ציביליזציה הרמונית כחברה בעלת מודעות להרמוניה של אוכלוסיית כדור הארץ שלנו.

גאוותה על ידע מדעי של היסודות ,האלמנטים  והחוק של החברה והפרט ההרמוניים.

ידע זה משקף את ההרמוניה הספונטנית של המעמדות בעלות ההכרה של חברה הרמונית.

שימוש עולמי בידע מבוית זה מפיק ומייצר מקורות הרמוניים בכל התחומים: משאבי אנוש, אינפורמציה, כוח ,הון  ומשאבים ארגוניים וחומריים.

מודעות הרמונית יחד עם מקורות יצרניים הרמוניים, הינם הבסיס לשלום נצחי, שגשוג לאומי, אושר אנושי ושימור הטבע. אשר על כן, האידיאל החברתי של
