, he said. Xi said the China-Russia relationship has continued its high-level development this year, with political mutual trust hitting an all-time high. Xi and Putin have met three times over the past nearly five months, with the latest meeting in September, when Xi attended the fourth Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, Russia. China will use the opportunity next year of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic ties to work with Russia and enhance comprehensive coordination and mutual support, thus promoting the comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination and better benefiting their peoples, he said. The president also said the military relationship between China and Russia is a significant symbol that reflects the high level and special nature of the China-Russia relationship, and also is the highlight and pillar of their bilateral strategic cooperation. In recent years, the two militaries have deepened cooperation in various areas such as joint drills and battle training. From August to September, China sent 3,200 soldiers, along with more than 1,000 pieces of weaponry and 30 fixed-wing aircraft and helicopters, to participate in Russia's Vostok 2018 military drills, which were the largest of their kind in modern Russia's history and involved nearly 300,000 Russian troops. Xi said the two militaries should enhance cooperation and focus on addressing common security threats and creating a favorable external environment for the two countries' national development and rejuvenation, to provide strong support for the bilateral relationship. Shoygu said the strategic guidance of Xi and Putin lays the foundation for deepening the Russia-China comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination. Russia highly values the relations between the two countries and their militaries and stands ready to improve bilateral military cooperation with China and jointly improve the capability to deal with various security challenges, thus contributing to safeguarding common interests as well as global peace and stability, he said. Shoygu is the second Russian guest with whom Xi met in three days. Ведь в истории не Гитлер создал фашизм, а фашизм создал «Гитлеров» в Италии, Германии, Испании и других странах, как и на Украине, в центре Европы, сегодня снова. Юлиан, выдающий желаемое за действительное, бессилен противопоставить моему списку 19 научных работ, подтверждающих эту историческую истину, что-либо научное, кроме своих двух пропагандистских опусов. Поэтому я, как ученый-социолог-социокибернетик, хотя имеющий философское образование и создавший вместе с 173 учеными ГСГ из 34 стран «Науку Глобального Мира» (http://peacefromharmony.org/docs/global-peace-science-2016.pdf), считаю ниже своего научного достоинства опускаться на пропагандистский, антинаучный уровень Юлиана, который способен только игнорировать эту и любую науку вместе с ее фактами в своем пропагандистском нарративе. Онтологическая антиномия: мир в риторике – милитаризм/война в реальности. Эту антиномию заметил и определил еще Оруэлл, когда писал о превращении войны в мир и лжи в истину в их идеологическом пропагандистском оправдании. Вот как эта адвокатская дьявольская технология выглядит сегодня у Юлиана: «самое главное, чтобы добиться прочного мира, нам нужно изменить наш человеческий облик». Развивая свою риторику в императивном модусе долженствования («должны»), Юлиан считает «самым главным» способом достижения «прочного мира - изменение человеческого облика», т.е. человеческой природы в ее будущей тысячелетней эволюции. Он молчаливо допускает, что она милитаристична, что войны были в истории всегда и останутся долго. Какой мощный пропагандистский аргумент в пользу войн и милитаризма! Он переводит «стрелки» с научного познания и искоренения их социально-экономических причин на туманную эволюцию человеческого облика/природы. Это ма’стерская идеологическая адвокатура войн/милитаризма в постмодернистской пропаганде! Как всегда, он игнорирует научную альтернативу, сформулированную еще Иммануилом Кантом в его «Трактате о вечном мире», о миролюбивой, гармоничной природе человека и раскрытую в нашей «Науке Глобального Мира» (стр. 110-115). Эта наука определяет глобальный мир как реальность вечной структурной гармонии сферонов (сферных классов) общественного производства, как его генетический код, который стихийно искажается генетическими милитаристскими патологиями империй и рейхов, назначающих себя «арийскими», «избранными», «исключительными», «гегемонами», которые уничтожают себя собственным милитаризмом, чтобы восстановить