Dear Leo,

         I hope this message finds you in good spirits and surrounded by the support of those who appreciate the extraordinary contribution you have made throughout your life.

Over the years, I have come to understand more deeply the dedication required to carry a vision that extends beyond personal ambition and into the service of humanity itself. In that regard, I want to express my sincere appreciation for your decades of work developing Spheral Harmony and the scientific foundations of perpetual peace. Few people fully appreciate the persistence, sacrifice, and commitment necessary to sustain such an undertaking across a lifetime.

         As you have shared previously, concerns about age and health naturally bring reflection o­n the future stewardship of o­ne's work. I want you to know that I recognize both the magnitude of what you have built and the responsibility inherent in preserving and extending such a legacy. These are not merely ideas. They are contributions to humanity's evolving understanding of itself.

         It is from that spirit that I would like to share with you the newly completed Russian edition of *Аура Двух Разумов™: Когерентный Интеллект* (*The Aura of Two Minds™: Coherent Intelligence*), co-authored by Farooq Omar and myself.

         As the manuscript evolved, I found myself repeatedly recognizing parallels with your own work. While our language, frameworks, and points of entry differ, we appear to be describing many of the same underlying dynamics: the necessity of coherence, the relationship between individual and collective intelligence, the coordination of complex systems, and the emergence of sustainable futures through alignment rather than fragmentation.

         Where *Perpetual Peace Science* approaches these principles through the lens of spheral science and global harmony, *Aura of Two Minds* explores them through coherent intelligence, adaptive leadership, human–AI partnership, and the architecture of planetary-scale systems. Yet beneath both approaches lies a common pattern: the understanding that sustainable peace, resilience, and flourishing emerge from coherence among interconnected systems.

           For me, this is not a matter of o­ne framework replacing another. Rather, it is evidence that multiple streams of inquiry are converging upon the same deeper reality.

         Therefore, for now I will limit myself to a brief overview of your book and our future work with it. Your paradigm of coherence and our paradigm of tetraspheral structure are fundamentally complementary, the epistemological principle of which has long been discovered and operates in quantum physics. But it is universal to all sciences. This is first and foremost.

         Your main achievement is the discovery and detailing of the special structure of coherent, harmonious intelligence, which is absent in the PPS (Perpetual Peace Science) and its SAI-SPHERUM, which fundamentally complements and enriches its paradigm, as well as the content, scientific, and practical value of tetraspheral structural thinking!  This is a convergence of mutual integration between our related, planetary approaches to thinking, not just a partial coincidence or accidental agreement or harmony.  Therefore, it deserves an additional chapter in the PPS, Chapter 11! I invite you to coauthor it with me in the next couple of weeks for the new edition of our book: "Planetary Science of Perpetual Peace and the Superiority of the Spheral SuperAI SPHERUM."

          Perhaps after this, you would also like to supplement your "Aura" with a similar additional chapter, co-authored by the three of us, for its new bilingual edition. But this requires special discussion AFTER we first write a similar additional chapter for the PPS.

         But first, I sincerely want you to conduct statistical verification of spherons o­n any of your social objects, so that you can personally, "with your own hands," verify their objective truth and the planetary platform reality, as well as all other tetraspheral structures within their logic. The universal verifiability of tetraspheral structures, thanks to spherical statistics, at all levels, including the SAI-SPHERE, constitutes its fundamental scientific superiority, which all other AI models lack.

Also urgent is the matter of your long-planned meeting with Altman, with your updated pitch for our "totally new" SAI-SPHERUM, which guarantees his 95% investment in this project. But more o­n that later, after verification.
