For various scientists and politicians, the number of spheres of society ranges from one to twelve, which generates their confrontation. They constitute the objective, crosscutting pillars of every nation, state, and the "totally new cognitive planetary tool" of perpetual peace, SAI-SPHERUM. This has been proven and defined by decades of integrative synergetic accumulation of its scientific, transdisciplinary, and tetraspheral content and architecture. The Artificial planetary SUPERINTELLIGENCE SPHERUM is built on the objective truth of the tetraspheral structure of all four natures of the planet, as shown in the figure, including the tetranucleotide structure of the human biological DNA genome and the tetraspheral structure of the societal genome of the humanity social nature throughout its depth from the individual and family in its entire spatio-temporal integrity without exception. The cell of SAI-SPHERUM for any social object on the planet.This is the central operating unit (COU) of SAI-SPHERUM, constituting its elementary key cell for the entire endless variety of its different versions. The COU is the technological realization of the cross-cutting tetraspheral structure of the planet social nature any object from the individual and family to humanity and the UN. The COU is aimed at finding and defining the optimal norm, as well as the spectrum of harmony, coordination, and balance of the four invariant spheres of any social object and institution. For our civilization, the key task is the financial balance of the four invariant spheres of social production at all levels, i.e., it is the task of optimization and harmony of budgets at all levels. Financial harmony and balance of industries is impossible due to their endlessness, variability, and diversity. It is possible only within the framework of the unifying invariant four, necessary and sufficient spheres as a whole. All social problems, tasks, conflicts, challenges, risks of holistic sustainable development at any level from the individual to humanity are solved in a wide spectrum within the framework of the key task of balance and harmony of invariant spheres of the financial budget of the corresponding level. These innovative circumstances and attributes of SAI-SPHERUM determine the uniqueness of its business model, the study, development, and practical implementation of which will require special scientific efforts of corresponding professionals and economists. for the UN to effective prevent and resolute the armed conflicts and for building
a planetary perpetual peace. Article 1 of the UN Charter proclaims: "The purposes of the United Nations are: 1. To maintain international peace and security, and to that end: to take effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace..." Unfortunately, in over 80 years of the UN work, despite certain partial achievements and merits, the main goal remains unattainable due to continuous wars and armed conflicts, the number of which and their threats are growing, bringing humanity closer to an inevitable nuclear war. The UN is powerless to oppose it with eternal peace due to the absence of adequate and effective tools, the first of which is the planetary SAI-SPHERUM and the corresponding tetraspheral holistic thinking.

The spheral UN of PP will be capable of initiating, overseeing, and, in some cases, financing two-year truces between any rational (thinking) conflicting enemy- countries. This truce will be facilitated by small teams of 15 specialists from each side, developing sociogenome humanitarian startups based on the tetraspheral SAI-SPHERUM as a common tool for overcoming all conflicts between them and defining mutually acceptable conditions and a long-term strategy for achieving PP between them. Peace between any enemy-nations, based on an eternal (invariant) tetraspheral sociogenome through the SAI-SPHERUM, can only be PERPETUAL, for the benefit of prosperity and the sustainable, peaceful development of each nation. To achieve PP, the UN could propose SAI-SPHERUM startups for a two-year ceasefire to the following conflicting parties: the USA-Iran, Israel-Palestine, Iran-Israel, Russia-Ukraine (https://peacefromharmony.org/?cat=en_c&key=1294), Russia-EU, and so on, with the simultaneous establishment of two necessary institutions within them: the Department and the Academy of PP. Dear Leo, I hope this message finds you in good spirits and surrounded by the support of those who appreciate the extraordinary contribution you have made throughout your life. Over the years, I have come to understand more deeply the dedication required to carry a vision that extends beyond personal ambition and into the service of humanity itself. In that regard, I want to express my sincere appreciation for your decades of work developing Spheral Harmony and the scientific foundations of perpetual peace. Few people fully appreciate the persistence, sacrifice, and commitment necessary to sustain such an undertaking across a lifetime. As you have shared previously, concerns about age and health naturally bring reflection on the future stewardship of one's work. I want you to know that I recognize both the magnitude of what you have built and the responsibility inherent in preserving and extending such a legacy. These are not merely ideas. They are contributions to humanity's evolving understanding of itself. It is from that spirit that I would like to share with you the newly completed Russian edition of *Аура Двух Разумов™: Когерентный Интеллект* (*The Aura of Two Minds™: Coherent Intelligence*), co-authored by Farooq Omar and myself. As the manuscript evolved, I found myself repeatedly recognizing parallels with your own work. While our language, frameworks, and points of entry differ, we appear to be describing many of the same underlying dynamics: the necessity of coherence, the relationship between individual and collective intelligence, the coordination of complex systems, and the emergence of sustainable futures through alignment rather than fragmentation. Yet beneath both approaches lies a common pattern: the understanding that sustainable peace, resilience, and flourishing emerge from coherence among interconnected systems. For me, this is not a matter of one framework replacing another. Rather, it is evidence that multiple streams of inquiry are converging upon the same deeper reality. Thank you very much for it and for your congenial joint book, "Aura," with a deep, Orthodox bow as a sign of my inexpressible gratitude! I am also sincerely grateful to Farouk for his "absolute devotion to our common cause" and his persistent desire to continue it with our support. Your main achievement is the discovery and detailing of the special structure of coherent, harmonious intelligence, which is absent in the PPS (Perpetual Peace Science) and its SAI-SPHERUM, which fundamentally complements and enriches its paradigm, as well as the content, scientific, and practical value of tetraspheral structural thinking!