мирную генетику своих народов. Конечно, мы можем радоваться встрече двух Корейских лидеров и их гармоничным соглашениям/бумагам примирения. Но над ними стоит дядя Сэм, американский мировой жандарм, история которого не знает ни одного случая доброй миротворческой и гармоничной воли, о чем не существует ни одной научной (не пропагандистской) книги или статьи. Зато мы знаем тысячи научных работ, раскрывающих бесконечные войны, агрессии, насилие, милитаризм и обманы американского правительства по всему миру за его короткую историю с 1776 года. American liberal "national interests" exclude peace and harmony; they are closed only by war, aggression, enmity and hatred for the sake of them world domination and dictate. 1. Крайняя необходимость «Великой Хартии Мира» для 21 века
Мы, нижеподписавшиеся 72 миротворческих лидера из 27 стран, представляющие более 20 международных миротворческих и гуманитарных организаций, обращаемся к лидерам самых мощных ядерных держав мира, обладающих 96% запасов всех ядерных вооружений: к Президенту США – г-ну Дональду Трампу и Президенту России – г-ну Владимиру Путину с предложением принять в качестве резолюции вашего Саммита основополагающую для мирового сообщества 21 века «Великую Хартию Мира». Эта Хартия положит начало беспрецедентному историческому процессу освобождения человечества от войн и утверждению его экзистенциального права на жизнь без войн. Поэтому ее духовное и моральное значение в истории человечества будет не меньше, чем значение «Великой Хартии вольностей» 1215 г. для утверждения всеобщей ценности свободы современной цивилизации. Мировое гражданское общество, почти 8 миллиардов людей из более 200 стран, требует и ждет от вас не очередной миротворческой косметики бесконечно растущего милитаризма, поставившего человечество на грань «позорного самоистребления человечества» (Елена Рерих), а фундаментального миростроительного решения «Великой Хартии Мира», исключающего повторение прошлого века - самого смертоносного и опустошительного в истории человечества, переполненного бесчисленными конфликтами, жертвами, страданиями и чудовищными военными преступлениями (Кофи Аннан). От «точки невозврата» самоистребления человечества, которое сегодня подготовлено на 100%, отделяет только легкое нажатие ядерного триггера, ответственность за которое лежит полностью на правительствах США и России. Постоянно растущая угроза самоистребления человечества попирает первое и фундаментальное право человека и человечества на жизнь, делая его все более химерическим и сомнительным. Рост объемов и в первую очередь эффективности оружия, особенно ядерного и подобного, пропорционально снижает экзистенциальный уровень и вероятность выживания человечества на планете как ее ноосферы. Перспектива бесконечной интенсификации непрерывной гонки вооружений в этой планетарной сфере превращает ее из «разумной» в «безумную сферу». Она единственная на планете неудержимо стремится к собственному самоуничтожению более века, упражняясь в мировых войнах и неуклонно повышая их «рейтинг» как в общественном производстве, так и в общественном сознании, так и во властном управлении. Поэтому, полная и позорная, 100% боеготовность ядерного суицида человечества, прежде всего руками/ядерными бомбами США и России, абсолютно определяет крайнюю необходимость "Великой Хартии Мира" на краю этой безвозвратной экзистенциальной пропасти. Ответственность за игнорирование выживания человечества и крайней необходимости подобного спасительного решения лежит исключительно на лидерах ядерных сверхдержав. 2. Центр Саммита и его решения В чем заключается ключевой смысл и центр решения Саммита? Его гениально сформулировал еще Джон Кеннеди на Сессии ООН 55 лет назад в качестве самоочевидной абсолютной истины современности: «Человечество должно покончить с войной прежде, чем война покончит с человечеством». Но, к сожалению, до сих пор остаются без ответа вытекающие из этой истины вопросы: «Кто, Как, на Каком уровне и Когда положит конец войне и питающему ее милитаризму?» Историческая миссия лидеров ядерных сверхдержав заключается в том, чтобы подняться на уровень миротворческого мышления Джона Кеннеди, продолжить и обогатить его как синтезом 8 величайших миротворческих заветов и инициатив прошлого, развивающих истину Кеннеди, так и собственным уникальным вкладом в организационное глобальное управление ее реализацией в 21 веке. Только в этом случае вы сделаете себя и ваши народы «снова великими», память о которых человечество сохранит навсегда как о мировых лидерах, изменивших ход истории от войны к миру, «от гонки вооружений к гонке мира» (Мартин Лютер Кинг). 3. Интеграция миротворческих заветов и инициатив Восемь великих миротворческих заветов и инициатив 20 и 21 веков, конструктивно развивающих истину Кеннеди, это: 1. Программа всеобщего и полного разоружения в ООН, 1959 г.: СССР/Россия, 2. «Мир не может быть достигнут насилием, он может быть достигнут только через понимание» [науку]: Альберт Эйнштейн, 3. «Мы должны требовать фундаментально нового мышления, если человечество хочет выжить»: Альберт Эйнштейн, 4. «Мы должны сдвинуть гонку вооружений в гонку мира»: Мартин Лютер Кинг. (Способны ли лидеры США и России подняться на уровень Кинга и осуществить этот исторический «сдвиг» хотя бы в формате соглашения о намерениях на ближайшее будущее?), 5. Департаменты мира в правительствах: древняя американская идея, не воплощенная до сих пор, 6. Многополярный гармоничный мировой порядок: внешнеполитическая идея и курс России, 7. Реформирование ООН, международного права и глобального управления: общее понимание этой потребности, 8. Социокибернетическая «Наука Глобального Мира» международного происхождения в начале 21 века, раскрывающая генетику глобального мира в структурной гармонии/балансе сфер мирового общественного производства. Эта наука системно и целостно интегрирует великие миротворческие заветы и инициативы 20 и 21 веков. Она обеспечивает реализацию «мира через понимание», исключение насилия, милитаризма и оружия как главной угрозы безопасности и достижение гарантированной безопасности всем народам. Это все «покончит с войной» и искоренит ее как отживший институт. "Великая Хартия Мира" несомненно, требует подобной, обще приемлемой научной платформы и ее совместного научного развития, начало которому могли бы положить США и Россия во взаимном сотрудничестве вместо конфронтации. 4. Крупномасштабная и долгосрочная «Дорожная карта» глобального миротворчества Главным вкладом мировых лидеров в понимание глобального миротворчества 21 века могла быть стать его принципиальная, крупномасштабная и долгосрочная «Дорожная карта», опирающаяся на синтез миротворческих заветов и отвечающая, хотя бы в первом приближении, на вопросы: «Кто, Как, на Каком уровне и Когда положит конец войне и питающему ее милитаризму?» Ключевые маяки Дорожной карты: 1.Конечная цель, «покончить с институтом войны»: всеобщее полное разоружение и гарантированная ненасильственная безопасность как сознательный глобальный мир на социо-генетическом уровне структурной гармонии сфер мирового общественного производства в течение 50 лет 21 века, 2.Первоочередная цель на ближайшие 5-10 лет – ядерное разоружение, «ядерный ноль», требующий незамедлительного снятия с боевого дежурства всякого ядерного оружия и его сокращения ежегодно на 20-10% под контролем МАГАТЕ. Это первая практическая цель для ядерных лидеров, инициировать которую могли бы и должны лидеры США и России. Это их приоритетная ответственность перед своими народами и человечеством в целом. 3.Ориентация на сознательные гармоничные экономические отношения, исключающие мировые «торговые и санкционные войны» и содействующие снижению политической напряженности вместо ее обострения. 4.Определение времени и расширенного формата следующего «Глобального Саммита Мира» с участием всех 9 ядерных держав, ЕС, ООН и мирового гражданского общества в лице наиболее заслуженных миротворческих неправительственных организаций, работающих не менее 10 лет, объединяющих миротворцев не менее чем из 30 стран и обладающих фундаментальными миростроительными идеями/концепциями, зафиксированными в публикациях. Этот формат диктуется грандиозной миссией миротворчества 21 века, определяемой "Великой Хартии Мира" и обеспечивает демократизм в ее принятии и исполнении. Признание в Дорожной карте лидеров США и России хотя бы этих грандиозных миротворческих ориентиров 21 века обеспечит вам и вашим народам место исторических миротворцев третьего тысячелетия всемирной человеческой истории, определяющих ее мощный миротворческий прорыв и перелом традиционного милитаристского тренда. Признание этих конечных целей позволит формулировать стратегию и тактику достижения всего кластера многочисленных промежуточных целей и задач миростроительного процесса 21 века как нового глобального движения пацификации. Это будет движение по пути к миру «через понимание» в науке глобального мира; это будет «сдвиг от гонки вооружений к гонке мира» и к новому немилитаристскому мышлению; это будет пора учреждения в правительствах «Департаментов мира», ответственных за организацию, управление, реализацию и контроль достижения этих целей; это будет реформирование ООН и глобального управления, подчиненных этим антимилитаристским целям; это потребует ответа на ключевой вопрос: КТО, какая социальная сила и какие акторы общественного производства и геополитики могут гарантировать достижение этих целей. Для ответа на этот вопрос требуется долгое время научной миротворческой перестройки общественного сознания через соответствующее образование новых поколений и просвещение взрослых поколений.
Конечно, в дорожной карте миростроительства должны найти место частичные, но острые проблемы Сирии, Ирана, Донбасса, Северной Кореи и подобные. Однако, их решение в контексте и на общей платформе «Великой Хартии Мира» будет намного эффективнее и быстрее, чем без нее. В противном случае, частичные вопросы подавят горизонт и мечту глобального мира человечества. Такими мы видим общие контуры дорожной карты миростроительства в 21 веке. 5. Резолюция Саммита США-Россия и прогноз ее альтернатив Выжимка из предложенных идей 1-2 страниц, не больше, текста Резолюции Саммита США-Россия составит "Великую Хартию Мира" как долгожданное и остро необходимое на краю пропасти ядерного самоубийства решение. Это будет наиболее достойная и в высшей мере ответственная и этичная Резолюция по отношению к человечеству в целом и к «национальным интересам» США и России, но не будет замыкаться ими. Эта резолюция будет акцентировать глубокую общность основных ценностей США и России, что многократно подчеркивалось их лидерами при всем их различии. Другой, почти равновеликой итоговой альтернативой, может стать Резолюция косметического пропагандистского значения, наполненная патетикой красивых слов о «глобальной безопасности, мире и ответственности», но акцентирующая ценностные различия и инструментальные подходы двух стран, сохраняя для этого неприкосновенными институты войны, милитаризма и фактической гонки вооружений. Какая из альтернативных Резолюций победит будет видно по итогам саммита. 6. Вместо эпилога. Основание надежды Мы, миротворческие лидеры мирового гражданского общества, надеемся, что оба президента найдут достаточно мужества и политической воли, чтобы принять первую ценностную Резолюцию. При всем различии личностей, культур и стран, которые они представляют, они обладают двумя важными предвыборными потенциалами. Первый, оба говорили о «гармоничной или когерентной миролюбивой внешней политике» и, второй, оба сформулировали парадигмы глобального мира в своих предвыборных платформах, в которых они провозглашали «общую почву» и «разделенные интересы» сторон в рамках общей цели: «наша цель – мир и процветание, а не война и уничтожение» (Трамп): http://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=ru_c&key=708 ==================================================================================

Предлагаемая выше международная гражданская инициатива миротворческих и гуманитарных организаций составляет: 65-й проект ГСГ и 4-й проект ГСГЖ, совместный с другими международными организациями. Он начат 29 июня 2018 г., когда стало известно о Саммите США-Россия. Утвержден 8 июля 2018 г. Он открыт для поддержки и подписания бессрочно, не только для этого, но и для всех последующих саммитов, если останется без внимания. Мы сравним принятую Резолюция Саммита с нашими предложениями. В процессе его обсуждения возникли три ценных предложения-дополнения в него, которые включены и опубликованы в нем. Ввиду их важности, они предлагаются отдельно для вашего обсуждения. Первое ценное предложение касается судьбы планеты, окружающей среды и ноосферы в ней в контексте растущей гонки вооружений и расширяющейся глобальной милитаризации этой ноосферы. Оно возникло в связи с ценным письмом проф. Бориса Режабека, директора Института Ноосферных Разработок и Исследований (ИНРИ), Москва. Оно опубликовано. «Постоянно растущая угроза самоистребления человечества попирает первое и фундаментальное право человека и человечества на жизнь, делая его все более химерическим и сомнительным. Рост объемов и в первую очередь эффективности оружия, особенно ядерного и подобного, пропорционально снижает экзистенциальный уровень и вероятность выживания человечества на планете как ее ноосферы. Перспектива бесконечной интенсификации непрерывной гонки вооружений в этой планетарной сфере превращает ее из «разумной» в «безумную сферу». Она единственная на планете неудержимо стремится к собственному самоуничтожению более века, упражняясь в мировых войнах и неуклонно повышая их «рейтинг» как в общественном производстве, так и в общественном сознании, так и во властном управлении.» Второе ценное предложение связано с гениальным и «сумасшедшим» по нынешним милитаристским временам заветом Мартина Лютера Кинга «сдвинуть гонку вооружений в гонку мира». Никто этого не попытался даже предложить обсудить на публичном уровне ООН, ЮНЕСКО и других международным организаций (если я не ошибаюсь), в атмосфере абсолютного триумфа и процветании глобального милитаризма. С удовольствием ознакомился с Вашим манифестом, но не могу всецело согласиться с его содержанием. Полностью согласен с Вами, что войны при современном развитии науки и технологий являются гибелью для человечества и надо делать все, чтобы их исключить. Но, с другой стороны, войны - не случайны и ведутся со времен возникновения людей. И трудно считать, будто и в те, давние времена, они не понимали, что это - вселенское зло. Уничтожить войны - значит уничтожить зло, а для этого нет сейчас в мире никаких инструментов. Явление это столь глобально и всеобъемлюще, что ни призывами, ни солидарностью, ни всеобщим отрицанием войн их не победить. Ведь войны - типичный итог существующих производственных отношений, и не поменяв их - наивно ждать самой возможности их уничтожения. Поэтому без гармонизации действующих хозяйственных и социальных инструментов решить эту важнейшую задачу по моему мнению, невозможно. Именно этому и посвящены все мои работы. Но в Вашем Манифесте ничего этого нет, только призывы. Наша действительность ежедневно, ежечасно и ежесекундно порождает зло, поэтому не ликвидировав на самом деле причину эксплуатации и подавления одних людей, классов и стран другими добиться этого невозможно. Hi Leo - None of us know what Trump and Putin will come up with when they meet on July 16th. We can only hope they openly decide to lower the hostilities. It would be wonderful if, as you suggest, the meeting become a "preparation and a first step" to a larger meeting -- a Global Peace Summit. Spherons could write the leaders of invited nations (see list below) and ask if they would be willing to attend such a Summit if Putin and/or Trump decided to host it? It could be held in Geneva, Switzerland. PLEASE REACH OUT LOUDLY TO YOUR EUROPEAN UNION CONTACTS, LEO. Europe may be eager to become friends again with Russia since the economic war against Russia is hurting Europe, and Europe would be vulnerable to a nuclear war. If Putin and Trump try to be friends, there will be a cry of alarm from America's military/industrial/research complex, which has control over much of America's media. Too much money is being made. Profits are huge. Spherons worldwide can also help by reaching out to media and other contacts saying it is time for a Global Peace Summit. War must be taken off the table. It's become too dangerous for the world. (1) Your call for Spherons to speak out for "Global Peace Science" and a Global Peace Summit is a good one. But keep it brief since the public and the politicians lack the ability to attend to anything that is too lengthy. Keep it short and to the point, and remember, the general public and politicians will not understand the concept of "Spherons" so you may need to define the concept. I advise against stating a time estimate like 5 years. This can lead to a "self-fulfilling prophecy" wherein people believe they can't have real success except after years and years of work, and so they delay what is needed. Leave open the chance for a miracle, quick change of the Zeitgeist in our favor, and the overnight development of a peace movement that quickly takes down all nuclear weapons because the Leaders decide to go for World Union and friendship. Instead of enemies, how about global family? We can suggest forming a "new UN" using the Earth Constitution as a model governing structure to replace the obsolete UN Charter and give the UN with the tools needed to have world peace and prosperity. The nations do not have to fight each other anymore. There is a new way now available. We can be a global family with a new geopolitical structure that outlaws war and nukes, and brings in enforceable world law. (2) When I suggested a Global Peace Summit after Trump and Putin meet on July 16th, I forgot to mention that a representative from the European Union and the United Nations also ought to be included. I'd like to see a Global Peace Summit attended by: (1) Putin (Russia), (2) Trump (USA), (3) Jinping (China), (4) Modi (India), and (5) Jean-Claude Junker (European Commission), and (6) Antonio Guterres (United Nations Secretary General). On the other hand, it includes some practical ideas for implementing these appeals for 50 years on the basis of the new sociocybernetic "Global Peace Science", achieving "nuclear zero" during 5 years and the like. Therefore, this document is simultaneously the initial "A Roadmap of Peacebuilding for the 21st Century". The natural outcome of the discussion of this document was a compromise and synthesis of these two titles, the voices between which were divided approximately equally, the Fifty-Fifty. Therefore, at the discussion finish, it received the following title: "AGlobalPeacebuildingManifestoandRoadmapforthe 21st-Century.") But there is a third, spiritual or axiological, ethical aspect - the significance, role and value of this document for history, especially for our century. The main conclusion of this alternative would be the decision to continue the peacebuilding process in subsequent summits with the participation of other key players within the proposed "seven": the United States, Russia, China, India, the EU, the UN and the WCS. The second is acceptance of a propagandist cosmetic solution with a lot of words about peace, security and responsibility, but preserving the foundations of militarism that does not affect the need for global peacebuilding and in fact excludes and ignores it, as before. This decision is imposed by the powerful pressure of militarism with its inexhaustible military-industrial-parliamentary-financial-scientific complex, which reign supreme, especially in the United States, under the auspices of the all-powerful Pentagon. Please see below a fragment of my book on HISTORY OF POLITICAL PHILOSOPHY (Routledge 2016). In chapter no 5, I write about st. Augustine, a famous Christian teologian and philosopher, who lived during the time of the decline of the Roman Empire. History repeats itself. We can make an analogy between the declining Roman Empire in the past and the declining American Empire today. Let us then put "USA/America" in place of the word "Rome" and see what st. Augustine has to say about the empire's intervention in other countries' affairs. Then his historical text will have today's significance. Please see below. Prof. W. Julian Korab-Karpowicz Political Philosopher and Professor of Zayed University author of Tractatus Politico-Philosophicus: New Directions for the Future Development of Humankind and other books 09-07-18 Rome (USA) is for Augustine a new Babylon, a great worldly power, which is not free from vices. He challenges the views of classical writers who idealized Rome (America). The idea of Rome (America) as a righteous empire can be found in Virgil’s Aeneid. Throughout his epic, Virgil reiterates the ongoing mission of Rome (USA) to “beat the proud” and become a universal empire of peace and justice, leading history to its final destination, a new Age of Saturn in which there will be no more war. In the City of God, however, Augustine seeks to undermine these claims. To defeat the proud is God’s prerogative and not Rome’s (America's). It is a mission that Rome (USA) has falsely claimed as its own. To invest a state with a task which belongs to God alone is, in Augustine’s theological analysis, nothing less than idolatry. No nation can claim that it is morally superior to others, and identify its political aspirations with some universal morality. The pride of powerful nations, convinced of the righteousness of their missionary impulse to extend the fruits of their own culture to others, and ready to build their empires through conquest, only proves to him the power of human self-deception. Wars, and the evils brought on by them, are rationalized as the manifestation of a dominant power’s concern for the well-being of other peoples. The real history, however, is far more complicated than such a rationalization allows. Instead of glorifying the Roman Empire (American Empire), Augustine demythologizes the history of Rome (USA). The Romans (Americans) have never been as innocent as they thought themselves to be. They have been positively ambitious and their virtues enabled them to arrive at their power. Yet, “they loved the glory of men rather than the glory of God” (5.14). As “the slaves of human glory,” their ideas of righteousness and justice, like those of the Athenians or the Assyrians, or other nations that in the past exercised imperial rule, were but a moral facade for their expansionist political policy. St. Augustine connects the rejection of God as the true end of human life with the attempt to set up fabricated ends for human beings. Мы не предали его молчанием и равнодушием. Мы содействовали его успешному миротворческому итогу как могли. Мы благодарны всем участникам недельной дискуссии, каждый из которых внес свой вклад в утверждение и приближение глобального мира. В любом случае, наш шаг к нему не бесполезен, он имеет колоссальное значение независимого экспертного миротворческого сообщества.
